Ein kleines, sehr sauberes und familienfreundliches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Betreiberfamilie und Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps zur Umgebung. Ein Pool im Innenhof und eine warme Beleuchtung sorgen abends für eine ruhige und romantische Atmosphäre. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es sehr ruhig und die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll sowie top ausgestattet. Es ist stehts jemand ansprechbar, falls man etwas braucht. Insgesamt ist das Ambiente nicht nur sehr gepflegt, sondern auch optisch ansprechend und angenehm.Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Insgesamt überzeugt das Hotel und übertrifft sogar manche Vier- oder Fünf-Sterne-Erfahrunge

Sehr familienfreundliches Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Auswahl gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Vous aimez trouver un chewing gum collé sur le plancher à l'aplomb du lit, des joints de douche noirs de moisissures, la douche écaillée prête à tomber ? Rien pour poser les objets de toilette, pas une chaise dans la chambre, un personnel odieux qui commence par vous donner une chambre de 8m2 avec un lit double de 130, une salle de bains placard avec un couvercle de wc qui ne reste pas en position ouverte pour avoir payé une"chambre Deluxe" avec des lits jumeaux ! Il a fallu se fâcher pour avoir ce que j'ai décrit. L'accès depuis le port est apocalyptique : forte pente, pas de trottoir, des voitures qui vous foncent dessus et les eaux usées qui ruissellent à ciel ouvert. Ça s'appelle un hôtel boutique !

Beds were uncomfortable with springs digging in. Breakfast was very ordinary and served late so not suitable cor early morning tours altough last day served earlier. Property needs maintenance.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del dueño.

Leider entsprach auch diese Unterkunft überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen und den Bildern, die bei der Buchung vermittelt wurden. Vieles war bereits sehr alt, stark abgenutzt oder kaputt. Im Badezimmer war beispielsweise die Halterung bzw. Armatur der Dusche sehr locker und es dauerte extrem lange, bis überhaupt warmes Wasser kam. Der Mülleimer war stark verrostet und verschmutzt, ebenso die Leuchte über dem Spiegel. Auch der Toilettendeckel bzw. die Toilettenbrille hielt nicht richtig oben und lag bei jedem Toilettengang am Rücken an. Das empfanden wir als äußerst unangenehm und unhygienisch. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns das Frühstück. Das Buffet befand sich draußen im Garten und die Lebensmittel standen bei hohen Temperaturen offen und teilweise ohne ausreichende Kühlung oder Abdeckung da. Auf den Lebensmitteln saßen zahlreiche Fliegen. Nachdem wir das am ersten Morgen gesehen hatten, haben wir dort nicht mehr gefrühstückt und mussten trotz des bereits im Preis enthaltenen Frühstücks außerhalb auf eigene Kosten essen. Auch der Pool konnte von unseren Kindern nicht genutzt werden. Das Wasser war während unseres Aufenthalts gekippt und deutlich grün verfärbt, sodass wir unsere Kinder dort nicht mehr hineingehen lassen wollten. Auch hierfür mussten wir uns außerhalb des Hotels nach einer anderen Schwimmmöglichkeit umsehen. Insgesamt war das besonders ärgerlich, weil sowohl Frühstück als auch Poolnutzung Teil unseres gebuchten und bezahlten Aufenthalts waren, wir beides aufgrund der hygienischen bzw. schlechten Zustände jedoch nicht nutzen konnten und dadurch zusätzliche Kosten außerhalb des Hotels hatten. Für uns entsprach die Unterkunft leider weder den Bildern noch dem Standard, den wir aufgrund der Buchung erwartet hatten.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, es bajar andando 5 min. una cuesta empinada y estás en el pueblo y es tranquilo sin el bullicio del centro. Para llegar con el coche es complicado son calles estrechas y con tráfico. La piscina es pequeña pero suficiente para darse un chapuzón para refrescarse. Tiene un bonito jardín donde se desayuna tipo buffet correctamente. Hay aire acondicionado. El chaval de la entrada muy majo. Es cierto k los hoteles del pueblo en estas fechas eran muy caros y nos decantamos por este hotel por el precio

El alojamiento necesita mucho mantenimiento, la parte de la entrada y los pasillos están muy viejos, las habitaciones necesitan pintura, la nevera no enfriaba, el toallero del baño estaba caído y no estába colocado, el espejo tenía roña, el agua no salía con fuerza, las paredes de papel se oye mucho los de la habitación contigua, las ventanas son de madera y no abren bien. Las tumbonas de la piscina bastante sucias, el agua congelada

Εξαιρετικό και πλούσιο πρωινό,, προσφέρει και ελαφρύ γεύμα εάν χρειαστεί, σε όμορφο πράσινο,καθαρό,περιβάλλον της αυλής.Ευγενικοι, εξυπηρετικοιι, πρόθυμοι και χαμογελαστοί ιδιοκτήτες, οικογενειακό και φιλικό περιβάλλον, νιώθεις άνεση, μπορείς να έχεις απόλυτα ξεκούραστη και ήρεμη διαμονή!!!

Näher zur Stadt absents von trouble und das Gastgeschenke am ende. Der Parkplatz direkt neben dran.

Es fehlt einiges im zimmer großer spiegel ... ich finde es teuer für die Ausstattung. Zimmer recht klein. Das Zimmer würde nicht geputzt und die Kosmetik Artikel schampoosind sehr sparsam zum Glück war ich alleine und nur zum schlafen in den Zimmer. Sich auf die Bilder schöner aus finde ich.

Posizione molto centrale, vicina al porto e al centro del paese. Colazione varia e cibo buono.

La nostra camera tripla era al secondo piano senza ascensore, non molto agevole con valige al seguito. Inoltre il bagno piuttosto piccolo e sacrificato. Doccia da sistemare.

The pool was amazing, the staff was very friendly, and we didn't have any problem.

It was in a good location near the port and the bazar but you need to walk a little with uphill it's worth it though

Ein kleines, süßes und familiär geführtes Hotel mit schönem Pool. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und bietet alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Προσέχετε αν έχετε αυτοκίνητο μην μπείτε μέσα απο τα στενά. Προτιμήστε την είσοδο απο τη μεριά του λιμανιού.

We werden warm ontvangen en kregen meteen iets aangeboden om te drinken.Niets was teveel wanneer we iets vroegen, sympathiek en behulpzaam personeel. Was een mooi typisch uitgebreid Turks ontbijt,steeds vers en lekker.

Aangezien het een inloopdouche is, is het enige kleine minpuntje dat we kunnen geven het feit wanneer je een douche neemt de badkamer ook volledig nat wordt,maar wanneer je extra handdoeken vraagt is dit ook geen probleem.

Ruhiges sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem, hilfsbereitem Personal. Man ist zu Fuß direkt in der Stadt, musste kein Auto mieten, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Hat einen großen Pool. Auf Wunsch wurde frisch Essen zubereitet.

3 gece konaklamamız boyunca hiç temizlik / çarşaf değişikliği yapılmadı. Odaların ses yalıtımı çok kötü, dışarıdan çok ses alıyor, gece uyumanızı engelleyebilir. Kahvaltı açıkta, sterilizasyon sorunu var.

La piscine est trop petite,hôtel très bruyant, pas grand chose au petit déjeuner. Un peu déçu de l'hôtel.

La situation est fantastique. Dans le centre du vieux Kusadasi. La piscine est tres agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Le personnel est avenant et aux petits soins. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour et recommandons fortement cette adresse.

Otel konaklamamızdan gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. 🌸 Her şey çok güzeldi; odalar temiz ve konforluydu, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kendimizi çok rahat ve huzurlu hissettik. Hizmet kalitesi gerçekten beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar gelmekten mutluluk duyarız. ❤️

⭐ 1/5 — Tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığı! Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Otel, rezervasyon sırasında gösterilen fotoğraflarla kesinlikle aynı değil. Odaya girdiğimizde temizlik konusunda çok kötü bir manzarayla karşılaştık. Yatakta lekeler vardı, havlular lekeli ve kirliydi. Genel olarak otel hiç temiz değildi. Ayrıca kendimizi otelde kesinlikle güvende hissetmedik. Rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen, otele giriş yaptıktan sonra 2 saat bile kalmadan hemen ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. Şartlar gerçekten kabul edilebilir değildi. Hijyen, güvenlik ve genel durum açısından çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık. Fotoğraflara güvenerek rezervasyon yapmanızı kesinlikle önermiyorum. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel.

Frukosten var fantastisk mycket att välja på samt trevligt personal. Trevlig pool område samt grön och fin innergård. Cengizhan var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Lite mkt flugor på maten samt saknade gott kaffe. Toaletten gick sönder mitt i natten vilket var tråkigt.

Smell of cigarettes in the corridor and bedroom. The location is walking distance from the center but a bit complicated to get there/leave by car, streets very narrow. Steep hills to walk as well, if not with car.

I’ve known Sezgin, the owner, for over 25 years. He is a true professional who knows his trade, and he has created a wonderful familiar hotel with a great hospitality. For sure we’ll come back!

Location was close to the busy streets if that’s what you’re into, and had sufficient parking. Pool area is nice enough but pool itself is super cold.

Walls are thin and streets are noisy. You get woken a lot in the night. The bathrooms need an upgrade eg toilet seats don’t stay up, the shower absolutely floods the entire bathroom when you use it and the soap is really cheap. There are no English speaking channels on the TV (but so so many Turkish ones. A couple would be nice). The food for breakfast wasn’t palatable except the melon, perhaps. A bottle of beer from the hotel was 300 lira…

Il bagno aveva una doccia grande da cui usciva pochissima acqua, che si riversava al di fuori di essa.

We were going to take the ferry next morning, so the closeness to harbor was important to us. The facility fulfilled this need perfectly, it was a few minutes to walk down to harbor. The room was very clean and proper. Although it has a central location, there was no noise from the street, or from bars that are in Kusadasi town. We have had no chance to have a breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning - hence I cannot evaluate how it is.

We had asked for a "silent" room and the facility had confirmed that they can fulfill this request. However we were given the first room next to the lobby and I did not imagine it could become that noisy. The swimming pool was next to our window, we had people sitting and chatting next to it. And I ended up going out of the room at 4.30 am to ask the receptionist to take down the volume of his mobile phone - he was watching videos... We only wanted to get a good sleep and unfortunately this target has miserably failed. The swimming pool was not clean at all (maybe because it was the end of the day) - the water was blurry. My son who has been in for only 10 minutes developed an eye infection next day with which we had to deal with for the remaining of the vacation.

Bilo je vrlo simatično! Kratko smo bili ali objekt ima sve što treba - čisto je i uredno, kreveti udobni. Jedino bi bilo dobro da postoji pokrivač za svaku osobu. Doručak je bio korektan. Osoblje je jako uslužno i sve će vam poslužiti i dati ako mogu. Restoran je 5 min od stare gradske jezgre, dućana i butika te restorana. Hvala vam na privjesku za sreću!

Excellent location 3 minutes away from old town , shops and restaurants. Very nice people ( family owned) very helpful. Nice breakfast. More important, free parking lot at the property. It's my second year in this location and I 'll be back...for sure.

Lovely cosy boutique hotel with quiet pool area to relax and very well looked after. On arrival we had and issue where we had left one of our bags in the taxi with a large amount of cash in, yes we panicked 🙈but the hotel were fast to track the taxi down and get the taxi to return with the bag. Can’t thank them enough, amazing people

Un petit hôtel dans une rue calme toute proche du centre-ville et du ferry. Une belle piscine; possibilité d'y dîner le soir. Un personnel arrangeant. Une petite chambre bon marché, très bien pour prendre le ferry de Samos tôt le matin, mais sans pouvoir bénéficier du petit déjeune inclus.

De locatie is top. Dichtbij restaurants en winkeltjes. De leuke sfeer. Sezgin is een echte gastheer. We voelden ons er echt welkom.

Beautiful boutique hotel, staff are amazing and go above and beyond. Location was perfect in the authentic old town, don’t be put off by the street it’s perfectly safe. Room was super spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh tasty. Thank you to Cengizhan and Aydin for looking after us!

Personal des Familienbetriebs war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir konnten nach dem Flug über Nacht schon früher als regulär einchecken. Ruhige aber zentrale Lage, schöner Innenhof mit Garten und Pool. Zimmer sehr sauber und guter Standard mit Kühlschrank und gut funktionierender Klimaanlage.

Locația este foarte bună, aflându-se la doar 5 minute de mers pe jos de portul orașului Kusadasi, camerele foarte curate, micul dejun foarte bogat, iar gazda este foarte primitoare. Hotelul are și o parcare proprie, unde vă puteți lăsa mașina în siguranță! Recomand cu încredere!

Θα μπορούσε κανείς να το περιγράψει ως ένα υπέροχο οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο με έναν όμορφο κήπο, με πισίνα και χώρο στάθμευσης, στο κέντρο της πόλης. Θα το συνιστούσα σε όλους τους έλληνες φίλους μου. Είναι ένα ωραίο ξενοδοχείο όπου μπορείτε να μείνετε με την οικογένειά σας.

Wirklich eine sehr nette Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt. Durch den schönen Innenhof bekommt man von dem Trubel aber zum Glück nichts mit. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und vielfältig. Der Inhaber war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wer härtere Matratzen mag, kommt hier auf seine Kosten.

Es gab nur eine gemeinsame Bettdecke für zwei Personen.

Prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding super goed.
