Easy to find, parking was slightly problematic due to remote payment system. Good standard student accommodation.

Slight problem with room as found, apparently due to booking mix-up. Easily and quickly solved by staff.

Δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο και ήταν αρκετά στενή η μπανιέρα ώστε όλο το μπάνιο πλημμύριζε με νερά που λίμναζαν όλες τις μέρες. Η καθαριότητα ήταν ανύπαρκτη. Μείναμε 4 βράδια και ποτέ δεν άλλαξαν πετσέτες και σεντόνια. Ειδικά οι μαξιλαροθήκες στο ένα κρεβάτι που είχαν λερωθεί, δεν τις άλλαξαν 4 ημέρες ενώ τις αφήναμε στη μέση του κρεβατιού για να τις δουν και να αλλάξουν έστω αυτές. Την 3η ημέρα, άλλαξαν την σακούλα με τα σκουπίδια και την γεμάτη δεν την πήραν. Την άφησαν πάνω στο γραφείο. Κρίμα. Το προσωπικό στο campus είναι ευγενέστατο, αλλά στην καθαριότητα απαράδεκτοι.

The location is really nice and it is convenient to access the campus. We enjoy the kitchen and the desk and sofa in the room. The breakfast is delicious.

There is no elevator and we have to take the luggage to climb the flight. The staff with Asian face in the canteen is impolite to us.

Uns hat nicht gefallen dass keinerlei überhaupt nicht Zeit eingerichtet war das Bad war stimmig es waren Haare es gab kein warmes Wasser mein Kind hat in der kalten Dusche geduscht nicht in Ordnung

Good basic accommodation, close to the motorway. The on-site breakfast was excellent.

Extra charge for parking not made clear at time of booking. Parking meters were also missing or not working so you have to pay by app No TV or radio in room, and the shower cubicle could do with some maintenance

Location is good for university business

Lack of plug sockets(one double located on the desk, problematic if like my husband need to use a CPAP or like anything else plugged in next to the bed); mattress extremely uncomfortable; sheets, duvet and pillows also fairly unpleasant. Bathroom not particularly clean, lacking plug for sink and stains on the carpet. Our daughter is in halls here, and her accommodation was far better!

The room was spacious, light and airy. The breakfast was excellent both in quality and choice. Beds were very clean and comfortable. the bathroom was clean and functional. The location was good and there is a regular bus service into Lancaster.

Choice of a lower floor would have been appreciated. • Confusion about parking rates and times as these have changed recently and not clear what was needed to be paid for. • Getting attitude when asking for more than 3 items on the cooked breakfast! I did get the scrambled egg in the end. • Having to ask for toast, milk and yogurt to be replenished - but to be fair, there were only 2 girls on doing everything.

The campus was an eye opener for me. So large and impressive.

Bathroom. A big let down was tired needs updating. No plug in hand wash basin, hot water tap rotated was not secure flooded floor a few times, shower step ridiculous as it's about 12 inch high the shoer cubicle is not square and to close the door from the inside was cumbersome.

The room was ideal for what I was looking for. It even had useful extras like an iron and a hairdryer! The room was spacious and bright and was on a quiet part of the campus where I wasn't disturbed by anyone else. Breakfast was included, which was excellent. I had to extend my visit by an extra night and the staff were considerate and accommodating, also by giving me a ground floor room as I have mobility problems at times. I would certainly stay there again.

There was nothing not to like really. My only slight problem wouldn't have been in the university staff's ability to change - that I wasn't able to drive at the time and the university is outside of the city centre. However, taxi prices were quite reasonable and I believe that the bus links are good - certainly there were plenty of buses coming and going while I was there.

The property was conveniently located and easy to access. The instructions of how to get to it were spot on and we didn’t have problem finding the place.

It was a bit tired looking. Could do with fresh paint and just re-sealing the bathroom.

Just a bare small single bed in a small room. No TV, no fridge. Problematic wifi that disconnects frequently.

Close to Lancaster but out of town and easy to get to.

Food outlets were so close but hard to find in the dark after arrival. More tea and coffee would have been nice. Struggled to open the window but did manage eventually and struggled to adjust the shower temp but did in the end.

Room could do with a tv. The mattress was to soft and you could hear everything from outside, with the windows closed. At midnight a bunch of kids were making that much noise we could not sleep.

The university cafeteria offers a wholesome breakfast, and dinner was quite nice, too. It takes some effort to find your way around campus, but there are plenty of people to ask :) The room is nice and spacious.

No key in deposit box on arrival. Had to contact the security guy as it was after officer hours. He was absolutely frazzled as there were numerous other people arriving with similar problems. The security was superb but clearly embarrassed by his fellow employees ineptitude. We were given an alternative room but others weren't so lucky.

As I booked the property essentially to attend graduation ceremony of my son, I can only confirm its perfect location. The rooms are small but very clean.

Room clean, shower pressure very good and refreshing. Sunny aspect, bright room. Good size wardrobe with iron and ironing board much appreciated. Kettle with teas and coffees. Bed comfortable single. Bed linen clean and dazzling white. Spotless white towels. Free access to university internet 🛜. Accommodation quiet and location easy to get to locations on campus, ideal for attending graduation ceremony without travel concerns. Breakfast variety good and filling. Q code information in room giving campus facility, food outlets and other information very helpful. Bus frequency to and from Lancaster bus station during the week is high, fares very reasonable.

Access code not received on phone. Bit irksome at first but easily resolved when arrived. No blinds or curtains in room somewhat irritating.

It had the two beds and shower and toilet I booked for my sons.

We were assigned the top floor and there was no lift 🥲.

It was near the venue and at least this building has a lift.

I booked two rooms for my son’s grad. The room I reserved was for a proper double room with comfy double bed, hair dryer, coffee maker/kettle etc. I ended up getting a single student accommodation with one set of towel. 🙈. My husband and I had to make do with the single bed after a 4.5hours drive from southeast. I was just so tired to get too upset. I called the following day to ask what happened and I was told that the accommodation manager will get back to me. So far I’ve got no comms. The security officer who released the key, given that we arrived at 10:35pm was very warm and lovely and he is the only consolation I get from this- oh and the nice breakfast staff too. I don’t want to ruin my family celebration- but this is a big fail.

Great location on campus, the rooms are basic but clean and have en suite bathroom and a kettle with tea/coffee.

Maybe a bit too basic for the price, it was £95 for the night.

Convenient and clean rooms located on the Lancaster campus. Breakfast is provided at the Marketplace which is a quick 2 minute walk away.

Check in was not ideal. We didn’t get the entry codes we needed. We were told by Booking.com that we would get these codes via email. We had to find the security office on a Saturday to sort out our check in and were told that this had happened to 2 others that day.

Shower was not so great, water took ages to warm up. Parking on campus was expensive, feel if you are staying then it should include a parking space for guests.

The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

When I arrived in the evening the room wasn't ready. Bed not made, used towels on the floor. Room not cleaned. I had to drive to security to pick up the key for a different room. When I arrived back at the room the following night at about 22:30 the electronic key fob didn't work so I had to phone security and wait to be let in.

Check in email arrived only after I chased for it, 15 minutes before staff left for the day. I waited outside the accommodation for 30 minutes waiting to receive information. The top floor room was very warm.

Too expensive for what you get. More like a hostel, I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were more luxurious!

These rooms are no longer drab and dreary since the refurb. They were really clean, bright and comfortable and the shower step is much lower than before. Excellent WiFi and lovely breakfast. The bed was comfy and there was a lovely communal kitchen to cook in and a fridge freezer to use.

The check in process was tricky because we did not get our email from booking.com with the check in code and room number. But luckily we managed to sort it out with on site staff

The two ground floor rooms had a musty smell and there was no means to regulate the temperature in any of the rooms other than opening a window which wasn’t really an option as it was one of the days during the recent heatwave.

The convenience of being on campus was really nice, and having breakfast included was a great bonus. There were so many different options for meals/snacks on campus the rest of the afternoon and evening as well. All of the campus staff were helpful and very kind.

The bed was the least comfortable bed I have ever sat on and slept in. No cushioning at all in the mattress, just metal springs before you hit the hard base of the bed. The room was also very dirty… there were pieces of long blonde hair all over the bedding (that definitely didn’t belong to me). The floor looked like it may have been lightly hoovered at some point(?), but it had bleach stains and patches of dirt all over. The shower was pretty mouldy and the bathroom sink hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The window was covered in loads of dust, dirt, and spiderwebs (and as someone with allergies, this made opening the window not much of an option - during a heatwave, this was not good). Honestly, the whole building just needed a good clean, and I couldn’t tell when the room was last touched at all. For the price, I do feel like it should have been slightly more comfortable and definitely cleaner than it was.
