The main bedroom has no window and next to the bathroom. The air ventilation was not great and feel very stuffy. We need to leave the air fan on 24 hours. Bed sheets and pillow sheets have stains and hair

Si bien está ubicado en una linda zona, para llegar a todos los lugares turísticos hay que caminar aproximadamente 1 km para encontrarlos. Una vez allí se empieza a caminar para conocer turísticamente hablando.

A very lovely apartment, tastefully decorated. We were a family of four with two children aged 10 and 12—very practical for our needs. The hosts have put together excellent restaurant recommendations in a folder for guests. We tried three of them, including one we ordered from via Uber Eats two evenings in a row. Very centrally located.

Modern, clean, well kept apartment with everything we needed for a short stay in Amsterdam. Location was perfect. Make sure you stroll to the nearby Amstel in the evening to see the lights over the water.

Very quiet neighbourhood but the windows are single pane so if there is noise outside you will hear it in front room. The bedroom is away from street so very quiet.

Fijne studio op heerlijk rustige locatie in Amsterdam. Prima bed. Ook de slaapbank was prima. Lekkere douche en fijn dat er een eettafel is. Leuk contact met eigenaresse. Parkeren kan op loopafstand (Qpark).

La casa si trova in una posizione ottimale, lontano dalla confusione delle vie più turistiche ma sufficientemente vicina al centro. Appartamento molto accogliete ed organizzato bene, addirittura più grande di quello che sembra dalle foto!

La situación estaba bien, porque estaba a aprox. 15 minutos andando desde la estación de tren y era una zona con poco jaleo nocturno. Además tenía un supermercado a 3 minutos andando. El baño estaba muy nuevo y limpio, como el resto del apartamento. Tenia un montón de detalles para el desayuno: capsulas de café, sal, azúcar, aceite, nesquik, leche, además de una cerveza, coca cola, jabón para fregar,.....

Aunque tiene un sofá cama comodisimo en el salón y está en una zona de poco tránsito, es difícil dormir a partir de las 07:00 porque entra mucha luz en el salón (las cortinas no son opacas) y los pájaros hacen mucho ruido (esto ya no es culpa del alojamiento). Quizás debería ser para 2 personas. Aunque la propietaria lo aviso al momento de la reserva, no tiene placa para cocinar. En nuestro caso no era problema. El televisor era un adorno más porque no tenía cable de antena y no se veía ningún canal. Tiene netflix, pero debes saber arabe para poder navegar por la aplicación (estaba en ese idioma). Aunque los precios de los alojamientos de Ámsterdam son muy altos, la relación calidad-precio no era buena. Demasiado caro.

La amplitud y distribución del apartamento apartamento: es muy cómodo (planta baja). Buena ubicación: no esta especialmente céntrico, con lo que evitaras el bullicio, pero podías ir caminando a cualquier punto de interés. Claire nos dejo impresionados con pequeños detalles: café, agua, alguna bebida en la nevera...

Las cortinas de las ventanas exteriores son traslucidas y a las 5:30 pm había muchísima claridad en el salón y en el dormitorio. Es importante destacar que NO tiene cocina, solo microondas.

We had a nice stay at this lovely appartment ca 25 mins walk from central station in a quiet part of town. It has a little kitchenette, but unfortunately, the cooking hobs are not allowed to be used for legal reasons. Microwave, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, coffee pod machine (no complimentary pods) were all there. Comfortable beds and nice shower, so all good. A little milk, some coffee pods and a couple of biscuits would have been a nice touch as a welcome for an accommodation of this level.

House was cosy and well decorated. The location was good. The heating system worked well, because it was very cold outside. The bathroom was big enough, spacious and clean. There is a good bakery couple of minutes walking.

Being on the ground level was a real treat. The apartment is large and spacious, and the bathroom very pretty and trendy. The outer door lock was sometimes difficult to use, had to ask strangers a few times to help me unlock it. Maybe it needs a little oil. But it was great not having to climb stairs and the bathroom and living room were very roomy.

Since I was a solo traveler, I would’ve liked more interaction or help from the host. Who was unavailable most of the time. As a host myself back in my home country, I know how meaningful it is for visitors to be able to interact and get some guidance on transportation and insider tips on places to visit. A friendly welcome is always nice when you’re in a foreign land. Also listing stated a Nespresso machine and some snacks but the pods needing replenishing and I didn’t see any snacks. Happily there was a container of milk.

Great location, close to restaurants and within walking distance to the metro, trains and tourist spots. The place itself was nice and very clean. I liked the large amount of natural lighting with the huge windows as well. It was nice to have a fridge to store some groceries and wine. It did take several tries at the front door key to get the hang of opening it but once we figured it out we were fine. Would have been better if the owner met us at the property to give us an introduction to the area but overall we were happy with our stay.

The location is fantastic, it is in a quiet street just by a canal, with gorgeous surroundings and a metro station just 5 minutes walk away. It took us under an hour to get there from the airport, amazing. There are lots of lovely restaurants within a walking distance. The apartment is on a ground floor so very convenient if you have heavy luggage. It has a fridge and a microwave which was perfect for making my pre-marathon porridge, but we ate out most of the time. Claire is a great host and was quick to answer any questions. We did not meet in person, but this was due to my awkward schedule. My favourite thing about the apartment - the toiletries in the bathroom - I never tend to use hotel shampoos but the stuff provided by Claire was fantastic, they smelled gorgeous and you could tell it was good quality. A truly lovely touch that takes the apartment to another level. Apartment was clean, the main bed was very comfy and the pull out sofa was fine for our teenage son.

There was nothing that we did not like about the apartment. Maybe there could have been a few more coffee pods with caffeine (plenty of decaf though).

Central location in a quiet neighbourhood. Well appointed with everything we needed. The heated towel rack in the bathroom was great for drying clothes.

The studio was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner was very thoughtful and paid attention to little details, she prepared female pads in the bathroom and had a first aid kit with paracetamol. The kitchen had all the essentials that a family needed. Location was very central, close to everything, quiet at night time and peaceful to walk around during the day. I would highly recommend this place

Great location, on the quieter side of town but yet still 15-20 mins away from most attractions. Very close to the Amsterdam museum and also 5 mins walk to the Metro. Lots of space for family of four. Comfortable beds and sofa bed.

Amstel boutique is a great location, near public transportation (Tramway and metro), supermarket and close to the center, just near the Neieu Prinsengracht. Wonderful decoration ! We loved the black & white with vintage wood furniture spirit. Very comfortable for a 4-people family and quiet despite being on the ground floor, since there is not much traffic.

It would have been even better with few more cooking facilities like a small oven or hob.

We loved our stay. Claire greeted us on arrival and showed us everything. The apartment was lovely and in a great location.

This unit was exactly as described and pictured online. The location was very central and yet quiet after a long day - a great close in residential neighborhood. The host was kind and available. The sofa pullout-bed was comfortable for an adult for six nights. There is an exterior building door, before your unit's door, so fewer safety concerns. A very hot shower and the bathroom was big enough for two, so it was much nicer than I have had in Europe prior. Book this one!

The flat is super well positioned. You can be in any place of Amsterdam very shortly. Our guests were super nice and helped us to arrange a pleasant stay.

Location is terrific. We stayed with two teen children and it was so central we were able to walk pretty much everywhere except for the collection and drop off to the airport. Easy walk to the Red Light District, Anne Frank House, NEMO etc. Claire was very welcoming and was easily contactable for any questions. Luggage storage on the day of checkout was also really appreciated. Great stay for families and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever returned to Amsterdam.

The only thing was really the windows. With no air con or fans, we were a bit warm and tried to leave the windows cracked at night. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a mosquito issue while we were there and several members of the family ended up with lots of bites. Maybe consider taking bug repellent depending on time of year.

The shower had a very poor stream and skewing to one direction. A bit pricey, but seems like Amsterdam accom is in general.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this bright and comfortable ground floor studio on a quiet canal, in a very convenient location to walk around the city. The studio is simply and tastefully furnished and has all the necessary basics for a short stay. It was perfectly clean. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and we loved being at walking distance from most sights yet in a quiet location. Communication with the owner was very smooth, checking in and out was very easy. An extra plus was being able to get delicious croissants from the wonderful Backhuyt bakery nearby! Upon recommendation from the owner we conveniently parked our car in the Qpark Oost, an then took the tram to the studio, a short direct ride (5 stops)(you can book your parking spot online).
