Having to pay R100 for my 4 items to be washed

The receptionist was very helpful

The TV didn't have all channels we missed the Springbok game and also there was no hot water

There were no towels in the room 😭 no hot water as the electricity was off at the 1st night till the next morning. Staff members were so sweet and caring

I don't like the area and the parking lot wasn't spacious

Best experience ever, came from KZN and early check in was arranged for me without no hesitation, must say this is a good holiday stay in I will be coming back very soon

Your toilets and showers are communal and the showers are very small.Privacy is not so satisfactory and also the wooden floor is very noisy even the rooms don’t have tv just to accommodate people you must go seat in an open space for tv. No towels for showers 😞😞

Clean beds

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to the excessive noise and the complete lack of assistance from the host and property security. During my stay, a large group of guests was hosting a party with loud music, shouting, and constant noise throughout the entire night. The disturbance started in the evening and continued until approximately 4:00 a.m. It was impossible to get any rest or sleep, which completely defeated the purpose of booking accommodation. As soon as it became clear that the noise was not stopping, I contacted the property host to report the issue and ask for assistance. Unfortunately, the response was ineffective, and no meaningful action was taken to resolve the situation. I also approached the property's security, expecting them to enforce the property's rules regarding noise and ensure that all guests could enjoy a peaceful stay. Regrettably, they were equally unhelpful, and the party continued uninterrupted until the early hours of the morning. As a paying guest, I expected a safe, quiet, and comfortable environment. Instead, I spent the entire night listening to loud music and disruptive behavior without any support from the people responsible for managing the property. The lack of accountability from both the host and the security staff was unacceptable and made me feel that the comfort and wellbeing of other guests were not a priority. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. If the property cannot enforce its own rules or respond appropriately to serious disturbances, guests should be made aware before booking. My experience was frustrating, exhausting, and far below the standard I expected.

First i asked for iron and the security guy said he is gonna bring it to my room, he didnt. Secondly i was leaving, the gate was looked and there was no one at the reception i had to wait for 10 minuetes

The apartment is fine. The staff se friendly eventhiugh I waited for 20 to 30 minutes for my room as they didn't check the specification that ai did. But they did apologize

There is no fridge in the room I cant put my drinks i a fridge in the kitchen asnit is not safe, we have to use 1 kitchen the whole block. Also the toilet and shower we use 1 and other people are couples so that part of shower and toilet it's disturbing a lot.

Seeing other people in our unit without being told those guys left toilets dirty we were females we were not safe when they use shower they didn't even close the doors it was wet outside. They bring res students the was a lot of cause they open all doors n smoke inside. Lastly 1st day islept in a not closed door because the key was not locking inside it lock outside only

The bathroom, shower and TV are not in the same room you have to go out of the room to access them, and there was noise. No fan or airconditioning in the room as it was hot.

The rooms were neat.

It is like a university residence. People stay up all night making a noise, drinking and are rowdy. Do not recommend if you are travelling with family or not a fan of tavern behaviour. Location is very dodgy. Not safe for women or children.

I did not know that the facilities are shared, the bathroom and kitchen. I had booked a 1-bedroom with bathroom but I shared, a health hazard to share bathroom with strangers

A shower and toilet ensuite, maybe to share a kitchen not so bad

Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly as much the parking is limited inside even if you parked outside it's secured

That they don't clean bedrooms while we stay ,rthet only clean when you leave maybe it's because it's a self catering apartment but atleast for sheets to be changed
