We were parked in by an idiot.

The bed is comfortable.

The shower is in the bath. No fridge in the room.

Sehr sauber und genügend Platz. Wenn man ankommt, weiß man nicht, wo man einchecken soll. Hier die Info: Im Restaurant/Pub. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und zum Zimmer begleitet. Das Schloss an der Tür ist wie eine deutsche Zimmertüre (lässt sich wahrscheinlich ganz einfach knacken), aber es gibt eine Stahltüre mit Code am Gebäudeeingang, die sehr sicher war. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt! Am besten gefallen hat uns das sehr sehr freundliche, herzliche Personal und das besonders leckere Essen und die Atmosphäre im Pub. Wir haben toll und günstig zu Abend gegessen und ein tolles und üppiges Frühstück bekommen. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten.

Eigentlich hat uns nichts direkt nicht gefallen. Man kann anmerken, dass das Zimmer sehr einfach ist und es an Steckdosen mangelt, das ist aber in Südafrika fast überall so; quasi normal. Die Türe nach draußen hat, wie schon erwähnt, einen Zimmertürschlüssel und man kann von innen nicht nochmal verschließen, aber es gibt wie schon beschrieben, eine sehr sichere Türe am Eingang zu den Wohnquartieren, weshalb man doch abgeschottet und sicher ist.

The shower

The place was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The B&B is close to the shops.

De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Ietwat gedateerd maar dat is voor ons geen probleem. Ideaal vinden wij het restaurant / café dat er bij is. Wij hebben daar heerlijk gegeten. Ook het ontbijt wordt daar verzorgd en dat was ook heel goed.

Rooms were old, dingy. Shower in middle bedroom, leaked. Toilet far from basin- so tiny door could hardly close. Booked courtyard room to minimize noise- given one facing road. Passage light stayed on all night- shone in through door. Does not cater for vegetarian. Unwilling to assist. Everything we asked about was out of stock. Did not even stay for inclusive breakfast. Reviews on booking. Com do not appear accurate.

Prima locatie voor een tussenstop zoals wij dit hebben gedaan. Personeel vriendelijk. Oprecht heerlijk gegeten in t restaurant, die krijgt een 8. Het is oké voor een nachtje. Je kunt parkeren bij de locatie, wel wat stuurmanskunsten voor nodig wegens de krapte.

De douche had een raam welke uitkeek op de binnenplaats zonder fatsoenlijk gordijn oid. Iedereen kon dus zo onze badkamer in kijken. Douche op zich prima. Bedden waren wisselend hard of zacht. Handdoeken waren wanneer je ze in t licht hield, ronduit vies. De vlekken zaten erop. Vrij gehorig.

Bed very comfortable. Toilet in one corner, but you have to walk the whole length of the room to wash your hands in the basin provided. Otherwise excellent.

Some steps without handrails. Steps uneven. I notice this because as an 83 year old I am not too steady on my legs.

The owner is a very very simpatic person. Food was good in the restaurant.

Place is a little basic. But all you need is there.

Presenza di aria condizionata, del parcheggio privato e del ristorante (pur non essendoci piaciute le pietanze) almeno non ci ha obbligato ad uscire dalla struttura.

Non mi è piaciuta la posizione delle stanze sembrano essere uno scantinato. La stanza si presenta molto più vecchia delle foto su Booking. Colazione lenta.

Amazing staff, so friendly and hospitable. Clean, comfortable.

Needs a bedside light and a light by the bath. Such a perfect bath to soak in and read, but no light. Could do with black out at the door as passage light at night too bright in the room. Minor light issues 😂 but great place for a quick stop over.

Bed was extremely comfortable, staff were amazing and the included breakfast was awesome. The staff and management were excellent and went out of there way to make sure I was happy.

Pessoas super atenciosas e simpáticas que fizerem a acomodação valer a pena. Café da manhã muito bom e o jantar no restaurante também. Localização boa e limpeza do quarto boa também.

Achamos o quarto bem simples, o aquecedor do quarto não funcionava.

Die ontbyt was puik en goed voorberei. Die kelner was vriendelik en hulpvaardig.

Die uitsig was glad nie goed nie jy het op die dak van die resturant gekyk. Die trappe was moeilik vir bejaarde mense om te klim met hulle begasie.Die gordyn se hakies was nie almal ingehaak nie en kon nie behoorlik toemaak nie want dit moes oor die hande wasbak skuif. Die kamer was netjies en skoon. Die bed was gerieflik.

La gentillesse du personnel et le restaurant dans le complexe....

Par contre c'est extrêmement bruyant.... En plein centre ville, les camions passent juste en bas.... Catastrophique au niveau sonore...

Quite a lot of noise from lorries. Rooms were basic. Hot water supply was problematic. The self-standing shower cabinet in my room leaked and flooded the room.

It is located in a small town....quite a busy road. It could be quite destructive if you need peace and quite.

The Woodsman Bed and Breakfast is a peaceful and well-kept establish, perfect for a quiet getaway. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is decent, and the hosts are warm and welcoming. A great choice if you’re looking to relax in a calm, nature-filled setting.

One downside is the parking, which is not very efficient—cars often have to block each other in, which can be inconvenient and the breakfast is freshly prepared but not buffet-style

I liked the treatment we received from the staff. They were kind considerate and helpful. The breakfast was nice. They have a play area for kids. They have nice flat screens and air conditioners.

I didn't like the boss's attitude when I requested about transport. I didn't like how they combined two single beds to make 1 double bed. It was very uncomfortable in the middle. There is no spa and no pool. Just a restaurant. Not all residents who booked are allowed to braai. Not all rooms have a refrigerator and microwave.

The rooms were spacious and very well kept up. Despite the issues I will still consider staying here if in the area.

The parking is highly complex - pillars etc. I would have liked a warning about the amount of stairs involved getting up to the rooms as we had an elderly person with us. The staff did explain the parking and rooms to us but not very clearly and did not offer to show us which resulted in us having to go back to ask them multiple times where we should go.

I love the atmosphere, the view from the dining area. Friendly staff

The location was easy to access. And they have this sauce 😋😋 my husband couldn't get enough of it

The stairs were a lot

- The breakfast was amazing and they accommodated the fact that I do not eat pork and made an amazing alternative for me while my husband enjoyed the standard breakfast. - Proximity to restaurants, bookshop, Sabie Brewing Co. and other sights along the Panorama Route - They brought a mini fridge to our room when we asked because we had quite a few snacks that needed refrigerating. - The bed was comfortable. - The staff were friendly. - There was no load-shedding

- The room we slept in only had a bath (but no bubble bath). - The property is in an area that is sometimes affected by load-shedding. Just something to take note of though it didn’t impact our stay.

The staff was very friendly and everything was so clean and lovely location as well. Would highly recommend.

If you could change/ renovate your shower. The shower head to be replaced by a good pressure one, shower floor needs to be changed ( looks old and slippery with those rocks finish) and size needs to adjusted ( it's very small). Generally, the shower is not appealing. Thank you

We loved the atmosphere of the whole setup... the staff was very friendly and professional and we will certaily make use of this accomodation in the future.

Our stay at woodman was horrible .

The toilet in our room was poorly maintained. Whenever we flushed the toilet, waste came out through the shower drain, making the bathroom unhygienic and unusable. As a result, the entire room started smelling badly. This was extremely distressing and unacceptable. We reported the issue next day to the person in charge. However, we were told that it was a “small issue,” and the response we received showed a complete lack of concern for what we were going through and there is no value of money what we paid . No one was answering the call or any person availble in the Hotel , we had to wait until 7:00 a.m. to be given another room. Until then, we could not use the toilet at all. Because of this situation, we had a sleepless night on New Year’s, which completely ruined what should have been a pleasant stay. The attitude of the staff member made the situation worse, as we felt forced to accept the problem rather than being supported. I have not attached photographs, as the situation was extremely disgusting. I hope you understand the seriousness of this issue and take appropriate action so that no other guests have to face a similar experience

The staff was so friendly. The owner helped us with each day's itenary and the best places to go and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious. We felt welcome and at home. The location is central to almost every place we wanted to go. I'll definitely visit again.

We wished for a pool but the play area was a very welcomed facility.
