I loved many things about the property. First, the staff. Super friendly, helpful, able to make arrangements with guides and drivers, and always ready to lend a hand with whatever was needed. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful with several comfortable areas for lounging. I stayed in two rooms on different stays and both were extremely beautiful and had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and the spa treatments were a great price with wonderful staff. Its location, just off the Medina but not in it, was perfect. A short 5 minute walk and we were in the thick of things, but it was quiet at the Riad. I do recommend a walking guide if it is your first time to Marrakech as it can be incredibly confusing. The Riad arranged a fabulous guide for us and the price was very reasonable. I give this 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. I will certainly stay there again if I get to Marrakech again.

The only drawback of the stairs. No lift. I was fine with them but one of our party struggled a little bit. By the end of the stay I was bounding up them.

Un ríad espectacular, bonito, limpio, buena ubicación, muy buen desayuno casero y que decir de Hassan y el resto de trabajadores, la atención recibida, todo de diez, lo recomendamos 100 x 100, volveremos, Gracias por hacernos la estancia tan buena!

Location centrale nella Médina, personale gentilissimo, struttura molto pulita e che infonde relax e calma. Cinguettio degli uccellini nel giardino, luci soffuse e candele.

Lo staff, la camera, la posizione, la struttura e la pulizia. Tutto ottimo.

L'unica pecca della mia stanza era il bagno che nonostante molto grande e bello era comunicante con la camera, separato da una porta ma senza un soffitto separato. Questo non garantiva nessuna privacy dal punto di vista del rumore.

Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin, nous avons pu y déposer nos bagages pour profiter de la ville. Moha nous a gentiment offert une petite collation. Le Riad est bien situé , à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage Jemaa el-fna . Le Riad sent bon la fleur d’oranger. Moha et Hassan sont à l’écoute et bienveillants. Nous y avons dîné un soir et les tajines étaient excellents. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux.

Really the best Riad we had in Morocco. Offers a lot and the Hamam and Massage were ideal after a 3 days trip in Merzouga. Special thanks to Hassan who was very attentive during our stay!

Totul a fost minunat! Riadul este superb, în stil marocan, iar camera este spațioasă și curată. Se făcea curățenie și se schimbau prosoapele în fiecare zi. Micul dejun este în stil marocan. Tot personalul este foarte amabil și drăguț, în special recepționerul Samuel, sper să nu îi greșesc numele, care este foarte atent, amabil și mereu dispus să vă ajute cu orice, mai ales cu informații utile despre ce puteți vizita și unde puteți mânca bine. Noi vă recomandăm din tot sufletul restaurantul italian Pepe Nero, aflat la doar 2 minute de riad. Riadul se află la aproximativ 7 minute de mers pe jos de Jemaa el-Fnaa, iar drumul până acolo este o adevărată plăcere, deoarece puteți savura din plin atmosfera străduțelor lor de tip bazar.

The property is strategically located in the heart of the medina, just a short walk from the main attractions, and offers every comfort you could wish for, including a spa where you can indulge in a hammam treatment or a relaxing massage. The staff is welcoming and attentive without ever being intrusive, able to build a genuinely warm and professional relationship with every guest. The breakfast, delicious, is served in the Riad's courtyard or on the terrace, in perfect harmony with the atmosphere of the place. We highly recommend this property and, should we return to Marrakech, we would have no doubt whatsoever about where to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly unforgettable.

This is my second time staying here, and once again it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is truly special — warm, joyful, and relaxing. The staff made my stay wonderful and full of positive energy. I highly recommend trying the sauna and the massage — they are absolutely dreamy and a must-have experience. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You can truly feel the authentic Moroccan atmosphere in this elegant and charming riad. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Marrakech. Ce riad est un véritable oasis de tranquillité au milieu de la frénésie de la ville. Le personnel est fantastique. Merci a Moha et à Hassan pour leur accueil, leurs conseils sur la ville, et leur aide pour les réservations. C'est un séjour que nous n'oublierons pas. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, copieux et varié. Il change tous les jours. Le riad est très propre, la literie confortable et les chambres spacieuses. Honnêtement, vous qui lisez ceci : vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne le regretterez pas.

La suite Africa bellissima, la colazione in terrazza buonissima, l’accoglienza dello staff eccezionale. Il Riad é un piccolo paradiso di relax nel cuore della Medina. Molto comoda anche la logistica perché si può arrivare con la macchina/taxi nel piazzale adiacente. La disponibilità e la gentilezza di Moha e Hassan sono state preziose. Anche la nostra la nostra bimba di 4 anni é stata benissimo! Siamo stati benissimo!

Sin duda el trato recibido por todo el personal del hotel sin excepciones. Disfrutamos nada mas llegar de un te de bienvenida por Hassan, un chico muy simpatico y servicial que se encargó en todo momento que nuestra estancia fuera excelente, tanto el como su compañero Moha. Aprovechamos que el mismo Riad dispone de servicio de Hammam y masajes para disfrutar de la experiencia, las 2 chicas que nos atendieron lo hicieron con mucho respeto y profesionalidad, de 10 las 2 opciones para repetir sin duda. Struttura pulita e luminosa, con atmosfera rilassante. Stanzia spaziosa, profumata e arredata con gusto. Posizione ottima, nella Medina. Colazione abbondante e buonissima, con pietanze preparate al momento. Gli Host sono stati davvero gentili ed attenti, un grazie particolare a loro! Speriamo di ritornarci presto

Das unglaublich hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal, - insbesondere Hassan, der uns jedes (im übrigen äußerst köstliche und reichhaltige) Frühstück mit so viel Herzlichkeit und Fröhlichkeit serviert hatte, dass es eine Freude war! Der Innenhof ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Die Lage inmitten der Medina ist super!

Ich vermisste einen (Schreib-)Tisch im Zimmer. Dass es zwischen WC/Bad und Schlafzimmer keine wirkliche Wand gibt, ist mitunter nicht so angenehm.

El desayuno muy top, Moha y Hassam hacen que tu estancia sea más cómoda y nos ayudaron a encontrar taxis y con cualquier pregunta. El Riad es muy limpio y nos limpiaron la habitación cada día.

Esto es parte de la ciudad en sí, pero la habitación era muy muy húmeda y resultaba un poco incómodo para dormir

Tutto ottimo! Colazione super, letto comodissimo, personale disponibile e gentile e hammam....super! Consiglio vivamente. Posizione comoda nella medina ma un po defilata e comoda se si arriva in taxi che ti lascia a 5 min a piedi dal Riad e non si deve camminare con le valigie troppo tempo. Tornero sicuramente!

Parfait

La gentilezza e l’accoglienza dello staff è stata veramente fantastica! Il Riad è nel cuore della Medina ma comunque in una via super tranquilla e comoda per i taxi! La suite Africa è grande e pulitissima e la colazione veramente squisita! È stato tutto bellissimo! Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Hassan e Moha che ci hanno preparato la colazione anche alle 5 del mattino!

Tout était parfait que ce soit l’emplacement, la décoration, le petit déjeuner. Une mention spéciale pour les personnes travaillant là-bas. Tout le monde est du gentillesse, c’est un vrai plus.

We stayed at Riad See Moon for two nights and honestly, I cannot imagine a better place or location for a short visit to Marrakech. The riad is perfectly located everything is within walking distance, yet it remains peaceful and cozy inside. The atmosphere is authentic and charming, and the people working there are incredibly kind and welcoming. It was a real pleasure talking with Hassan such a sincere and warm young man. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, besser geht es nicht. Frühstück wurde mit Liebe serviert. Zimmer hat auch gut gepasst Lage ist top, ruhig und zentral (5 min zu Fuß zur Medina)

Alles bestens Luxus darf man sich nicht zu viel erwarten, aber das bucht man auch nicht.

Tutto!!! Un posto magico con tutto quello che puoi desiderare e immaginare di trovare in un Riad. Accoglienza, pulizia, confort al TOP. Assan è stato spettacolare ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Colazione servita con cura e varia. Camera pulitissima, sempre profumata con le loro essenze e con i fiori freschi tutti i giorni. Niente, il Riad è fantastico! Se proprio devo fare una annotazione, il bagno in camera non ha molta privacy, essendo che ha la parete che non arriva fino al soffitto! A parte questo, non saprei trovare altri elementi. Rimane bellissimo.

Proche du centre et des activités touristiques, très bon accueil (merci à Hassan), petit déjeuner top avec produits frais, Riad très bien décoré et tout le confort dans la chambre, nous avons également apprécié les soins au Spa.

Diese Unterkunft war für uns eine echte Ruheoase zum Durchatmen mitten in der aufregenden Stadt Marrakesch. Gerade mit Kindern ist das aus unserer Sicht ein unglaublich wichtiger Punkt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Alles war außergewöhnlich sauber und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail, dass man sofort entspannen konnte. Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort mit sehr freundlichen und angenehmen Menschen, den wir jederzeit wieder wählen würden.

If you want to experience the Medina at its best, I highly recommend staying in this Riad. The location is excellent: very well situated, close to the main attractions and surrounded by many very good restaurants. The breakfast is abundant and of high quality. Overall, what really makes this place special are the staff members: professional, well-prepared, and always helpful. They truly made the stay a welcoming, social, and very comfortable experience. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel at home while enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the Medina.

The room was big enough for a family of 4. Everyday the breakfast was superb. The staff was super friendly and the location was a walking distance to Jeema al fnna.

Ontvangst was super hartelijk, heel fijne staff. Ontbijt lekker en gevarieerd en de kamer heel netjes en comfortabel. Goede wifi, goede bedden en heel fijne badkamer.

Prima Riad, makkelijk bereikbaar, ik had een gehuurde auto die op 1 min lopen in een parking kon. Leuke kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Alles heel netjes. We hadden ook een 2 uur durende hamam met massage voor €60,- pp, in hun mooie hamam.

Location was great, easy to get to all main attractions. Room was good size and clean. Hassan was always friendly and smiling and told us a lot about the Morrocan people and culture. Given map on arrival. We opted for the taxi which took the stress out of trying to find the Riad and that was good. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was delicious. The massage was quiet and relaxing.

No view at all and no pool. No tea/coffee facilities in room and when requested cups, boiling water in a flask and a little milk, 10 euros was added to our bill. We were also told not to break the cups! Not once were we offered mint tea or any other drink when we came back from a day out and we stayed 7 nights. Only 1 bottle of water supplied on arrival and then told we had to buy our own. The food in the Riad was very average, more bone than meat, one dish burnt and very expensive for what it was, you're better to eat out at nearby restaurants. Breakfast was basic and same everyday, no fresh fruit and coffee really bad. Definitely not 4 star Riad, think they are rated highly because the higher the rating the higher the tourist tax. Also they only accept cash, we were told we could settle the whole bill at the end of our stay but then asked after our massage to pay so had to go out to a cash machine to draw cash, not very relaxing. Owner barely spoke to us and found him quite unfriendly.

Il riad è posizionato nel cuore della Medina, un luogo rumoroso e molto affollato. Tuttavia, appena si entra nel riad si ha la sensazione di entrare in un luogo di pace: il riad è molto silenzioso (c’è anche l’obbligo di non fare rumore dalle 23:00 alle 9:00 per permettere a tutti gli ospiti di riposare bene). Il letto era comodo. La stanza pulita. La colazione eccezionale. Il massaggio e la cena anche perfetti. Insomma a questo Riad non manca niente. Il servizio super eccezionale: Hassan e Hasan (non so se i nomi sono scritti correttamente) hanno reso tutto indimenticabile. È stato come stare in famiglia. Cogliamo l’occasione per ringraziare entrambi per aver reso la nostra esperienza a Marrakesh indimenticabile.

La struttura è un piccolo paradiso, curato e silenzioso, posizionato a pochi passi dai punti principali della Medina. La differenza la fanno i dettagli ed in questo caso un grande merito va ai ragazzi della reception sempre gentili, disponibili, sorridenti e pronti a darci un aiuto, scambiare due parole e rendere il nostro soggiorno rigenerante.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le calme de ce Riad et la gentillesse du personnel. La suite Afrique est magnifique et totalement au calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Das Riad ist eine Oase der Ruhe nur 10 min zu Fuß vom lebhaften Getümmel des Djemaa el Fna entfernt. Moha und Hassan sind nahezu rund um die Uhr als Ansprechpartner im Riad und kümmern sich sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich um die Gäste, sie sprechen beide sehr gut englisch. Auch mit dem Besitzer des Riads, ein französisch sprechender Europäer, hatten wir ein nettes Gespräch. Moha und Hassan haben uns Taxis von und zum Flughafen und zum Park Majorelle organisiert (je Fahrt 15 EUR, Zahlung im Riad). Wir bekamen einen gut nutzbaren Stadtplan und viele Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Wegen, Restaurants etc. Auch ein Besuch im SPA ist sehr zu empfehlen, man kann ihn bequem im Bademantel im Riad aufsuchen und findet eine sehr entspannte und persönliche Atmosphäre vor. Wir hatten die Kombination aus Hamman und Relaxing Massage und die drei Damen im SPA machen das hervorragend. Das Frühstück im Riad war sehr vielseitig und wohlschmeckend mit Joghurt, Omelett, Brötchen, Kuchen, frischem O-Saft usw.. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Le riad est très très beau, bien placé, calme et confortable. Dommage que nous n’y ayons passé qu’une nuit et que nous ayons dû partir trop tôt pour profiter du petit-déjeuner.
