We appreciated great communication finding the place as we arrived quite late, and excellent location in regard to the train station. Better than expected!

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Schön eingerichtete und sehr saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten als Familie zwei Apartments direkt nebeneinander, was für uns super war. Die U-Bahn ist gut erreichbar, und auch die Garage war in der Nähe. Außerdem gibt es eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Autobahn.
Die Gegend selbst ist nicht besonders schön, lieber die Bahn benutzen. Das Frühstück hat leider nur eine kleine Auswahl. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es okay, aber bei längeren Aufenthalten könnte es mehr Abwechslung geben.

Since parking ends at 10:30 AM with check-out, we paid extra to stay longer; the garage is privately owned, which was completely fine. The location was a bit weaker right next to the train station, but still good as it was close to the city center. The room was clean and standardly furnished. The window faced a wall, so there was no view, but we could leave our luggage in the lobby after check-out. A staff member named Valerie was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient, featuring a large selection of sweet pastries, juices, yogurts.
Boiling your own eggs was the only savory option in the warm buffet. Another downside was that the room lacked soundproofing, so you could hear everything from the hallway.

Colazione oltre le aspettative, Posizione ottima, da li puoi partire e girare tutta Napoli e dintorni utilizzando la Metro proprio di fronte, Ci ritornemo sicuramente anche per più giorni Grazie a tutte!!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Tutto perfetto, fantastico, Valeria e la collega ( che purtroppo non ricordo il nome ( chiedo scusa ) ) sono state fantastiche e ci hanno fornito tutti i dettagli per arrivare pronti e senza problemi... disponibilità al massimo...in qualsiasi momento chiedevo informazioni, ricevevo subito assistenza! Posso solo consigliare questo posto perché per quanto mi riguarda e per i servizi che offre, rapporto qualità prezzo migliore di questo non c'è ne sono. Dettaglio molto importante!!!! È L'unico o uno dei pochissimi che ha in parcheggio auto incluso nel prezzo, tutti gli altri che ho trovato chiedevano una tantum al giorno ( e non poco economica ) qui invece il parcheggio è gratuito e sicuro!!!! Ci Torneremo sicuramente!!!! Grazie ancora e tanti saluti da Raffaello e Giovanna ( i 2 pugliesi, in visita a Napoli, che vivono in Germania :):):) )

The neighbourhood is very rough, I would not recommend bringing children here. We had our teen daughters with us but did not bring them out after 20pm. We experienced people smoking crackpipes in front of the door to the building and the Streets around where not safe to walk alone.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Die Lage ist top wenn man direkt zentral wohnen möchte. Wenn man vor die Türe geht stehen Damen abends die auf den Strich gehen. Wenn man aber nur vor hat schnell überall hinzukommen, dann ist es eine Top Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß keine 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfreich allerdings spricht nicht jede von Ihnen Englisch.
Die Straße sieht aus wie eine Gheto Gegend sehr schmutzig und man sollte auf die Taschendiebe aufpassen, überall lagen Portmonaies rum…wahrscheinlich wurden Menschen ausgeraubt und die leeren Portemonnaies hingeschmissen.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Our room was clean, modern and very spacious! It was close to the train station and an easy walk into the historic city centre. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Angela gave us a lot of detailed information about our stay via WhatsApp so it was easy to go back and check again at any time.
The breakfast selection was nice but the set up was initially confusing. After the 1st day we had it figured out. There was tea in the rooms and the milk and coffee was outside in the communal area.

Emplacement génial près des transports en communs (gares ferroviaire et routière), taxis, métro, très pratiques pour se déplacer et pas très éloigné de l'aéroport. Chambre et SDB impeccables. Personnel féminin charmant et compétent. La coordinatrice Angela étant très performante et vous arrangeant sur tout le séjour. Accueil très chaleureux et convivial.
Obligation de prendre le déjeuner dans sa chambre, car pas de salle de restauration, pas très pratique. Un peu de bruit nocturne dû à la rue. Quelques coupures électriques. Façade de l'établissement fatiguée.

Es war für unseren Rückflug früh am Morgen sehr praktisch, denn wir konnten den Bhf schnell zu Fuß erreichen und von dort problemlos mit Alibus zum Flughafen fahren. - die Sauberkeit des Unterkunfts. - die gute Kommunikation mit dem Personals, die wir auch als sehr nett und hilfsbereits empfunden haben.
- unser Zimmer "Bologna" liegt nah am Frühstückbereich und morgens war es richtig laut, als andere Gäste im Gang Frühstück geholt und mit einander unterhalten haben. - insgesamt war es ziemlich hellhörig im Haus. Man kann alles hören.

Reviewed May 26, 2026La atención. El personal a cargo es muy amable y bien dispuesto. El desayuno, abundante. La ubicación, a 5 min de la estación central de Nápoles.
Éramos un grupo de 11 personas y llenamos prácticamente todas las habitaciones menos una. Le hubiésemos puesto una valoración aún mejor si no fuese porque nos tocó la habitación más pequeña y totalmente interior (hab. "Bologna") que está en el pasillo, justo delante de la zona de desayunos. La puerta no te aísla para nada del ruido y, a partir de las 7:30 de la mañana, te despierta todo el trajín de los desayunos. En mi opinión, esa habitación debería haber sido el office para albergar la zona de desayunos, con las neveras, cafeteras, etc, que ahora ocupan un pasillo estrecho que además es lugar de paso para varias habitaciones. Hubiesen perdido una habitación, pero los huéspedes ganarían mucho en comodidad. Es una lástima, porque el resto de componentes de nuestro grupo estuvieron encantados con sus habitaciones. Amplias, confortables y silenciosas.

O acesso deve ser feito por escada, elevador, senha e não há espaço para estacionamento e descarregar a bagagem, também o café da manhã fica com as guarnições a serem escolhidas num corredor.

Reviewed May 2, 2026A localização, por ser próxima a Satazione Garibaldi, é muito boa para quem chega e sai de Nápoles de trem. Assim como acessar a marina de Metrô para quem pretende ir a Capri. É um verdadeiro bed & breakfast, pois existe um buffet bem sortido onde os hóspedes se servem e tomam café da manhã nos respectivos quartos. O sistema de acesso é bom com app para entrada no prédio, código para acesso ao apartamento, e chave para acesso ao quarto. Nosso quarto, o Bolonha, era muito confortável.
A vizinhança do hotel pareceu perigosa, mas isso não se confirmou, e caminhamos por lá com tranquilidade.

Etwas hellhörig. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Frühstücksbereich (morgens also wuselig und laut) und abends hat man den lauten Türsummer der Wohnungstür sehr deutlich gehört.

A little sign for the external blinds would be super helpful, we missed it till morning but we got to see a beautiful early morning across the city and I need to remember to turn off the mini fridge at night ( those little motors make a surprising amount of noise in a quiet room.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026L'emplacement est proche du métro et aussi de l'autoroute. Le parking est gratuit et situé dans une autre rue. Vous donnez les clés, tout s'est bien passé. La literie est confortable, la déco est magnifique. Le pti dej est super, on se sert et on mange dans notre appartement. Le personnel est top !
La salle de bain n'a pas entièrement été nettoyée, je m'en suis rendue après le check in, le soir, donc pas de personnel. J'avais des linguettes, j ai nettoyé les wc et la vasque. Le gel douche au bout de 2 jours était vide, donc n'avait pas été rempli. Si vous êtes sensible aux lumières dans le noir, il y en a pas mal, prévoyez un cache yeux.
