Nada. Desde que entras el olor a casa vieja y humedad es latente, nos dieron una habitación que debería estar bloqueada por Moho por humedad, el fin de semana no hay nadie que pueda atender o dar solución, el personal operativo no está capacitado en resolución y servicio al cliente y menos la gerente. Todavía cobran completo una habitación que por salud no deberían vender

gli infissi lasciavano un po a desiderare entrava aria, non si chiudevano bene e praticamente sembrava di essere in strada per i rumori, il bagno specie la mattina era molto freddo e non aveva modo di scaldarsi

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026I loved that I could make my tea in the morning before breakfast, that I had a room that opens to a courtyard area, and that there are trees all around it. I love that the staff makes breakfast for the guests and are around to help us.
I didn’t like the smell of the cleaning products.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Sehr charmante Unterkunft, tolle sichere Lage mit viel Grün und vielen schönen Läden, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe, sehr bequeme Betten und nettes Personal, sehr ruhig obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße raus war
Die Luft im Zimmer war recht feucht sodass unsere Klamotten klamm und etwas muffig geworden sind. An manchen Tagen war es stärker als an anderen, wir wussten nicht woran das liegt. Vielleicht ist es in anderen Zimmern anders. Das ist jedenfalls der einzige Grund, warum ich nicht nochmal kommen würde, alles andere war super.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Tutto! La posizione stupenda nella strada più bella di Condesa, la pulizia eccellente e curata nei minimi dettagli, il personale così gentile e premuroso. Il letto della suite era comodissimo così come il bagno. Volevamo ringraziare in particolare Victoria che ci ha aspettato per restituirci le valigie che avevamo lasciato tutto il giorno prima di ripartire. È stata veramente carina con noi! La colazione buona con pane tostato, yogurt melone o mela, avena, miele e marmellata e la possibilità di chiedere le uova. Vicino alla struttura ci sono tantissimi posti dove mangiare o prendere un caffè (unico punto di attenzione molto aprono alle 8 cosa comune in Messico) e la zona è tra le più sicure quindi si può girare anche di notte o al mattino all’alba.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The location was absolutely amazing very safe neighborhood and one of the best to stay in Cdmx. The breakfast was fresh every day and the staff polite! The bed was comfortable too.
The room with separate bathroom wasn't the best choice so I wouldn't recommend it. The room was very humid all the time and our towels couldn't dry. The bathroom we were given needs a renovation. The sink was tiny so every time we used it we were getting wet plus the shower is very worn down with waters coming out all the time and ants walking on the walls.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026De locatie was top! Midden in de leuke wijk Condesa en op een paar minuten lopen ben je in Roma Norte. Grote kamer met een fijn bed.
Het ontbijt was wel wat karig. We kregen 2 stukjes stokbrood en verder kon je kiezen uit een beetje yoghurt of brood met jam, dit had wat uitgebreider gekund.

The location is excellent, walking distance to great restaurants, bars etc. The decor of the hotel is charming and comforting. The breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026me gusto la ubicacion, tambien la atencion de las chicas, todo muy bonito ordenado y las instrucciones claras. lugar seguro comodo, estoy seguro que regresaremos para seguir conociendo de mexico. tal. desayuno delicioso y bien preparado, muy buena atencion. si lo recomiendo.
me quede en el cuarto de afuera y si se escucha un poco el ruido de las personas que estan en el segundo nivel, cuando suben y bajan gradas y tambien un poco el rechinido del cuarto cuando caminan, yo que soy algo sensible a los ruidos si me afecta un poco. pero lo demas todo bien. agregar una ventana en el baño o un mejor sistema de extraccion de humedad.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026This is a very cute and beautiful boutique hotel, ideally located in Condesa. The breakfast is simple but delicious, with fresh and tasty options. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. A lovely place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to others visiting Mexico City.
The only downside was that our bathroom was located on a different floor and was not directly attached to the room, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this is clearly stated when booking, so it wasn't a surprise.

Das Interior könnte hier und da ein Update erhalten, aber insgesamt alles in Ordnung.

El cuarto no tenía ventilador y cuando pedí uno dijeron que los otros huéspedes los tenían y no había extra. Hizo mucho calor y las ventanas tampoco abrían del todo. La ducha era vieja, y había moho en las cortinas.

Furniture in the room was very old and in some cases, like the dresser unusable as there were missing handles to open the drawer. Plus I would not want to put my clothes in something that unpleasant. It was a very dingy room! Plus there is a metal bolt sticking up on the floor near the dresser that is very hurtful to your foot and is located in a place where you need to walk to hang up your clothes . I have a picture of this.
