Todo increíble. El lugar super completo con detalles que no he visto en otros alojamientos. Te sentis como en tu casa. Karanne es increíble, super cordial y atenta, te orienta y siempre esta a disposición. Excelente experiencia y el lugar supera lo que se ve en las fotos. Volvería y recomendaría sin dudar. Gracias Karanne por su hospitalidad.

Excellent place to stay very spacious and karrane the host was lovley and would do anything for you. On arrival there was cold beers and soft drinks waiting for us which was great and the appartment had everything we needed plus more, already looking forward to visiting amsterdam again and only friends will be my first choice of digs, shops, bars, restaurants and tram stops are all on your doorstep at only friends I would highly recommend staying here

Sehr gute Lage, viele Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber auch Ruhe, vom Hauptbahnfof ist man mit der Metro schnell dort, die Gastgeberin stellt viele, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zur Verfügung, kalte Getränke waren im Kühlschrank und von der Zahnbürste über Haargummis oder Hygieneartikel war alles da

Man sollte wissen, dass die Wohnung kein Fenster zum öffnen hat, Licht kommt vom Fenster im Eingangsbereuch, dann geht es über eine schmale Treppe nach unten, trotz Hitze hatten wir jedoch ein angenehmes Klima, auch Dank des Ventilators, für 4 Tage völlig in Ordnung

Great place to stay, has everything you need and was very clean. Location is perfect, lots of lovely restaurants nearby and it was easy to get to from airport. Karenne was a great host, very easy to contact if required.

The location was perfect, Karrane was the best host, and there was everything you could possibly need at the property. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean, we didn't want for anything. Thanks so much for an incredible stay.

The location was exceptionally good, v close to Leidsplein (and the airport bus drop off) and an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go; there were some lovely local bars and restaurants alongside the nearby canal and the flat was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed (and some extra lovely touches). Karanne was lovely and helpful and had left us a few treats (wine, chocs, stroopwaffles, water) which were very much appreciated. I'd recommend a stay at Only Friends.

Not a problem at all but it would have been handy to have stored our luggage in the accommodation on the departure day - but the nearby luggage hero was helpful on this which Karanne recommended.

Struttura pulita e situata in zona centrale, a pochi passi dai musei principali e da Vondelpark. Tutte le fermate dei mezzi pubblici erano raggiungibili in pochi minuti e ti permettevano di partire alla scoperta dei luoghi più caratteristici intorno alla capitale. Ampi spazi da appoggio e letti comodi. Cucina dotata anche di lavastoviglie che ad Amsterdam non è poco, poiché qualche sera abbiamo preferito cenare a casa. L'host, Karanne, è stata gentilissima e si è resa sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Consogliato per un soggiorno ad Amsterdam!

Location is very close to everywhere, you do not needvto use public transport.

As there is no direct window, you are missing the sunlight.

The property is in the perfect location as you can walk 10 minutes in any direction and find something to do or eat

This was perfect for our short stay in Amsterdam. Although Karanne wasn't able to meet us in person, she was very helpful and communicative and the check in/out process was very smooth. The location was ideal and we were within walking distance of all the main city attractions. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee machine and the extra refreshments in the hamper and fridge! If we came back to Amsterdam we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The apartment is below ground level. It has no windows and it is a bit warm.

The apartment is clean, the owners did everything to make us feel at home. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants of any cuisine, shops, attractions. we did not use public transport. I definitely recommend this apartment for a short stay in Amsterdam. ❤️

The host was kind and communicative. So many little touches that added to our stay. We walked to all the main museums (8 min or so) and shops, though you could easily walk to the trams to take you across town.

It was great. Just be mindful it is a basement apartment, though upstairs hosts were not loud and we never heard them.

Karanne was a spectacular host! We loved staying in the location where her own family lives. It felt like home! She had it well stocked with any amenities we needed. We had a warm welcome and spectacular communication. We are so grateful to have found this place! The surrounding area is lively, but the noise didn't bother us as the apartment is lower level and cozy and quiet despite being right in the middle of everything.

The location was great! The apartment was comfortable, but what made it really good was all the extras included, i.e., coffee, tea, toiletries, milk, beer, and many other thoughtful things. The host was lovely and friendly 😊

If staying in one room with three other people isn't for you, then you should probably get a bigger apartment with more than one room . However, we were out most of the time, so it wasn't a major issue.

Location, Location, Location! Karanne was a wonderful host and made our check in and stay easy and comfortable. Lively street scene. Great to walk around and explore, close to so many sights and public transportation. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect location close to Leidseplein and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The appartment is extremely well equipped with comfortable beds. Lots of nice touches, like an assortment of coffee and tea, some useful sanitary products. The host is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Property is very well furnished with essentials you might need, it is at a great location which made walking so much more fun and easier. Karanne is so welcoming and even provided us with board games, towels and treats.

Loved everything about the property

The place was amazing, but what really made it was kareen she was a brilliant host who thought of everything from toiletries that you might have forgotten, lovely touches. to the beer in the fridge.Kept in touch to make sure we were OK getting around the city. On the bad side, she left out Dutch waffles, and now we are all adicted and now going to have to plan another trip to get some more 😆

As a group of four friends we really enjoyed our stay here in Amsterdam. The apartment was in a brilliant location and was such a cosy place to stay. Karanne made sure we got settled in and offered lovely personalised touches like toiletries, adapters, drinks in the fridge along with recommendations on places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing from start to finish, the room was kitted out really well and everything was considered. Beds were comfy and it was extremely clean. Location was ideal.with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was really accommodating throughout. Couldn't have been better.

We had a great stay, the location was perfect walking distance to everything and had everything you could need for a long weekend in Amsterdam. The host was really nice and accomodating, comms throughout the stay and prior were excellent.

The location was very central, spacious and clean. But what made our stay the most enjoyable was how great the host was, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location. Really cosy lovely place to return back to after a full day out. Beds were really comfortable. Host was really lovely. There were nice little welcoming touches in the apartment, like a nice welcome sign with our names, beers & water in the fridge for us, plus chocolates, and a jar of useful nicknacks for us to use in case we forgotten anything like a pack of new toothbrushes, new razor blades, hair bands, facial wipes etc. which we all thought was very thoughtful. Highly recommend for group of friends or a family of 4. I will definitely book this place again if (when) I come back to Amsterdam.

Karanne was an amazing host and the Check-in/Check-out process was very smooth. The location could not have been better, although situation in a busy area, the apartment was very quiet and relaxing. The rooms were extremely clean and we had everything we needed on arrival, including a few surprise welcome drinks :)

Karanne is a fabulous host, and we were so grateful of her managing to accommodate us when our flight was re scheduled. We loved the apartment, absolutely spotless, quiet, with super comfy beds. alot of thought has gone into the decor and furnishings, it was fun noticing the little things, (I won't mention here, they are for you to discover) We also appreciated the extra basket of toiletries, and our drinks and treats. The apartment is in a great location, surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops and minutes away from bus and tram stops We purchased a 3 day travel pass at the Airport for 30 euros each and had unlimited travel on the buses, trams, trains and metro including getting to and from the Airport to the apartment... Would absolutely stay here again. Everything was perfect.

Almost everything. The owner is very friendly and helpful and easily reachable. The geographical situation is ideal to do everything by foot. A lot of attentions in the apartment (beverages, chocolates, games, ...). The place is very clean. The beds are comfortable.

Wonderfully fitted out property for a family of 4 in a great location. The host was extremely welcoming and lots of lovely touches to make the stay extra special. Beds are super comfortable and as much as you are in a busy restaurant neighbourhood the room is very quiet and peaceful.

The property is a basement conversion and a great use of space but this means not much natural light. This was not an issue for us.

Awesome, thoughtful and kind host, Karanne was super responsive and would help with any questions or requests. - very clean room with so many thoughtful touches like having travel basics like spare toothbrushes, body and hair wash, blankets etc available - awesome location nestled between lots of restaurants. The best part is the apartment is nice and quiet. We would definitely return and recommend this apartment to all other travellers.

Host was warm and welcoming. She also kept us informed. We were blown away by the cleanliness of the apartment. She really went out her way to make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was very clean, comfortable and it was clear our host wanted us all to have an incredible time- she helped us with which train to get on etc which was invaluable. Nothing seemed to much trouble and we appreciated her friendliness and kindness. The cold beer, water, tea and coffee etc were so very welcome upon arrival. Having towels and a chocolate on the bed was an added bonus too. We felt very safe.
