Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Very clean. Host was very discreet but we didn’t have anything we needed to say to her. Continental breakfast in the room which suited us perfectly. There was plenty of choice and not provided for cheapness. It was restocked for the ne t night.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Fantastic B&B. The best one we stayed at during our 13 day bike packing trip around Ireland by far. Best value for money hands down. A little bit outside town, about a 10 minute bike ride away, but that would be no issue if you have a car. The continental breakfast included with the nightly price was fantastic! Lots of space, shower and bed was nice. Host was super friendly and even stored our bikes. Would highly recommend

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Place is very nice,in rather quiet neighbourhood. Room was spacious and equipped with everything needed. Bed was very comfortable. Teresa gave us warm welcome. Definitely recommend staying here as lot of natural sites are easy reachable from property. If you're not scared of walking than using wood paths village of Cong can be reached by feet.
Only thing I was missing was net curtains in front of the window as room is facing road,to have more privacy you need to close blackout curtains even when it's light outside.

La casa está a 2 minutos de un pueblo muy bonito y te permite moverte por la zona que es preciosa. Muy recomendable!!!

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Staying here was an exceptional experience of Irish Hospitality. Teresa is incredibly welcoming and a wonderful host. The home is lovely and comfortable., I enjoyed a relaxing brief stay in my spacious relaxing bedroom and bathroom. A lovely surprise was having Continental breakfast laid on - plus great extra convenience of Fridge and Microwave in the room., Essential bonus for me was convenient onsite parking. I wish I could have stayed longer. 10/10 for this wonderful Mayo hospitality.

Pokój był przestronny, bardzo wygodnie urządzony, było w nim wszystko czego można potrzebować podczas kilkudniowego pobytu. Każdego dnia uzupełniane były produkty do przygotowania śniadania kolejnego poranka, było to w zupełności wystarczające, a oprócz tego można było zamówić śniadanie na ciepło w cenie 8 euro od osoby (jajka, kiełbaski, pudding, boczek, pomidory i ciemny chleb - polecamy). W pokoju dostępne toster, czajnik, kuchenka mikrofalowa, lodówka, telewizor. Pomimo że byliśmy w czerwcu było chłodno w pokoju, ale system ogrzewania działał świetnie, więc można było szybko nagrzać. Przestronny parking, cicha i spokojna okolica sprzyjająca odpoczynkowi po całym dniu zwiedzania. Wygodne łóżko. Bardzo miła właścicielka.
Jedyne zastrzeżenia jakie mamy, to pokój mógłby bardziej dokładnie posprzątany. Były miejsca w pokoju, gdzie widać było spory kurz, a podłoga prawdopodobnie była umyta jakimś płynem, który powodował klejenie się butów do podłogi, co pogłębiało uczucie niedokładnej czystości.

Teresa prepared breakfast for us in the fridge. Waking up for birdchirping after a quiet night was so relaxing. Thank you, and see you next time! 🙂

Die Inhaberin haben wir nur bei der Ankunft einmal für 1 Minute gesehen als sie uns das Zimmer gezeigt hat

Reviewed May 9, 2026Ganz tolle Unterkunft! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und toll eingerichtet mit nettem Gartenblick. Es gibt Frühstück im eigenen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Das Quartier liegt gleich neben dem süßen, kleinen Cong und nicht allzu weit von Galway entfernt.
Und hat alles gefallen :-)

Reviewed May 4, 2026The cleaning in this place leaves a LOT to be desired. You can see in the photos. The part that really got me, though, was while I was trying to fall asleep, I smelled something horrible. I finally decided it smelled like rotted fruit but couldn't imagine how that could be. Well, when my friend went to make tea in the morning, the teapot was filled with water and what looked like maybe rotting pineapple. Just hearing him describe it really turned my stomach and made me not want to eat anything there. I can't imagine why a guest would put something like that in a teapot, but the real issue is that no one checked to see if the pot was clean. Kind of makes you wonder about all the other dishes and foods, doesn't it? I will say that when we were leaving in the morning, the property manager asked us how our stay was and seemed very concerned about the cleanliness issue, so at least she cared.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Il posto è incredibile! Posizione tranquilla e riservata, con parcheggio privato. La nostra camera era dotata di ogni comfort (anche frigoriferino, microonde, tostapane e bollitore) e studiata in ogni dettaglio. Il bagno, enorme, aveva anche la vasca a idromassaggio. La colazione, ricca e sostanziosa, era già pronta per noi in camera al nostro arrivo per potercela godere nei tempi che preferivamo la mattina successiva e senza problemi di conservazione (tutto incartato e conservato con cura). Avevamo un tavolino con sedie, piatti e posate per poter usufruire della colazione direttamente in camera, ma in caso di bel tempo c'erano anche tavoli deliziosi all'esterno. La comunicazione con l'host è stata semplice e piacevole, così come check in e check out.
L'unica "pecca" che potrei trovare a questo posto è che, essendo molto isolato, è anche lontano dai servizi (supermarket, ristoranti, ecc), quindi bisogna calcolare di usare sempre la macchina per gli spostamenti. Noi però cercavamo un posto tranquillo quindi è stato assolutamente in linea con le nostre aspettative.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν κρύο όταν φτασαμέ 11 μμ και η θέρμανση ήρθε ξανά το πρωί όταν φύγαμε .Το κλειδί δεν ήταν στο σημείο που έλεγε ,η τηλεόραση δεν έπαιζε μάλλον λόγω τηλεκοντρόλ και οι κουρτίνες δεν άνοιγαν να μπει φως το πρωί
