Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Wunderbare und komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit schönem Ausblick über den Garten und Pool ins Tal, eingezäunter PkW-Stellplatz, zentrale Lage in Sabie mit kurzen Wegen zu Restaurants, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit Tipps für die Reise und den Restaurantbesuch. Zum Ausladen kann man direkt vor der Wohnung parken. Perfekte Lage für Start oder Ende der Panoramaroute, vom Flughafen KMIA in einer Stunde zu erreichen, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahegelegenen White River.
Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise dort - man könnte gut auch länger dort bleiben ! Es gab keine negativen Punkte !

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Al llegar nos esperaba la anfitriona que nos dio una explicación del alojamiento y adaptó sus recomendaciones al tiempo y nuestra ruta, proporcionándonos también mapas de la zona. El alojamiento es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario. Hay notas por todo el alojamiento que explican muchas cosas, normas, funcionamiento, etc... Alojamiento amplio.
Nada que comentar.
The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and set in a peaceful location with beautiful surrounding greenery. Relaxing on the balcony while enjoying the quiet, scenic views was definitely a highlight of the stay.
The only this that I did not like was that there was no Netflix available. The openview was not to user-friendly to navigate

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The owner is very nice. She is welcoming and ensures she takes you through the tour. She has maps to make it easy for navigation. The facilities are readily available. Even if it is self-catering, they have oil, salt , coffee and tea available at the place. Lot of trees around the place for clean fresh air. They even have a braai-pack with spice inside. I love the room diffusers everywhere in the house. There was an extra bed, which we us utilised more that the original bedroom. The pool is clean and easily accessible. Bathrooms have emergency water and back-up for electricity outages. Everything is conveniently available there. Definitely going back

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026We verbleven met 2 kinderen en 2 volwassenen in app A. Dit was voor 1 n gedurende de Panoramaroute zeer geschikt. Het appartement was fijn, het bed comfortabel en de douche zeer goed. We hebben smorgens op t balkon in de zon ontbeten. Binnen 2 minuten loopafstand hebben wij heerlijk gegeten bij 'the Woodsman'
Mijn zus en zwager verbleven in app D. Deze was aanzienlijk minder comfortabel. Het was erg erg koud en vochtig. Persoonlijk zou ik dus echt app A adviseren

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Die Lage war großartig, hervorragend geeignet um die Panorama Route zu erkunden. Gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Anneliese war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns mit sehr hilfreichen Tipps geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Really cold, table with low lights and even the chicken is really old

Ventilation was poor. There was evidence of damp. Furniture needs an upgrade. The pathway was steep which made carrying luggage difficult.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Bien placé sur la route entre Johannesburg et le Blyde river canyon, avec des restaurants à proximité à pied. Hôte sympathique.
Heel ruim appartement met goede bedden voor 4 personen. Wel allemaal in 1 ruimte. Fijne bank om te hangen en een balkon (dat we vanwege het weer niet gebruikt hebben). Vlakbij supermarkt en restaurants. Auto kan veilig op eigen terrein staan. Aardige host geeft nuttige informatie over de omgeving.
De keuken is wat gedateerd en er zijn veel waarschuwingen dat je verschillende apparaten niet tegelijk kunt gebruiken. Dat schrikt een beetje af en is ook niet echt praktisch.

Freundliche Gastgeberin. Große Wohneinheit in ruhiger Lage zu günstigem Preis. Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, wo einen die insektenfressende Hauskatze heimsucht.
Sofagarnitur ist schon etwas betagt und nicht die bequemste. Nicht viel Abstellfläche für eigene Utensilien im Bad.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026The apartments located are perfect place in case you would like to travel along Panorama Route and visit all the attractions. Apartments are close to two restaurants and a shop. There is a pool which we didn’t use due to weather conditions. Annelise gave us some hints about local attractions.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026The host gave us a warm welcome, shared a map and advised which roads are bad and routes we can opt for. The highlight for me was the balcony. the view from my balcony was simply amazing. The photos do not do it justice
Late Check in penalty- I would prefer if the R250 late check in after 7PM-8PM and R100 per hour after that can be shared on the site and not on departure day. I believe it will help travellers to better plan their trip especially if you are coming from far and travelling by road.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025Wir hatten die Wohnung im Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung war groß und hat im Grunde funktioniert. Die Terrasse bot einen schönen Blick auf die Berge.
Die Wohnung war komplett renovierungsbedürftig und völlig abgewohnt. In den Bädern löste sich der Deckenbelag. Die Sitzgarnitur im Wohnzimmer war speckig. Die Wohnung war ungemütlich.
