Rien du tout. Nous avons été reçu comme des malpropre dès le départ par la réceptionniste il n’y a jamais personne. Ensuite nous avions peut-être mal lu le descriptif mais apparemment les chiens n’étaient pas autorisées. Vu qu’on avait déjà réglé la chambre. Elle nous a fait payer 78 € pour les deux petits chiens. Puis ensuite nous sommes partis en centre-ville. nous avons reçu un message comme quoi le propriétaire nous mettait dehors et allez nous rembourser les frais des petits chiens nous étions l’autre côté de la ville, nous avons été obligés de refaire tout le chemin plus d’un kilomètre et demi pour reprendre les bagages dans une chaleur épouvantable et changer d’hôtel quand nous sommes arrivés pour récupérer nos bagages, elle n’arrêtait pas de rire et de chanter. Le propriétaire lui s’était caché pour ne pas nous rencontrer. Honnêtement en étant très honnête, la chambre n’est pas terrible. Le frigo ne marche pas. Les équipements sont vraiment bas de gamme. je suis cliente Booking depuis des années, je suis en Genius 3 et sans prétention, je connais quand même un peu les Hotel quand même. c’est la première fois que ça nous arrive. On nous ont jeté comme des malpropre dehors tout ça parce que nous avions deux petits chiens. et pas d’excuse bien évidemment ni au revoir la réceptionniste est vraiment odieuse, malpolie, elle est horrible je ne comprends pas que les gens puissent donner des bonnes notes à cette hôtel qui est vraiment tout à fait normal. À part l’emplacement parce que ils sont à côté de chez Prada, ils ont tous les droits. Enfin, ils nous ont gâché notre journée, très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel. et en plus il demande si vous pouvez régler en espèces comme ça ni vu ni connu.

Le personnel qui est horrible, le Midi Bar, qui ne fonctionne pas, et les équipements vraiment le minimum la propreté, je ne dirai vraiment pas que c’est nickel dommage que je n’ai pas eu le temps de prendre des photos car il y avait vraiment des coins qui n’étaient vraiment pas propre moi qui est maniaque, j’ai finalement été soulagée de changer d’hôtel malgré tout j’ai tout de même appeler Booking pour leurs expliquer toute cette histoire, car ce n’est pas normal

Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Dom-Vorplatz, frei zugängliche Terasse mit Panorama auf ganz Florenz. Klimaanlage, Dusche, alles einwandfrei. 7-10min zu den Uffizien/Palazzo Vecchio.

Man sollte wissen, dass die Badezimmertür aus Glas ist, je nachdem, ob es für euch/eure Begleitung Relevanz hat.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was much larger than expected. Most importantly, the property has access to its building’s, providing a spectacular view of the Duomo. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have stayed here. The beds are so comfortable, it’s quiet, excellence breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Nicely appointed amenities. Location location location.

Maybe changing towels every 2 nd day. This has changed from last year and I think 3 -4 days is too long especially when it’s hot and you shower twice a day.

This was so central, above the Prada shop and a stones throw from Duomo. Beautiful stylistic room with exceptionally friendly welcome. Access to the roof where tables and chairs are set out for you to byo food and drinks and soak in the incredible view. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Top quality in every respect.

There are good breakfast places nearby, so I don't recommend the B&B breakfast. Has thin walls.

La ubicación es excepcional, el edificio esta en la esquina de la plaza de la catedral. La señorita de recepción superamable, con muchas ganas de solucionar cualquier duda o necesidad que nos surgio, un 10 a su trabajo. Las camas muy comodas y muy, muy limpio todo. En el atico hay una terraza con unas vistas excepcionales de Florencia. Hay unas mesas y sillas para sentarte a tomar algo (no es cafetería, te puedes comprar un helado en la calle y tomarlo allí por ejemplo). Muy recomendable.

Mas tiempo para disfrutar de Florencia y del hotel.

Perfect location! Was a life saver to return to cool down in the crisp A/C while trying to sight see in 100 temps. Very spacious rooms. Staff so helpful and nice. They had great communication and waited for us to arrive a little late. This was our favorite stay over 10 days and 4 countries!

Earlier breakfast start would be nice. 8 is a little late for big sightseeing days. Good to know they close from 12-2. Our train arrived a little before 12 so we were stressed to get there in time to check in our bags.

In the heart of the center Wonderful staff , beautiful and clean room we will definitely come back

Location is spectacular!!

Breakfast was adequate but not terrific. The room was clean but there weren't frills or luxury. Very cheap amounts of tissues in the box everyday like 3. 1 roll of toilet paper. We ended up buying some. The good was very quiet and comfortable and we had a window looking out to Duormo! It's not cheap but for us the rooftop view and our room view was worth it.

Communication was excellent, with very clear directions/instructions for arriving and access while at the accommodation. Daniele was very charming and welcoming. The location was fantastic and we had a view of the Duomo. Easy walking to all attractions.

The location was fabulous and the view from the rooftop was second to none.

The bed was terrible. One side of the mattress was all the way caved in compared to the other. Seemed like a cheap mattress on a platform that was very old.. unfortunate.

O quarto atendeu perfeitamente à descrição feita no site. Quarto espaçoso, cama grande, roupas de cama e banho ótimos. A localização é simplesmente excelente, perto de tudo. Apesar de ser uma região central, o quarto manteve o ambiente silencioso. O café da manhã estava muito bom e diversificado. O serviço foi gentil e atencioso. Recomendo muito.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. A brilliant location that’s in walking distance to all the top attractions. The rooftop was just lovely for sitting out at night and watching the sunset.

Amazing rooftop terrace with the most beautiful view of the Cathedral! This was definitely the highlight of our stay. Perfect location right in the city centre.

If you are going to Florence for the first time or a returning traveler, this is the place for you. Steps from the Duomo and no more than 10 minutes from every tourist sight, this property has it all. Incredible staff, comfortable rooms, and the best AC to beat the Italian summer heat, I have nothing but good things to say about B&B La Terrazza Sul Duomo. P.S. there is an elevator so no hauling bags up flight after flight of stairs! And they can accommodate dietary restrictions no problem!

It was literally steps away from the Duomo and close to everything. The air conditioning worked great which was needed due to the heat wave.

Great location. Walking distance to cathdral and have all the facilities you need. Room is spacious and equipped with cooking facilities as well.

The only negative aspect of our stay occurred at check-out. A staff member attempted to charge us an additional €618 despite the fact that our bill had already been fully settled. When I questioned the charge, it was immediately withdrawn, which suggested it was an error. However, no apology or explanation was offered. While this did not ruin our stay, it was disappointing and left a poor final impression of an otherwise pleasant experience.

O apartamento é lindo, os funcionários maravilhosos, super prestativos e solícitos e a localização perfeita. Dá pra fazer tudo andando, ao lado do duomo. Com certeza, quando voltar à Florença me hospedarei lá novamente. Amamos.

Die Lage und die Terrasse sind unvorstellbar cool. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und wir haben gut geschlafen! Es wurde immer sauber geputzt und man hat eigentlich keinen bemerkt... sehr angenehm!

Im Stiegenhaus hat es einen sehr sehr merkwürdigen modrigen Geruch... das war fast nicht zum Aushalten und das Frühstück braucht man echt nicht buchen! Da gibt es am Platz 10x bessere Möglichkeiten!

This Beautiful B and B was the perfect place to stay in Florence. Our large (deluxe triple room) was well appointed, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We included the breakfast in our stay and we were so glad we did. Fresh croissants, breakfast delicacies and fabulous cappuccinos were the perfect way to start the day and provided fuel for our site seeing adventures. This is the PERFECT location-All the major sites were within walking distance and the Duomo was directly outside our window. The staff was kind and helpful and went the extra mile -scheduling taxis and they even mailed our postcards home. The best surprise was the rooftop terrace. Cafe tables, a view of the Duomo and magnificent sunset views. One evening we shared a bottle of wine, watched the sun go down and waited for the first evening star and were pleasantly pleased to also watch the city lights come up highlighting all the Florentine architecture- magical! If you are planning a trip to Florence this is a spectacular place to stay

We did have one problem with our shower but the staff quickly went into action and the problem was solved. Also, that particular area of town has a funny sewer odor - when it rains.

The breakfast was balanced with everything you could ask for. The location was extremely convenient to get to all the major places that are a must see in Florence. Also for being in a busy location the sound proof rooms were efficient.

We didn’t end up getting charged but in their policy they charge you quite a bit to replace your towels. I’ve never seen that before at a hotel.

Para el precio y como se venden de “luxury” no ha sido tanto así, la limpieza mal, ya que en el baño encontramos pelos en la ducha, el basurero lleno de cosas que no eran nuestras y cuando llegamos la recepcionista nos grito cuando no podíamos salir del ascensor, muy rude realmente.

Contratamos desayuno,nos dicen que es de 8 a 10,pero allí no aparecen hasta las 8;30 y como teníamos tur contratado llegamos tarde, no pudimos desayunar y la chica nos habló mal y sin una disculpa,un verdadero desastre,pagamos desayuno para nada.No PAGUEIS DESAYUNO,SE DESAYUNA MEJOR FUERA,Y A BUEN PRECIO.TODOS EN EL HOTEL SE QUEJABAN DE LO POBRE QUE ES EL DESAYUNO, TE PONEN DOS PLATANOS UNA MANZANA,Y BOLLERÍA.NO VOLVERIA A ESTE HOTEL POR EL TRATO RECIBIDO.

Läget är fantastiskt, precis bredvid kyrkan. Rummet kändes väldigt fräscht och lyxigt.

Frukosten är väldigt enkel och inte alls mångfaldig.

Wonderful place with a view of the cathedral. Access to the terrace 24 hours a day. Nice breakfasts, very comfortable and functional rooms. Carol at the reception is extremely kind and incredibly helpful. She will assist with everything.

I booked this accommodation solely because it offers a rooftop terrace with close-up views of the cathedral. The view was fantastic, the staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean, although the old-fashioned decor wasn't to my taste.

The building where the accommodation was located had a strange, unpleasant odor.

De kamer was heerlijk ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed sliep goed en de badkamer was prettig. We waren voornamelijk enthousiast over het supervriendelijke en vrolijke personeel en het toegankelijke dakterras met topuitzicht. Het ontbijt was prima, met genoeg keuze en lekkere koffie.

Hoewel het geluid van de straat goed geblokkeerd werd door de ramen, is er overdag overlast van de Prada-winkel op de verdieping eronder die luide muziek afspeelt. Dit is alleen overdag, dus als je de hele dag weg bent heb je hier geen last van. We hebben dit aangegeven hebben bij de host die er goed mee omging (alhoewel hij het natuurlijk niet kon oplossen).

Great location and brilliant staff. The room was a good size and well equipped for what we needed. Easy to find and access the b&b. The rooftop terrace is amazing and gives possibly the best view in Florence.

We found the bed very hard - a personal preference I am sure. The shower wasn't great, without much water coming through. These are very minor points as the stay was brilliant!

Perfect location right by the Duomo, making it ideal for exploring Florence. The reception staff were excellent – very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Overall, a really comfortable and convenient stay.
