Es war sehr sauber, großes Lob an das Cleaning-Team!!

Direkt vor der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, laut Eigentümer super easy um den Bus in die Stadt bzw zu Isola Bella zu nehmen, leider haben wir 1h auf den Bus gewartet, nur um dann als er endlich kam, nicht mitgenommen zu werden! Stattdessen haben wir den Weg nach unten über eine Treppe zur Gondel genommen, super easy!

It is a steep walk from town centre, bus is very infrequent and taxi is expensive, nothing much around just two resturants, be aware.

Wonderful stay! The host was very friendly and helpful, the views were beautiful, and everything was very clean, peaceful, and relaxing. We highly recommend this place!

The premises is absolutely incredible. The view is truly remarkable from the room and the staff, Loris in particular, really made our stay unforgettable. I would go back every year if possible.

A steep walk from town, which is normally not a problem, but was very hot during our stay.

Estaba todo muy bien cuidado. Las vistas espectaculares, el desayuno muy rico y el trato muy correcto. Aunque estaba un poquito más lejos del centro de Taormina, íbamos andando cuando queríamos ir al centro y la vuelta, la hacíamos en taxi. Nos dejaron aparcar el coche en el mismo recinto por 25€ al día, y la verdad que fue de gran ayuda, pues en Taormina es imposible aparcarlo. El restaurante recomendado por Loris fantástico. ¡Experiencia maravillosa!

Teníamos previsto llegar a las 20h y a Loris no le gustó esa hora de llegada. Fue un poco incómodo, pues nos dijo que si no llegábamos antes de las 19h, que mejor que nos quedáramos en Catania y que fuésemos al día siguiente. La verdad es que nos sorprendió bastante esa actitud, pues habíamos hecho la reserva con mucho tiempo de antelación y no teníamos claro que hubiera que llegar antes de las 19h. Adaptamos nuestros planes para llegar antes de las 19h, pues corríamos riesgo de no tener estancia para quedarnos.

Habitaciones limpias y comodas. Personal amable. Vistas espectaculares al Etna y muy cerca del casco antiguo de Taormina. La sensación real de sentirte en una villa Siciliana.

We absolutely loved the view a panoramic view of the bay and Mount Etna. The pool area and pool are great for a rest and chill out time after hectic days sight seeing our room and the view from it was absolutely stunning, lovely bathroom with better facilities than some 4 and 5 star hotels we have stayed in . We enjoyed the walk down the stairs into town which lori explained to us and then got a taxi back or the bus .Every thing was as explained and lori was very helpful and always available at the stated times and on whatsapp

La ubicación, la vista y el desayuno. La atención de la señora Irene impecable, la única y mejor de todas.

Que al llegar 9.30 pm no nos esperaba nadie. Que habiendo pagado con plaza de parking, cada mañana que queríamos sacar el auto teníamos otro trabando nuestra salida y había que recurrir a quien lo sacara. Los modos de los anfitriones. Gritones y prepotentes al momento del check out. Nos fuimos con un doble cargo en nuestra tarjeta de crédito x los consumos x un error interno de ellos que procesaron doble la transacción y no demostraron intención de solucionarlo en el acto. Nunca antes en un hotel nos había pasado algo igual y mucho menos que nos elevaran la voz tan irrespetuosamente como acá. Una lástima porque dejó un sabor amargo a nuestra lindísima estadía.

Amazing hotel. Lovely relaxing swimming pool & a nice continental breakfast served each morning. Parking was easy to organise with the hotel and efficiently managed. The hotel is really peaceful, relaxing and gets the sun all day. You also have amazing views of mount etna. Would highly recommend this hotel to stay for a trip to Taormina. Staff were great as well, friendly and couldn't help enough!

The hotel is up a steep hill so it had amazing views over Taormina and we knew this when booking it but it's something to keep in mind. It's about a 20 minute walk into town. This is fine when down but can be more challenging when back up, especially in the heat! Taxi is €20 from town to the hotel in the day (5 minutes) but can go above +€50 at night time. So I'd say this is just something to keep in mind. We personally liked escaping town to the relaxing hotel!

Von dem von uns bezahlten Preis könnte man sich schon ein mehr an Service erwarten. Die Lösung mit Parkplatz ist sehr ungünstig. Auch die receptionzeiten entsprechen eher der einer Jugendherberge als der einer gehobenen Hotelerie.

The view is absolutely incredible ... and the breakfast is beyond fantastic!! The room is very spacious with a great balcony overlooking Taormina and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Exceptional!

The property is a bit difficult to reach from the main area of Taormina -- it is very high up, but about a 10 or 15 minute walking by steps down to all historical, shopping, and restaurant areas. There also is a very inexpensive shuttle down to the town -- and back up as well.

Les escaliers ! Pas de parking pour la voiture, et la paume de douche de la seule douche ne fonctionne pas depuis longtemps apparemment, pas pratique du tout.

The views are amazing, staff really helpful, breakfast plentiful and the beds very comfortable. The parking available (at a cost) is also virtually essential if you have a car in Taormina!

It's a great location so long as you are up for walking up and down a lot of steps - 250 steps down in to the town and the same back. Taxis and local buses are available! Also, a lot of stairs in the property and low ceilings in the corridors (damaging to the head of tall people!).

Fantastisk udsigt over både Etna og bugt fra altan. Super lækker italiensk morgenmad. Rigtig mange trapper ned til byen og op igen - også inde i hotellet - så gode ben er nødvendige.

El hotel es divino , muy italiano, sobre la ladera de la montaña. Las vistas al Etna y la Bahía de Taormina son únicas, las instalaciones están impecables, y la atención inmejorable.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. The view was spectacular.

Room number 5 needs some attention. The wall was crumbly and bubbled. The bathroom was way out of style and SUPER small. Once I informed the staff that I was not happy, they offered a change for the remainder of our trip. 2 of the four nights. We were told we’d meet with the staff in the morning, for what I don’t know as the room was still occupied when we left for our daily adventures. We went to the office at 8:55 and 9:00 am. No staff in sight. Had to leave for a scheduled activity. Got no call, text, what’s app message from the staff. Came back after our activity at approximately 3:30. Spoke with staff, he had given our new room away without even reaching out to us. He said that our items were not packed so he assumed we changed our minds. I told him we pack very quickly as we both only had a carry on bag each. We were then offered a different room with in his opinion had the same view. It did not. The room we paid for had a pool view as well as a beautiful view of Mt. Etna. The new room you could still see the mountain, but also the street view. It was also 40+ steps downstairs. No elevator. Beware if you get this room. See the pictures.

We were absolutely WOWed when we arrived, the view is absolutely breath-taking, a panoramic view of the bay and Mount Etna. The pool area and pool are absolute stunning, the sun beds are the most comfy I've ever experienced. The breakfast was a delicious selection including delicious fresh bread and freshly squeezed juices, you can also get your choice of eggs on request, would highly recommend the scrambled eggs. Our room and the view from it was absolutely stunning, lovely bathroom and comfy bed. We enjoyed the walk down the stairs into town lovely views the whole way and the walk back is absolutely fine after a few aperols!

It would be helpful to have had someone on reception at all times as there wasn't always someone available.

The property was gorgeous. It had fantastic views. The pool was beautiful. The breakfast was good.

We stay just one day and took a room with balcony and it was fantastic! Very beautiful villa and very nice people on the deck. Good breakfast by the pool in morning, what can be better? Very easy to find, but you will need a little walk to the town.. WE loved that small vacation. Definitely will be back. Recommend 100%

Deluxe property with a very attentive and helpful staff. Killer views. Great breakfast and lunch option as well. It is a long and hard walk to / from town. There is a bus option and taxis for 20+ euros. This is a resort stay vs in town property. Truely a deluxe experience!

Hard pillows on bed, walking back up the hill from city centre

The property is perched above Taormina overlooking Etna and the coastline, which makes for abundant gorgeous views. Be aware that it also means you’ll have to come back up steep staircases when returning to the hotel, so take advantage of the buses (which conveniently stop right in front of the hotel) or taxis which stop in the square and try to plan because though these run regularly, they don’t run all night or at very close intervals. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast was pleasant. The best thing about this property for me though was Carla and Loris — they helped me organize all my transit, answered every question, and were always kind and responsive.

While I definitely understand why this is the case — and it’s not a knock on the lovely things the property does offer — the lack of dining or snacking options except during somewhat narrow hours was difficult for me: on days when I didn’t want to descend into town, I had to go to the neighboring property for food.

Tout était parfait, l’équipe est très bienveillante, à l’écoute si vous avez des questions ou des demandes. L’hôtel est très beau, les chambres sont très belles et le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Our room was very nice and the view from our room was amazing - Mt Ethna and View of the Ocean. The breakfast had numerous choices very delicious. The staff at reception were extremely helpful in dealing with any queries we had and helped us with finding things to do. Excellent we felt really relaxed after our visit there.

We Loved it. The only minus we had was having to use bus to get into the town as it would be 30 minutes by foot down steps. Good exercise, This is expected here. The bus service was very good. Taxi is available at 25 euro, minimum price.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were so kind and helpful - they helped us with our luggage, booking restaurants, and booking a day trip to the Etna Wineries. The facilities were great, and the snack bar at the poolside was brilliant. The views were stunning, including the view of Mount Etna and all the surrounding landscape. The hotel is quite high up the cliff, and so walking back uphill from Taormina was a bit tough in the heat, but there was a bus stop right outside the hotel which ran regularly between Taormina and Castelmola and plenty of taxis in the town centre.

A lovely little hotel with an amazing view. The staff were all very helpful (thank you) and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast. The pool area was great for relaxing, with comfortable sun loungers. Lovely pool area. Rooms are varied and well appointed.

Be prepared for the 15 min walk down vertical steps to the town. Beware long gaps in the bus schedule so you have to time it right if you can’t face the walk back up in the dark as taxis are not great value! You get used to the walk and the view is totally worth it! Perhaps the poolside snack bar or upper terrace could be run as a bar for a couple of hours in the early evening?

The views are amazing, the staff as well, great breakfast. Half way between Taormina and Castelmola, quiet and private. The pool is great addition. If you figure out the shortcuts, you can be at the duomo in 10 minutes. I loved walking there.

I paid 100 Euros for parking (20/day). That made me sad when I figured out that there is plenty of street parking within 800 m radius especially towards Castelomola. This info was nowhere to find on any website. Just unpack at the villa and drive around and you will find parking, if you are lucky there is street parking right across the hotel.
