Staff is little rude...no prior information about pool use... like swimsuit & other things while booking.

Location a bit inside on a narrow lane, cab drivers charge too high double than the local Goa miles app, pick up point if you book in or just outside the hotel drivers are been threatened when they come to pick u by taxi drivers around the hotel. This has to be stopped by hotel staff

No towels in the washrooms, provided only on request. Frequent power interruptions. Water leak from the ceiling in the walkways.

Went to Goa for a quick getaway over a weekend in July with wife. Stayed at the Hardrock Hotel in Calangute. The stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean. The stay was made memorable by the welcoming staff of the hotel. They took particular care of guests (including us) not only while checking in but even after check out when we had a couple of hours to wait for our return flight. Of particular mention are staff members Peki and Dhiren who offered us water bottles and welcome drink while we waited. Recommend the hotel for your next stay in Calangute!

I’ve stayed for 3 N , it was an absolute pleasant stay. Straight away starting from check in, housekeeping - everything is so well perfectly organised. We were having a breakfast as complimentary, wherein MR. GAUTHAM had given his best service followed his colleagues Mr. Shenoy, Iva and Nelson. I would highly recommend this place for good, hygiene service.

Restaurant serves very lame food, needs to spice up a bit. north indian style veg food options are missing. Indore style Poha, live Samosa, kachori, Jalebi, wada pav, bhajiya, bedai, poori - sabji, variety of paranthas, variety of sandwiches. We are Bharatwasi, and we don't need shitty continental thing. We eat spicy foods all the time and going to a five star we expect things to get better and not worse

And many many many more things that i cant say,, Presidential Suite 9201 Room No,, washroom has damaged locks so u should do in open.. And leave,, u guys r just 😷😷😷😷😷😷

We checked in the hotel at around 8 pm, and we were alloted a room in the extreme corner,but the room condition was extreme poor, No towels, no napkins, washrooms were dirty, wash basin was totally clogged, We informed around 3 times to room service, they took a time of one hour to clean it, cleaning was done with acids How can anyone stay in a room having a foul smell of acid, After complaining after a hour , we got a room change at around 9.pm. Pathetic service in such a reputed brand . Service staff in the restuarants are superb . Dinner was good But rooms service very poor.

Had a wonderful experience at Hard Rock Cafe, The hospitality was warm and welcoming.especially during dinner,the food was absolutely great. The boys during dinner were friendly attitude and prompt service truly elevated the experience and made us feel well taken care of. **Breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe was not at all satisfying. Bread varieties were not fresh neither Idli.** **No fun activities available here other than pool, I would really suggest you to add some gaming section to your huge property.** Lush green ambience & positive energy at pool side made a real difference and added fun.

The hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere with its amazing pool, vibrant rock-themed ambiance, and enjoyable live music in the evenings, making the stay even more memorable. A special thank you to Somnath, Vithoba, PC, Chef Manju at the South Indian live counter, and Juela at the pancake station for their warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service. Their efforts, along with the support of their senior team, truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommended for a memorable Goa getaway!

The AC’s aren’t working, room service takes more than 2-3 hours, breakfast was stale

It was dead. No vibe and too many corporate uncles who fill up the hotel and stare at women in a bad way. Felt uncomfortable. My wife didn't even went to swimming. Hard rock destroyed their reputation and brand value by organizing this kinda shit picnic inside the hotel. Never going back. This was my third and last time.

The chef should seriously consider taking up cooking as a hobby but given the strong Type 2 diabetes demographic at the hotel, I suspect that this criticism will largely go unnoticed. The “breakfast” is woeful and if I were the franchisor, I would be asking the franchisee WTF with respect to this of the F & B team ..

I recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Goa for the second time, and once again, it delivered a fantastic experience. The staff is truly excellent… warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is another big plus, with Calangute market just a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for exploring. What really stands out for me is the pool area. It’s absolutely top notch. The live DJ adds great energy, and the poolside Tonic Bar along with its bartenders create an amazing vibe. This entire environment is honestly the highlight of the hotel and the main reason I’d choose to come back again and again. The Rock Suite was comfortable, though I feel it could benefit from better lighting. Breakfast was slightly below expectations this time, mainly due to some items being unavailable because of an ongoing LPG issue. Overall, another great stay, and definitely a place I’d keep returning to.
