Reviewed Feb 8, 2026A warm welcome by staff who allowed us early check-in. Room was beautiful, with very comfortable beds. Roof top pool was enjoyable and offered good views, particularly of the sunset. Buffet breakfast was perfect; delightful blend of local and European dishes. Cannot comment on evening meals as we ate out both nights.

There are only 2 sunbeds by the pool so basically the chances of getting to use the pool and enjoy laying there are slim to none. The elevators are also very slow

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Het personeel is heel erg aardig en helpt je met alles, van een uber boeken tot spullen naar je kamer brengen na een middagje shoppen.
Het was zeker niet slecht, maar als ik toch een verbeterpunt moet noemen is het het avondeten buffet. Ik houd van Indiaas eten maar de kaartjes die erbij stonden zegden mij niet veel en het was allemaal erg pittig.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026We booked 3 rooms, out of which two were next to each other and they were connected internally via a door which was convenient for us. The swimming pool was good too, not too deep not too shallow, just perfect for the kids to enjoy.
Access by foot to the hotel is a bit tricky, probably because of the location. We have to walk through the drive way to get the street if you want to go out for a walk.

The bedrooms are okeish but not well kept. There’s a strong smell of humidity even if you keep the AC going and we found more than one towel stained and with holes. While the shower - depending on the bedroom you have - is new or old. At breakfast, there are lots of Indian and savory options, but almost no sweet / western options. Also yogurt and fruits could be improved in variety. The pool is small and with no bar and the sunbeds are literally 2. For reference, we paid 60 euros per night.

Location isn't really close to anything interesting in terms of sightseeing or transport.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Alle Angestellten waren super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut: super viel veg Auswahl, sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war toll und hatte ein ausgesprochen bequemes Bett sowie ein tolles Badezimmer, alles sehr sauber. Guter Pool, super Check-In Erfahrung und Parkplätze für Autos in der Tiefgarage. Restaurants & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, gute Anbindung. Die Lage kann ich nicht gut beurteilen, da wir kein Sightseeing gemacht haben und eine Unterkunft gesucht haben, die in der Nähe unserer Autovermietung liegt, daher war es für uns top. Letztendlich hat es uns so gut gefallen, dass wir sogar um eine Nacht verlängert haben!
Der Pool könnte ein bisschen sauberer sein, ansonsten war wirklich alles top.

The suite room really needs a rework, for the price it’s nothing but a basic extension of the deluxe room and that doesn’t at all justify the pricing. Needs larger wardrobes for sure.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2025الفندق جديد ونظيف جدا والموقع رائع الموظفين مرنين جدا وتعاملهم راقي بصراحه أنا كنت حجز يوم فقط وباقي الايام في فندق ثاني كنسلت حجزي الثاني وكملت معاهم الفطور جميل ولذيذ جدا وعندك خيارات كثيره وجربت العشاء عندهم وكان بالمنيو سعرهم ممتاز وأكلهم رائع فيهم طيبه واحترام عجيب عند سفري كأنو جميع الموضفين في وداعي وهذا تقريبا مع جميع النزلاء. اشكرهم وانصح بهذا الفندق ولن تندم 🌹

الغرفة فيها رائحة غير جيده و ازعاج طوال الليل كأنه في الغرفةو الحمام غير نظيف لم يعجبني، لقد حجزت عن طريق البرنامج مع الافطار، لكن حدث خطأ و تم الدفع بدون افطار. الموظف قال لنا انه يمكننا الذهاب للإفطار ثم بعد ذلك قال انه يجب علينا الدفع بعد أن أخذنا الافطار🚶🏻♀️

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Nice hotel, very friendly and hospitable staff. We got an complementary upgrade to a bigger room, so we ha more space. We appreciated this very much. We could also extend our check out to late afternoon for a reasonable fee, as our flight was only leaving in the evening.
Restaurant looks like a school canteen, no windows! And quality of food at breakfast was rather low. Food like fried bananas, french toast or omelettes were unedible. A lot of improvement needs to be done there, as also far away from what pictures show…. But staff in restaurant also very friendly. Pool area looks a bit poor, water was very cloudy when we got there, so we didn‘t enter the pool.
