La anfitriona es muy atenta y amable y nos envió información sobre los lugares que visitar. La casa está en un barrio tranquilo pero al lado del centro, lo que es ideal para visitar la ciudad pero poder descansar. Muy bien comunicada con el aeropuerto mediante autobús.

La estancia ha sido muy buena. La habitación está muy bien, limpia, amplia, con nevera, baño nuevo....muy bien. El personal es súper amable y gentil, te facilita mucho. La zona es tranquila, pero tiene supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Aunque no está en el centro, es un agradable paseo hacia él, y esta muy cerca de los museos y barrio jordan. Repetiría sin duda!

La chambre est idéalement située, au calme, propre. L’hôte est adorable. Je ne saurai que vous conseiller d’y séjourner !

The location was fantastic! The host was absolutely amazing! She made me feel at home right away. First time as a solo traveler abroad and I felt like if I had any issues, she would help me. She is so accommodating and friendly. I will be back!

The host was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. It was very hot when we were there (33 degrees) and the airconditioner worked when we first arrived and then stopped working. She did bring in a fan which was a bit of relief but it was still very hot. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a kitchen downstairs which we were able to make use of to make tea and eat our cereal. The location was fairly close to the centre and the host directed us to a food hall which we went to on the two nights we were there. The trams were close by and it was easy to walk into the centre. We would recommend this accommodation.

Our wonderful host made great coffee for us each morning and gave us excellent advice about navigating the city. Our host deserves extra points for accomodating my gluten allergy. In addition, the host found an earbud left behind and went to great lengths to return it. Great vibe overall.

The stairs are a bit steep. I would have enjoyed more room in the bedroom.

The host Istika is nice in person and the location of the apartment is great. Unfortunately she is not nice when problems arise.

The property falsely advertises air conditioning which did not have cooling. This was during a well known heatwave in Amsterdam. The lowest temperatures in the room at night were at 24C/76F which opening the window did not fix. Istika refused any partial refund (which Booking said is up to the host). I really hate to leave bad reviews, but I would not trust this host to do the right thing when issues arise. I fully believe that guests who encountered no problems would have enjoyed this space and location, however the amenities listed cannot be trusted, nor can faith be placed in the host to do the right thing. I would look for another listing that you can have more trust in. As an aside, I walked away with numerous bug bites after staying here.

Ubicación excelente, barrio tranquilo. La anfitriona hizo todo lo posible para que disfrutáramos la estadía, muy amable y siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad. El departamento está en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para mujeres viajando solas, y a no más de 10 minutos caminando del centro, a 5 del Rijksmueum.

Auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft in Amsterdam habe ich (als Einzelperson) nach "für mich bezahlbaren" Zimmern/Hotels gesucht und wollte unter 200 EUR die Nacht bleiben (Amsterdam ist extrem teuer!). Außerdem wollte ich eine Bewertung von über 8 bei Booking, keine Gemeinschaftsbäder und kein Minizimmer im Souterrain oder obersten Stock (Treppen sind traditionell sehr steil und eng (hatte früher steuerliche Gründe bezüglich Häuserbreite)). Die Bewertungen von Hotels in dieser Kategorie waren teils gruselig und ich war fast verzweifelt, bis ich das B&B House No 7 entdeckt habe. Es gab für unter 200 EUR/Nacht ein für Amsterdam sehr großes Zimmer (16qm mindestens?) mit eigenem Bad. Das ist zwar klein, aber modern, mit dicht haltender Glastüre der super Dusche. Dazu ein eigener Kühlschrank (für Getränke oder Snacks z.B. vom Lidl ums Eck) und man darf die Küche unten mit benutzen (auch Geschirr, Wasserkocher etc.). Habe so viele Kaffeekapseln nutzen dürfen, wie ich wollte. Das auf den Bildern zu sehende Esszimmer schaut auch so aus, habe ich aber nicht genutzt. Bei mir war es ruhig in der Nacht (bei offenem Fenster) und klar hört man mal Menschen auf der Straße, aber es ist (Überraschung) eine STADT (Tipp: Ohrstöpsel sind käuflich). Es ist zumindest keine Disko oder Bar nebenan oder gegenüber. Das Bett war super gemütlich und der Konzertsaal Melkweg (deswegen war ich da) zu Fuß unter 5 min zu erreichen. Zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad kann man Amsterdam je eigener Lust und Schlagzahl von dort aus perfekt erkunden. Die Gastgeberin Istika ist super nett, sehr freundlich, gibt viele gute Tipps und per Whatsapp immer ansprechbar (wohnt um die Ecke). Es gibt auch einen mini Hinterhof und ich habe es so verstanden, dass man sich da bei gutem Wetter auch hinsetzen kann (zur netten Nachbarskatze ;)). Hier durfte ich auch mein E-Bike super safe parken die 2 Tage - war ein gutes Gefühl und bei den diversen Platzregen unterm Schirm blieb es auch noch trocken.

Meckern kann man immer über irgendwas und ein Staubkorn findet sich immer, aber für meine Belange war es perfekt.

The host was the highlight of our comfortable and delightful stay, though the facilities were also ideal: impeccably clean, an absolutely beautiful space, super comfy beds, and convenient access to a fully-equipped kitchen. But, truly, the conversations with our host is what made the stay extra special!

Sakin ve güvenli bir sokakta merkeze çok yakın, tramvay istasyonlarına yürüyerek 5 dk mesafede. Ev sahibi çok kibar, sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever.

Sadece oda biraz küçük, büyük valizlerle geldiyseniz valizinizi açacak yer bulmak zor olabiliyor, gardrop da biraz küçük. Ama 2-3 günlük kısa tatillerde çok sorun olacağını sanmıyorum.

Rauhallinen alue. Henkilökunta mukava ja avulias. Majoituspaikka oivallinen työmatkaani varten.

Kadulta kuuluu äänet, mutta korvatulpat auttoivat. Herkkäunisen kannattaa pyytää huonetta sisäpihan puolelta. Huoneessa olleessa jääkaapissa oli hiuksia, muutoin huone siisti.

Very close to city center and close to the bus stop for the airport. It was very clean and very well equipped - nice sheets/ towels/ amenities. Istika, the owner of the place is such a wonderful person!!! She gave me insights for my staying in Amsterdamn, so as to see the city as a local. Istika thank you sooo much! For sure in my next business trip i will be there!

L'appartamento era pulito e arredato con grande cura. La posizione dell'appartamento era molto vicino ai luoghi turistici e alla stazione del tram.

Eine sehr süß und gemütliche Unterkunft! Die Besitzerin ist super lieb, man kann sich sehr toll mit ihr unterhalten. Das Umfeld ist sehr familiär und die Lage vom Hotel ist super. In der Nähe ist das Museumsviertel. Auch ohne Fahrrad kann man alles super zu Fuß erreichen.

Can’t fault anything with any of the experience, property is immaculate and has everything you need. The host is very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and very helpful. The location is in a nice area, not too central but close enough to the centre and has very good public transport links nearby which are easy enough to use. Room was lovely with daily cleaning, very good heating (if you’re coming in the winter) and a comfortable bed.

Istika is the most lovely host and this property is clean and well looked after. It's also spacious and located centrally with lots of options to get around the city. The neighbourhood is gorgeous and there are many coffee shops around if you enjoy coffee. Canal is around the corner. Thank you Istika! You are the best.

Istika was such a welcoming and responsive host! The room was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. The location of the property is great as it is walkable to a lot of food and tourist destinations as well as lines.

The AC unit didn't alway work at times, but was able to get it working after waiting for a period of time before turning it on.

Our host was amazing. Greeted us and was extremely helpful. Room was spacious. There is a kitchen downstairs where you can make your own tea/coffee. Towels were changed daily. Beds were comfortable.

L'accueil a été vraiment exceptionnel, disponibilité, service, renseignements... Et même, l’hôtesse à fait un petit cadeau à mon épouse dont nous fêtions l'anniversaire au cours de ce voyage à Amesterdam. L'emplacement dans la ville est également très important, bien desservi par trois lignes de tram, proche des musées et du centre. La chambre est très calme et le lit est confortable.

The location is great and Istika is an amazing host. Every morning she immediately asked coffee? that was my fav part.🥰 She even drew us a map and sent locations of places we could visit.she helped us with everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable.You can walk to Dam Square from the hotel in 15–20 mins.It’s also close to bus and tram stops

As toalhas não secam nunca e o banheiro ficou com cheiro de umidade ruim. Precisa ter um local para secar as toalhas e um exaustor.

Our stay at B&B House No 7 was amazing. The owner is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to public transportation and is located centrally. The room was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we had a perfect stay! We would highly recommend.

The location, the comfy bed, the helpful owner. Mind this is not a hotel with a reception, the lady gives you a key to the room and that's it. The room is very cosy and clean.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the stairs to the second floor are very steep. For me it was OK, but someone with big bags might struggle upstairs

Naprawdę świetna lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko, bardzo dobre połączenia tramwajowe. Pokój dobrze wyposażony, świeży i czysty. Istika, czyli osoba zarządzająca obiektem, jest bardzo miła i życzliwa. Doradziła nam gdzie, co i kiedy powinniśmy odwiedzić.

La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, permettendoci anche di lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout. Posizione centralissima, a pochi passi da musei e attrazioni: abbiamo preso i mezzi solo per l’aeroporto. B&B super consigliato!

The remote for the air conditioner was not easy to understand. Some written instructions would be helpful.

The hostess and the accommodation were first class. The room had more than we expected, and the facilities were great. The location is excellent, too. It's in Amsterdam, and it's not too hectic there. It's just enough out of the bustle of the city. Istika, the hostess, was very friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We felt right at home and would recommend this accommodation to anyone. We will definitely be returning to B&b House No 7.

We really don't have any complaints.

We liked everything: the location, the staff, the surrounding area, the quietness, the cleanliness, the decor. The silence and comfort of the room won us over. The air conditioning works well (they were hot days) and the wi-fi has no problems. The host also made her kitchen available to us for FREE with coffee, biscuits, waffles and drinks. And she was always kind to us, giving us precious advice on things to see and do.
