Yataklar carsaflar temizdi fakat odada abartmıyorum öbeklenmiş saç ve toz vardı,biz bebekli ve cocuklu olunca ister istemez biraz daha dikkat ettik. Isitici gibi birşey vardı toz içinde Klima calismiyor Temizlik icin söyledik tekrardan yerler temizlendi ama yatagı cekmek gerekti altı toz dolu.

Habitació amb el bany molt petit. L'armari era una estanteria. Quan varem arribar l'habitació estava amb el terra brut (llefiscós), hi havien interruptors inutilitzats, alguns endolls trencats, la cafetera no funcionava, la televisió estava tota desendollada i amb els cablejats sueltos a sota de la tauleta.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The location is very convenient, with two tram lines and the park nearby. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Complimentary coffee and tea are available, and the room is cleaned daily.
There was nowhere to hang our clothes. The only available space was extremely small, and the rail for hanging clothes hangers was broken and therefore missing. As a result, we were forced to hang our clothes on the TV.

Limpieza: el baño tenía pelusas. En un taburete que hacía de mesilla había "algo" pegado asqueroso. A una de las camas se le cayó una pata. Las camas muy incómodas, colchón más ancho que canapé y había que tener cuidado al sentarte porque te caías al suelo. Habitaciones sin intimidad, con una ventana-puerta que daba a una terraza central solo una cortina. Había habitaciones que esa ventana-puerta daba directamente a la calle. No había en la habitación ni una sola silla para sentarse. El mando de la televisión espectacularmente sucio. La sala del desayuno colapsada, muy pequeña

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Hotel lungo la strada e comodo come accesso ai mezzi pubblici. Con il tran 17 si arriva in pochi minuti alla stazione centrale. Esteticamente fuori ci si fa una piu che buona impressione,ma poi la camera non ha rispecchiato le aspettative. Camera molto luminosa (anche troppo in vista dai dirimpettai) poiché si trovava tra la facciata principale e lo spigolo del fabbricato quindi su due lati si trovavano finestre, tutte queste pareti vetrate hanno lasciato poco spazio a zone dove addossare una sedia o un appiccapanni, in 4 persone dove oltre a due stampelle altro non c'era dove riporre giacche e felpe, non è stato comodo (dato che poi abbiamo trovato gg piovosi e appendere abiti umidi non è stato facile), bagno piccolo senza finestra. Zona della colazione ottima, sia per struttura che per cibo messo a disposizione, molto variegato. Sia in fase di check in che out sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili.
Pochi spazi dove poter riporre l'abbigliamento, porta del bagno che non si riusciva a tenere aperta

Good communication, rang me while we were at the airport waiting to depart from the UK asking if we'd like a bigger room free of charge and sent me all the info by WhatsApp and answered additional questions about check in as well.
Nothing really, only thing being really picky is that the apartment we stayed in could do with freshening up a bit, but thats being really picky.

La pareja que atiende el desayuno es encantadora y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, al igual que uno de los chicos de recepción. La habitación estaba lista cuando llegamos al hotel y no tuvimos que esperar para hacer el check-in
El cuarto de baño necesitaba más limpieza. La habitación, algún otro punto de luz y algún enchufe más. El desayuno no es muy variado. El hotel carece de zonas comunes. Solo tiene un pequeño hall con unos sillones.

Zimmer war nicht sauber. Es standen nicht genügend Tische im Frühstücksraum zur Verfügung. Nicht oekofreundlich. Handtücher wurde jeden Tag gewechselt obwohl dies nicht gewollt war. Personal hat nach dem Reinigen Lichter brennen lassen.

Servirebbero ganci appendi asciugamani sulle pareti o sulle porte. La camera è elegante, ma si finisce per farla diventare un camping con asciugamani sulle stampelle ovunque, per farli asciugare. ed era agosto. Non oso immaginare l'inverno

Had to move to another room because the flush of our toilet would not stop which is noisy after a while. New room ? One of the door-windows would not close (repaired with celotape ????) and the main window is slightly shattered. Main problem: it's like no one knows or sees apart from us :)

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Desayuno correcto. El hotel está cerca de los museos y también cerca hay una parada de autobús para ir directamente al aeropuerto. La estación central a una media hora andando, se hace bien paseando por las calles y canales si vas a hacer alguna excursión.
La limpieza de las habitaciones: el suelo del baño claramente no se fregó durante nuestra estancia de 4 días, se limitaban a poner dos alfombrillas de baño limpias cubriendo la superficie (sí, es así de pequeño). Habitación para cuatro que claramente tendría que haber sido para tres. Cuatro camas individuales pequeñas (eso no nos molestó), y aún así sin sitio para colocar las maletas ni la ropa. Había que saltar por encima. La iluminación, pésima. En el baño no se veía nada, no costaría mucho poner algún foco sobre el espejo.

Our Mosaic hotel room 133 had bed bugs and the room cleanliness was lacking. My daughter was bitten on day 2 of a 4 day stay but we did not realize what they were until we saw 2 bugs on the bed on our last day. Our room was across the hall from an infested room and the hotel did not disclose this issue to us when we reserved our room. The hotel confirmed they had a known issue with bed bugs for a while but did not show adequate concern or compassion for the health and safety risk they exposed us to. We should have been notified of the bug issue especially in the assigned room and floor. At minimum the hotel should have relocated us from the 1st floor and been transparent about the issue instead of exposing innocent guests to the health risk and grief of dealing with bed bugs and ruining what should have been a great trip. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Le ménage était très superficiel (poil dans le lavabo, verre avec du dentifrice au fond) et matelas un peu trop mou. Les chambres mériteraient aussi un petit rafraîchissement, la tapisserie commençait à se retirer.

Teníem un matalàs bastant atrotinat i, malgrat canviar llençols i tovalloles diàriament, el terra no el van netejar mai.

À chegada o quarto estava pouco limpo, havia áreas com acumulação evidente de pó. O acesso ao quarto é feito por área comum do prédio onde se insere, pelo que sugere fraca privacidade. O elevador de acesso esteve sujo em toda a estadia.

The hotel is located in an excellent area a quiet and pleasant neighborhood that offers the perfect balance between relaxation and easy access to the city’s attractions. There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and tram stops nearby, making it very convenient to explore Amsterdam. One of the biggest advantages of the location is that many popular sights are within walking distance. The beautiful park, the Van Gogh Museum, and other city highlights can be reached with a pleasant short walk, while public transport connections make getting around the city very easy. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with any questions and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a great location with excellent service.

Manchmal ist der Zugang zum Hotel sehr kompliziert. Die Garage ist sehr teuer. Ich habe 40€ für einen Tag bezahlt.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Výborné umístění v pěší vzdálenosti do centra i do muzejní čtvrti. Příjemné jednoduché snídaně. Ochotný a vlídný personál. Velkou výhodou je vlastní parkování v podzemních garážích.
Čistota koupelny by vyžadovala více pozornosti, především výrazné mapy plísně ve sprchovém koutě. V koupelně by se také hodilo nějaké poutko na pověšení ručníku – žádné tam není (a ramínka v šatním rámu byla skoro všechna rozbitá). V pokoji není ani malá lednička, což je v horkých dnech škoda (hotel se v tom liší od druhého hotelu, který je jen o patro níž a ve kterém malé ledničky na pokojích jsou). Na hosty nepůsobí úplně dobře odkryté zázemí úklidové služby na chodbách (každý nemusí vidět zásoby čisticích prostředků a toaletního papíru).
