Breakfast variety was good and changed in two days.

Access to the top floor used by staff should be marked and not allowed for guests. The unclean dishes could be kept in a difference place instead of the eating area.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly warm, polite, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the entire stay relaxing and enjoyable. As a woman traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which meant a lot to me. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, peaceful, and exceeded my expectations. The behaviour and courtesy of each staff member. The cleanliness. The silence.

They automatically cancelled my booking few hours before check in, and charged me a month later the cancellation fee. I had to arrange the accomodation last min and today which is month and a half later they wanted to charge me again. So be careful.

Too small property for this price. No facilities it is supposed to be normal lodge setup. AC was not working at all. Bathroom was also very small. Very disappointed. Photos displayed was not at all matching with the original. Don’t book this stay.

Staff behaviour, location and cleaning

Using single mattress for double bed room, its not comfortable for us, and food is also not good ,its like below normal breakfast.

Very courteous staff. Pleasant and helpful. I had to weigh my luggage (had to fly the next day) and the staff even arranged a weighing scale for me even when it was not available readily onsite. Good location. Walkable distance from the main road, shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy are all close by. Bus stop, auto/taxi stand too. Spacious room and bath, hot water throughout, airco perfect.

No lift, so be mindful if you have heavy bags. But the staff helps carry those, so no big deal. Limited parking during the day but by the night there are spots free nearby.

The only saving grace was the extremely helpful staff. Was given a small room unlike the ones showed in booking.com. Is a bit far from the town area. The bathroom seat was broken, there was a broken bed post which I kept hitting. Very disappointing. Didn't expect this from Treebo.

Very good and clean stay

Stay is very far ,If you are planning to Visit Fort Kochi (tourist places ) . To reach Marine drive or water metro Auto drivers will be charging 200/- . It will be better if you check places around Marine drive or water metro to stay . It will be convinent

There is nothing 🤷 to dislike

Staff were friendly. Mr. Amaal, Mr. Mojtba,Mrs. Devi, and others were very very helpful. Special thanks to the cleaning staff. I always find the room and bathroom clean whenever i ask to clean or change the sheet. Breakfast is south indian dishes. The terrace has a nice view of the neighbourhood. Needs little bit arrangement! For fellow arabs coming here, this is what to expect: *Its more of apartment type room, good bathroom and water flow is great * Be careful to choose the number of people, booking.com booked the room for 1 adult inspite if me choosing 2 adult in the begining of the search. * The property is in an area full of nice and beutiful, full of flower and plants houses, you can walk in the neighbourhood but have your phones with you so you dont get lost. * The auto stand is nearby. Some of them dont know english but will get you nearby areas if you show them the location name in your phone. * Nice shops for different items, recommending to visit the old and wise Mr. Prataap shop and have a nice chitchat with him, mention my name please as reference (Ahmed from Buraimi Oman) *Nice restaurant: supreme cuisine. Place is nice, food is delicious. They have a bakery downstairs, you must try the ghee cake (165 rupees). *The cafes are little bit far, FROOT cafe is nice, be careful from american cheese dishes, they are very salty. * Masjid is bit far by walking if you dont like walking, by auto its almost 5-10 mins. If you like walking its a good excersice in the nice weather to walk.

*Wifi is good but not strong. *If you need a sim card, you need to show them the passport,visa,entry stamp in the passport, AND local indian number as reference( the will send the OTP to that number and them call him for activating YOUR number!). The whole process thakes 20-30 mins!!!!!. No fridge in rooms, get your cold water bottles with you from the shops. The place is a bit smelly in the morning (cleaning time by the municipality). But the area is cleeeean and nice.

The positive approach and interaction of the reception staff is what we liked the most. He himself offered a green tea to us, when we returned after a walk.

The breakfast-spread was same on our 2 night's stay. The hotel is good for short stay especially for back-packers.
