Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Selbst-Check-in . Zum Glück war gerade eine Putzfrau da, die super nett war. Wir hatten leider nicht Bescheid gesagt, dass wir früher kommen, deshalb musste sie schnell sauber machen – sorry dafür!Nach Absprache konnten wir gegen Aufpreis früher einchecken. Das hat geklappt. Die Lage ist top. U-Bahn und Bus sind ganz in der Nähe. Direkt unten gibt’s eine Pizzeria und mehrere gute Bäckereien – Essen ist also überhaupt kein Problem. Die Klimaanlage ist schön kalt und trotz Straße ist es sehr ruhig. Der Balkon ist praktisch zum Wäscheaufhängen. Das Wasser im Kühlschrank war auch richtig lecker. Insgesamt echt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

The location isn’t ideal being in a residential area with few restaurants or cafes nearby. At night, it feels isolated and lonely. I didn’t get to meet the host or other guests. This isn’t a good place for socialising or meeting new people. The room is small and quite dark even with all the lights on. It’s more suited for sleeping only.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We had a very relaxing stay. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The AC and the comfortable bed were a life saver during our August trip to Rome. The location was not the most central. However, the next metro station (Cipro) was only 5 mins away and it was nice to stay in a more local neighborhood with a great bakery and gelateria just around the corner. We would definitely book this accomodation again on the next visit.

Singurul lucru care nu mi-a plăcut a fost faptul ca 3 camera sunt legate de același hol și un pic se auzea gălăgie destul de tare dacă cineva ajungea mai târziu la cazare, dar pentru acest lucru nu voi scădea nota.

The property is noisy - the windows overlook a busy street and the windows are not thick enough to cancel the noise. I couldn’t sleep even with my earplugs. Also, the mattress is extremely worn out and uncomfortable.

The location is great – it’s very close to the metro, and just across from the station you can buy a delicious breakfast. We would happily stay here again!

Маленький чайник помог бы любителям чая.

Tenía balcón, microondas, refri tipo bar,, platos, etc. Nos recibieron con una canasta con croisants, refresco, agua, nespreso, azúcar. Encantados del lugar. Lo recomiendo y volvería ahí
No se las costumbres del país, pero he viajando mucho y la basura diaria debería de tener un lugar ya sea para que la saquen de la habitación o fuera de la habitación dejarla. Me parecía un poco extraño el tener que sacarla y dejarla en la calle.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Nice apartments, not too far from the city center and in a good area. It’s possible to walk to the Vatican. The apartment is separated from the main corridor by an additional space, so you can only hear guests from the nearby rooms.
One small inconvenience was the bedding: there were two sheets used instead of a proper duvet cover, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Há uma estação de metrô e terminal de ônibus à cerca de 5 minutos caminhando, mercados e restaurantes. A Cidade do Vaticano está também bastante próxima. O ambiente é claro, espaçoso, moderno e bastante agradável.
Não é culpa necessariamente do locatário, mas o pagamento em separado da taxa de turismo para a cidade de Roma leva a uma certa confusão no momento da chegada.

Дуже привітний власник, відповідає на всі питання та допомагає. Номер чистий, є все необхідне, зручне ліжко.Є welcome набір : вода, кава, круасани, вершки до кави, приємні дрібнички. Гарний wi-fi. Є послуга залишити речі, замовити комфортний трансфер. На метро можна швидко добратись в любу локацію, йти 3 хвилини.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Krásné čisté a pohodlné ubytování v perfektní klidné lokalitě. Pěšky všude blízko a stanice metra na první větší křižovatce. Perfektně vybaveno na krátký pobyt. Ručníky, fén, lednice, mikrovlnná trouba, kávovar s kapslemi. Děti uvítaly croisanty a džus. 😉
Už po první noci jsme se všichni zamotali do povlečení. 🤣

Brak czajnika elektrycznego w pokojach więc niemożność zaparzenia herbaty. Niesprawny expres do kawy w jednym z pokoi. Zdecydowanie nie polecam transferu organizowanego przez właściciela obiektu - kierowca próbował nas oszukać i wyłudzić wyższą kwotę niż wcześniej ustaloną.

The bathroom was spotless and featured a very good shower with excellent water pressure. The location is very convenient — it is close to Cipro metro station on Metro Line A, which makes it very easy to access the city center and all major attractions The host was a very pleasant person and answered all of our questions quickly, making communication smooth and easy throughout our stay. We were also very grateful for the thoughtful welcome gesture — there was a small coffee table prepared with coffee capsules and croissants for us.
As I remember, the floor number was not mentioned in the description (or perhaps I missed that information), so it was a little difficult at first to find the correct door with the red ribbon. However, once we found it, everything was very comfortable and well organized.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026It was a very comfortable place to stay during my holiday in Rome. The room was spacious and clean and even had some extra amenities: coffee, some pastry, water... There is even a tv and a microwave. The mattress was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. It's also very conveniently located, close to metro Cipro, and within walking distance from the Vatican. If I ever come back to Rome I hope they have rooms available :)

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Отличное расположение апартаментов, близко метро, Ватикан и собор Святого Петра в 10 минутах ходьбы. Рядом много кафе и большой супермаркет. Нашли и попали внутрь очень легко. В апартаментах очень чисто, есть всё необходимое, даже булочки и капсулы кофе. Приятно пить кофе на балконе. Хозяин всё время на связи. Я редко возвращаюсь в тоже жилье, но здесь обязательно приеду ещё раз.
