Our time spent here was very nice. Everything was done to a very high standard. Sam goes above and beyond to help his guests have a great holiday. Lovely kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to start your day. Would highly recommend staying at this lovely gem of a place.

Spotlessly clean, well provisioned kitchen, comfortable bed in spacious room. Quiet location, close to Charlottetown and other points of interest on PEI. Prompt, courteous host, great communication.

Not an issue for us, but the many stairs and multi levels would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

Short taxi ride from the airport, 15 minutes. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean Nice self serve kitchen, with a selection of basics, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt and fresh fruit. Large common areas inside and outside. Sam is an excellent host. He took a great deal of care to make sure I was getting a good start to my cycling adventure. Thank you, Sam.

Home is in spotless condition; separation of guest rooms, expansive, comfortable common areas including full access to the kitchen. Convenient location to Chalottetown and any other area of the island. Host is accommodating, friendly and patient !

Schönes großzügiges B&B in Cornwall ca 15 Autominuten von Charlottestown entfernt. Es gibt eine Busverbindung mit Haltestelle nahe beim Haus, ca 5-9x pro Tag. Sonntag kein Bus. Fahrräder kann man in Charlottestown mieten. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Die Küche und Aufenthaltsräume für die Gäste ebenfalls sehr großzügig mit viel Platz. Der Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten sehr schön und ruhig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Not a dislike but a polite suggestion: a convection oven and a larger microwave would be convenient to heat up ready meals. There was an air fryer ,but a few more appliances would be great 🙂

Il proprietario, Sam, è gentilissimo e attento agli ospiti. Il parcheggio è davanti alla struttura che si trova in un quartiere residenziale a pochi minuti di auto da Charlottetown. Sam è stato un padrone di casa premuroso ed accogliente. La casa è molto grande e possiede spazi comuni ampi e dotati di ogni comodità. Tutto è molto pulito e ordinato. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità di fare colazione con il cibo gentilmente messo a disposizione! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

The continental style, “help yourself” to fruit, coffee/tea, juice, milk, bread/biscuits, peanut butter, jam, Nutella, cucumbers, treats etc. was an added “shared kitchen” bonus. It made for a very enjoyable, relaxed wake-up. Loved the keypad and easy fob entry. Sam is an excellent host, who communicated very thorough instructions/expectations and was very visible throughout the stay, but not invasive by any means. The home is cleaned daily, I believe between 10 and 3 (all common areas), so it is spotless throughout the stay. Very quiet place. Lots of parking in visible area, and close to main door.

The atmosphere is both rustic and elegant. A very pleasant place. Spotlessly clean. The owner and his hospitality are exceptional, and discreet. Close to Charlottetown (10 minutes)

È indubbiamente uno dei posti più belli in cui io abbia mai alloggiato. Ci sono diverse parti della casa da poter utilizzare in comune e sono presenti molte cose per potersi preparare la colazione. We appreciated being greeted and shown around the property. It was the personal touch that we missed at other locations, and had us feel welcomed. It was really appreciated.

La casa es espaciosa y todo estaba muy limpio. Aunque no incluye desayuno, tiene cosas como fruta fresca, café y yogures gratis, así que de facto puedes desayunar. Sam fue muy amable.

Nada. Solo saber que está a 15 min en coche de la ciudad, pero creo mereció la pena.

Very spacious

I requested two beds. The only room with two beds was in the basement and one of the beds was a cot. This place is ideal if you only need one bed. Beautiful house, very clean, very close to Charlottetown. Easy to go around town to get to ferry to Nova Scotia. Very enjoyable overall. Owners had filled fridge with snacks and there was a bowl of fresh fruits for all the guests.

The place had great amenities and was very spacious, making it comfortable to relax during my stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host was very communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciated how easy the check-in process and communication were.

Unfortunately, there was too much noise coming from the room next to mine until after midnight, despite the property’s policy regarding quiet hours. It wasn’t the owner’s fault, but there is definitely a downside to having so many rooms rented out in one place. It was simply bad luck.

What an absolutely stunning place. Sparking clean, brightly lit by abundant windows, beautifully appointed with dishware (particularly nice tea sets!) and furniture, and lovely vistas onto the greenery all around. The proprietor was prompt, friendly, and circumspect. We felt welcome and only wish we stayed longer. The floor to ceiling bay window nook was a particular highlight. The other guests were lovely while we were there, too. If we come back to PEI, this will certainly be where we stay.

This is a cozy and clean place to stay, and quiet! Some food available but not a full breakfast. Sam was very helpful, kind, and available as needed. The location is perfect - just outside Charlottetown and thus easy access to points north and west on the island.

Steps outside may be a bit challenging for some folks or in the dark.

Chez nous c'est Whaou Whaou 🤩 tout est vraiment très très bien, on s'y sent comme chez soi et Sam est présent pour vous accueillir ce qui est remarquable a une époque où les entrées sont généralement en autonomie. De plus, le petit déjeuner est offert 😁😁😁 on y retournera sans aucun doute.

It is a beautiful home and comfortable. The host was accommodating as we didn't know our arrival time. He is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this home to friends.

Sam was very professional and courteous when welcoming me to the property. The room was quite spacious, bright, beautiful, and clean. A few decor items and small details like coasters for the room but not cluttered. Lots of storage and the room itself was spacious! Loved the big bay window looking out over the garden. Bed was comfy but could have used a heavier blanket in addition to the lighter extras that were provided. Nice hairdryer. So many extras were offered at this accommodation that I wasn't expecting like free fruit, and self serve breakfast, tea, and snacks in the kitchen. This place has several bright, naturally lit cozy common areas to relax, and feels like a house where you are welcome to come and go and use what you need. House guidelines are very reasonable and clear and make for a comfortable stay for all. Lovely garden in the back of the house.

Sam is an amazing host! He stopped by to welcome us to the property, and he even called me immediately when I left a personal item behind, waiting for us to come back and pick it up. He is super attentive. The location is very convenient to all the main attractions, just 20 minutes away from Charlottetown by car. The place was incredibly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets.

We loved everything! If we had one tiny suggestion, it would just be to add an iron and ironing board to the room.

Ruime kamer en mooi huis waar je voor een gedeelte gebruik van kon maken en hoewel zonder ontbijt kon je eigenlijk toch genieten van een aantal dingen voor een goede start van de dag.

Er waren de 2e dag nogal gehorige bovenburen vanaf aankomst tot erg laat in de avond. Dat ligt dan verder niet aan de host, maar haalt de ervaring wel wat naar beneden.

We appreciated the personal reception from Sam, the very attractive home and property, the spacious room and use of the common rooms, the cleanliness and the very generous amenities…it was an exceptional stay.

Das b&b ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Hier stimmt einfach jedes Detail. Auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Hier übernachten man nicht nur, hier möchte man wohnen. Man sieht die Liebe der Eigentümer zum Haus überall. Auch das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Danke das wir hier wohnen durften.

Did not book a breakfast option, but host was very kind to give us bread, butter, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice, etc, so we could make our own breakfast. This was an unexpected surprise and much appreciated. Loved being in the country side, although close to town

10/10—I loved every single thing about this BnB! The surroundings and location are perfect: central PEI, but far enough from downtown to be nice and quiet. The house has beautiful landscaping and a super nice interior design. The sunroom with the glass ceiling and flower views is such a wonderful surprise! The room itself was spotlessly clean and very stylish. They don't serve a hot breakfast, but they provide all the breakfast supplies you could need for free. Our host, Sam, was so welcoming. He met us at check-in to guide us through the house, and we ended up chatting so much that we realized we're alumni from the same university! Sam also asked us for advice on the place, and my husband gave a minor suggestion—we were so surprised when he implemented it that exact same day! We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and will absolutely stay here again next time!

We had a great stay here. The B&B has an amazing vintage style with really cool, well-preserved pieces that make the space feel unique and beautiful rather than "old." Everything was super clean and well-organized. Even though we arrived late at 10:00 PM, Sam was very accommodating and gave us clear instructions. They don't serve full breakfasts, but they provide a nice selection of coffee, tea, juice, milk, yogurt, fruit, and snacks to keep you covered. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The house was lovely. We had access to a number of the common areas. The kitchen was well stocked. We could help ourselves to whatever was in the fridge. We could also put our own items in the fridge with our names on them. Sam was a great host. The room was well stocked and nice and clean. It was raining so we didn't use the outside but it looked so peaceful and quiet. I think there are 6 rooms. I would definitely recommend this place for a family gathering. You could have the whole place to yourselves.

We had an excellent 1-night stay at Chez Nous B & B. The owner was very respectful and helped us get checked in with a quick tour of the very clean and bright facilities. Our room was charmingly decorated, clean, and overall very pleasant. The common areas of the house were also well kept, and the big and spacious kitchen made making some basic food enjoyable, although there was no oven or stovetop. We would recommend staying here.

Bed was comfortable but the room was a bit small. Bathroom was adjoined with a folding plastic door which made a fair bit of noise when you opened and closed it.

The host texted me in the afternoon asking me what time we were planning to arrive. We were in Charlottetown for a play at the theatre so our plan was to grab dinner, go to the play that started at 8:00 pm and go to the accommodation after the play which ended at just after 10:00 pm. We were about 17 minutes from our accommodation. The host advised me in the text that he wanted us to let him know about 30 minutes before we were planning to arrive. He was going to help us check in. I told him we wouldn’t be getting there until after 10 pm. He had already sent us the door entry code so it was unclear why he needed to help us “check in”. When we arrived it was obvious to us that he was annoyed and his entire demeanour was abrupt. No where in the listing did it say the host had to help you “check in” or that there was a specific arrival time. We were both so uncomfortable after that, we got up at 7 am and left right away. We certainly didn’t feel welcome and if we hadn’t already paid the fees, we would have left.

Chez Nous was a fabulous place to stay! It has its individual charming face, being located in quiet and picturesque neighborhood. The rooms are conformtable and very clean. The possibility to have a small self-service breakfast in a very nice kitchen was priceless. Check-in was impeccable. Overall, I would definitely prefer this option to a large hotel.

Sam, the owner, who lives in the house, has created a meticulously spotless and comfortable B&B. Well stocked kitchen and numerous places to sit and relax or work or chat with the other guests, inside and out. I loved it so much, I extended my stay. The house has a parking lot. Easy drive to downtown Charlottetown.

Very comfortable accommodations in a large modern home with excellent support facilities (fridge, TV, internet, coffee-maker, microwave).

The property is located a little bit distant from downtown Charlottetown (15-20 min drive), However, the setting is very peaceful.

There was no formal breakfast which we knew about when we booked, but when we arrived the proprietor explained that there were items available for us to have for breakfast but we did not use this part of the property. The hot water was wonderful with a great shower head. Very quiet place to stay, close to downtown and waterfront, with lots of places to eat close by.

The front steps are quite steep but the proprietor had explained that to us. We booked the property knowing that there was a railing to assist getting up the stairs so we were fine.

The house was huge and the sitting area was wonderful. We were pleased that we could use the washer and dryer and that there was food in the fridge for breakfast. The internet was very good.

The bedroom was quite small and the mattress on the bed sagged in the middle, so it was a difficult sleep. The shower stall is dark and its floor is slippery - a rubber mat ought to be provided for safety. The little step at the bottom of the stairs to the laundry area is a huge tripping hazard and needs to be marked with yellow tape. My husband tripped and nearly broke his arm.
