Lovely staff and extremely comfortable beds.

Eggs cold at breakfast. The place was a bit shabby in parts.

The beds were very comfortable, room was very clean but could use a bit of modernization. The breakfast hours were great..7 to 10 am..

Breakfast was lacking a protein, no bacon or ham or sausages. The scrambled eggs were ok, but not very hot, but there was the alternative of yogurts, cereals or pastries along with a variety of breads for toasting. They didn't supply shower caps but they did provide the shampoo, conditioner and body wash,

Room was very clean and comfortable.

Good location very close to Charlottetown. The room we had was great with a full fridge/kitchen. The bed was also huge and comfortable. Included breakfast was alright and good enough to start the day.

Knowing it was an older motel we were very surprised how busy it was. Location to our venue was great and would certainly stay there again and recommend to family and friends

Les œufs et petites patates doit être garder sur un réchaud. Et les moquettes enlever dans l'établissement.

La suite familiale était spacieuse et très propre. Il y a plusieurs services à proximité. Superchargeurs Tesla très bien situés pour aller au resto tout près.

Le déjeuner était correct mais sans plus. Aucun fruit ne faisait partie de l’offre dans le buffet.

Good location, outside the main city but close to the highway.

Hair dryer was broken and the shower was weird. One second it was burning hot and next second freezing cold without touching anything. This kept happening the entire time.

Beds were good

Shower didn’t stay one temp. Went hot to cold to hot. Door didn’t seal properly and had to get shoved into place. Drawer was broken in dresser when we got there. Lost power during our stay. Overall not a pleasant experience. Asked for compensation for loss of power and unusable shower and only got 10$ a night refunded.

The price.

It’s in a nice location, not to far from everything near Charlottetown. It was not as nice as it could be. The grounds should be fixed up more and the driveway paved with less bumpy areas.

The pavement was cracked a lot and hard to drive on .

Lit confortable et endroit calme

The place looks old but it’s very clean and well maintained. And the room service really did a great job making sure it was clean and towels changed at all times.

I would have given a 5 ⭐️ if the pool was open. June- August is a peak summer time when people want to be inside the water. The pool is not open and staff don’t know when it will be available shows incompetence and nonchalant attitude.

Odd people walking the halls looking into room windows. Breakfast was less than good. Salad usually is served for lunch not breakfast.

I liked the staff and my room was fine. I had a great view of the cattle in the field and the breakfast was good .

there was some teams visiting and were noisy but I did mention it, and the staff had a word with them. I also was quite disapointed that the pool was closed.

We had breakfast in the last 15 minutes before closing so we accepted that supplies would be low but the quantity was very low. There was only an extreme volume of orange juice remaining. What we ate was very good

For the price it wasn't what I expected. Breakfast had almost nothing left so we had to have breakfast out at 9 am. That was extra cost to us. Wasn't impressed with that.

I couldn’t sleep too much noise coming from the top room . Noise ans steps keep waking me up on and off and was so hard to get back to sleep.

The tv's are something that need an upgrade. Couldn't connect a chromecast as the wifi wouldnt support it. They should upgrade to smart tv's to support app sign in like Netflix so you can sign in and watch a movie on your own account. Watching ads on basic cable was a downer when we were trying to enjoy a stay away

We recently stayed at Dutch Inn and overall, most of our experience was positive. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were what we expected, and the majority of the staff we interacted with were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, there was one staff member we encountered several times—during booking, check-in, and in the evenings—whose unfriendly and dismissive manner made our stay less enjoyable. This same staff member also spoke with our friends who were planning to book a stay with us, and the interaction was so negative that they decided to take their business down the road to another establishment. We weren’t aware of our friend’s poor interaction until we mentioned ours later in the weekend. We don’t want one individual to overshadow the rest of the staffs efforts. Still, given how often we had to deal with this particular employee, it did impact our overall impression of the hotel. With some attention to guest service consistency, we believe this hotel could provide a wonderful experience for all visitors.

Dutch Inn was a great find for us! The price was very reasonable a breakfast was included abd parking was free. Its an old school motel which is spacious and clean. The staff were the best - so friendly and very attentive to anything you need! Highly recommended!

I would not choose to stay here again. The property is in poor condition with moody grout and a lot of scale in the shower head. The chair upholstery was stained. The TV was tiny and not positioned to be seen from the bed. It was pretty noisy from other guests. On the plus side, there were plenty of clean towels and the beds were not uncomfortable.

We stayed for one night - meeting family driving across the bridge the next day. Staff were very friendly and helpful as it was our first time in PEI. It is an older property but was very clean and had a nice breakfast included. It was a short drive to the confederation bridge and we’d definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a generous size with comfortable beds, and a mini-split heat pump for quiet heat/AC. Our only “issue” was a room key that didn’t work at check-in (one worked, one didn’t). They reprogrammed it and it worked, until the next day when the same key failed. The continental breakfast was well stocked and offered a nice variety of breakfast foods. Overall a pleasant experience and we would happily return in the future.

Carpets were filthy..asked for a ground floor but had to climb stairs ..I’m 78 so not easy with luggage.. There was a lovely large room for breakfast however the food choices were very basic and awful even for a continental breakfast ..coffee was awful..had to look for a Tim’s..it looked like maybe new management as the front steps were being fixed..so maybe things will improve

The woman on the front desk was rude. Could not get an extra blanket. Pool was closed with no notice Gluten free cereal was mixed with several different kinds looked horrible. Not close to anything but the airport

Needs a lot of updates Didn't like that the cleaners left their cart, vacuum cleaner and bags of soiled laundry in the hallway outside our room all evening and still there when we left in the morning and ice machine only one hard getting ice

The sink in the bathroom was blocked. The cable box didn't work twice. The pool and sauna were unavailable. There was a minor smell of old. The placement of the TV made no sense.

The noise in the room above us was awful there was alot of stomping and constant water running sounds till just past 1am and then it all started again arround 5am so was not able to sleep much at all.
