Lovely room, excellent food,

Not to keen on having to go outside to get to restaurant entrance for breakfast. Our room had a double bed which was a little snug as partner is on the large side

The room was spotless and so comfortable. Such a perfect location right in the centre of town. It had its own small car park. The breakfast was lovely with everything cooked fresh for you and a delicious fresh fruit salad.

When letting check in know that the bed in the room (5) for my father was heavily sunken towards the wall and across the shorter length, the person attending checkin was least helpful and offered no solution. They were very dismissive, even when presented with the information that my father has COPD and therefore would struggle to breathe on a bed so badly out of shape. I have since set numerous messages after he checked out early, due to the bed condition which have been left unanswered. If you want a decent breakfast then it’s fine but the beds need attention. Even the beds that did not sink were very uncomfortable with very hard mattresses

Breakfast was excellent. Room fine, though a king size bed would be preferable, however acknowledge that the rooms are probably a tad small to accommodate one. Dinner agin was excellent. Lovely flavours.

had to wait for a while to check in. it said the check-in would be at half past 2, the reception was closed, and it only opened at half past 3. waiting for an hour is a bit silly. very weird check-in time as well.

Lovely traditional little Property. We had dinner here and the food was exceptional. Breakfast was fabulous and there was a good choice. Immaculately clean bedroom . Very friendly and helpful staff

We stayed during the heat wave and the bedroom was really hot. There was a fan but it didn’t really cool the room and it was difficult to sleep. I would imagine during the winter time it would be really cozy.

I liked where the property was located. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfast the next morning was delicious.

Very basic, room felt a bit cramped. Extremely stuffy had to sleep with the noisy fan on all night. Bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable. Bathroom was very small with no window & got steamed up very quickly when showering & made me feel claustrophobic.

Very cheerful and helpful staff. Food, breakfast and Dinner were excellent.

Nothing. We did have a problem with the shower but this was dealt with promptly and wasn’t a problem.

Lovely and quiet spot in Porthmadog. Only steps from the harbour. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Furnishings in the bedroom were a bit dated but everything was clean and the bed very comfortable. I was grateful for the fan in the room due to the heatwave! Breakfast staff were equally helpful and the breakfast itself was excellent!! A most enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Shower cubicle a bit small but ok. The painting could do with a touch up which will be due to limited ventilation in the bathroom.

A bijoux but comfortable room. I liked the location as there was a friendly local pub next door (very quiet so no noise trouble at all), and you has access to large carparks. The highlight, however, was the meal at the hotel's restautant, which was excpetional - great food, brilliant service and nice wine.

The staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful. The food, both for breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The location was excellent Our room was cozy, bed comfortable and bathroom what we needed.

Fina möbler. Krokar på dörren att hänga ytterkläder på! Väldigt fin frukt- och bärblandning till frukosten. Bra frukost när vi väl fick den.

Man beställde frukost och frukosttid dagen före, men vi fick ändå vänta över en halvtimme på att få den serverad, trots att det bara var några enstaka gäster där. Väldigt lyhört.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent brrakfast.

Kleines nettes Bed and Breakfast. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Alles wird frisch zubereitet. Sehr sauber und alle sind total freundlich.

good location, breakfast was lovely and the gentleman serving breakfast. Was able to get a ground floor room as requested due to having baby staying with us.

beds very uncomfortable, hand soap watered down. Stayed for 2 nights and room not cleaned, or bins emptied at all. No fresh towels. Had older member of the party staying in room opposite which the floor had sunken and therefore bed was tilted downwards. Asked to change room or extra pillows to lift him forward but lady on reception not willing to help in anyway, abrupt and not interested to offer any alternative despite us informing her he has health issues.

Great staff interaction, Dion (the owner) was incredibly good at making us feel welcomed and at easy.

Not much that can be done and it was accommodated to the best of their ability, but rode in with my brother and does not have a dedicated safe area for motorbikes, but against was accommodated as best as possible and that's just being picky. I would still recommend it

The staff were lovely and kind. The dinner in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was also very good with generous portions accompanied with a strong pot of tea. The lady who we saw in the morning was cheerful and friendly. Cotton bedding was also a plus.

Room 5 was situated next to the front door, so lots of door closing from guests. The room was very dated and basic, brown furniture from the 1930’s. The mattress was very hard and the bed was small. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Nothing was left to the imagination from the noise of the room above which travelled through the ceiling. Photos on the website were not an example of the room we stayed in, I wouldn’t have booked if I had known. Thankfully it was only one night.

Stayed here before. Great location, room and breakfast. We have previously eaten dinner at their restaurant which is also very good.

Nothing free parking although it was advertised, told to wait for parking at 11.30 when staff might have left the pub job and therefore could be space. No WiFi or phone connection even though advertised there is. Could not sort it or contact anyone to sort it. The room was tiny, old carpet, musty smell, poor mattress, massive crack in ceiling of bathroom, cracked mirror.

Unreliable WiFi. Heat on room 3 was very bad despite the fan on 24/7 and window open. Realised that although the radiator was off it was still carrying warm water to add to the extreme ambient temperature. It would have been nice to have a chair to sit on in the room

Top Lage, gutes Parken, gut für Ausflüge nach Snowdonia. Tolles Frühstück in schönem Frühstücksraum, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr kleines, aber saubere Bad mit guter Dusche.

Der Raum selbst hat nicht zum Aufenthalt eingeladen, ein kleiner Stuhl und kein Tisch. Wie in fast allen englischen Hotels ist er mit altem Teppichboden ausgelegt, das gibt immer einen etwas verstaubten Eindruck. Da das Wetter immer gut war sind wir jeden Abend an den zu Fuß keine zwei Minuten entfernten Hafen gegangen und haben dort gelesen, bei Regen wäre das schwieriger gewesen.

Not what i expected after reading reviews when i booked ,it was a disappointment ,not value for money ,room was dated and required freshing up

The bed was too hard and we had no shampoo stuff in our room, just hand soap.

Very convenient to shops including grocery stores. Room was small but nicely appointed and linens were nice. Good breakfast cooked to order.

Bathroom needs attention, cracked and loose floor tiles, poorly fitted board behind the toilet . On first morning breakfast, had to ask for a hot drink after we had sat down after about 10 mins. No toast with breakfast, this was rectified the second morning after writing it physically on the order form as toast isn’t an option detailed. They need to add this.

Location in Porthmadoc. Room clean, breakfast good. All in all, good.

The sound's from upstairs was bad, needed floor soundproofing.

Room was too small , pillows too soft . With different furniture more space for chair , bedside cabinet could be created. Shower was either cold or hot and kept changing without touching controls , impossible to wash hair . No lounge . No where to put bags . No fridge .

Clean the plug hole in the sink in the room And remove the black mold in the shower ( bleach and a toothbrush would easily address this)

Ideal for short stay to visit port Meirion. Restaurant and pub next door with pubs and eateries close by.

Small room but comfortable and had everything we needed. Work top by kettle was worn -a simple piece of glass cut to size would protect and improve it aesthetically.

The breakfast on our second night was very well received and the manner of the gentleman and his service was very good, he’s a credit to the B&B.

The bedrooms are too small and the en-Suite was very small and a electric shower never does a great job

The restaurant was pretty expensive £90 for two mains, one pudding and the cheapest bottle of wine are London prices, no discount for being a resident and I was encouraged to give a tip; shame as it meant I went to the Ship next door the following night for more than half the price. Sorry guys, wanted to give 5 stars but the evening meal did not match the price for me :-(

Overnight parking in the area is hard. We had to pay for a car park overnight nearby, which was £8. Bed wasnt that comfortable
