地理位置蠻好的，景色很漂亮，附近吃的也蠻多的。 大家都推薦坐到五反田，其實可以坐到大崎廣小路站，在飯店旁邊而已，可以參考。

飯店進一樓等電梯就會有非常濃郁的寵物店味道，另外飯店沒有提供礦泉水，必須要自己去指定樓層裝水，另外飯店服務感覺沒有熱忱，感受上沒有期待中的感覺。

Das Frühstück bietet nicht sehr viel Auswahl an. Auch schliesst der Frühstücksraum bereits um 09:30 Uhr. Um 9 Uhr war bei uns die Menuauswahl schon z.T. ausverkauft. Das Badezimmer ist z.T. in den Wohnraum geöffnet und ungeschickt angelegt. Es war mir anhand der Homepage nicht ersichtlich, dass auch Hunde im Hotel übernachten dürfen. Manche Hunde dürfen dabei auch auf dem Tisch laufen, allerdings war mir nicht ersichtlich, ob diese tische speziell für die Hundebesitzer waren.

Teníem una habitació per 5 i hi havia 3 llits individuals muntats i després hi havia una estructura de fusta i coixins durs que feia com de Sofá i on havíem de muntar nosaltres mateixos els llençols pels altres 2 que faltaven. Aquesta estructura era duríssima, no era un matalàs còmode i hi vam dormir realment malament. Una altra cosa que no ens ha agradat gens és l’esmorzar, no era bufet sino que et feien triar entre una safata amb esmorzar americà (salsitxes, pa, sopa, croissant) o esmorzar japonès.

不便なことが多すぎて、快適ではなかった。 食事の場所が少ないのに、電子レンジが1つしかなくて、大混雑だった。隣の部屋や、上の部屋からのドタドタした騒音がかなり響いてうるさかった。

Der Aufenthalt war rundum hervorragend, vor allem die extrem leise Klimaanlage und der tolle Blick auf die Stadt. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage des Hotels in bahnhofsnähe in einem weniger touristischen Stadtteil war ideal und es gibt viele tolle Restaurant im direkten Umfeld.

This hotel did not represent for me or my family the best of Japan. A very disappointing stay with money thrown out of the window. I liked the Lobby area and the view from the room.

Unfortunately, our overall experience at the hotel was disappointing, particularly considering that I paid almost €1,000 for a four-day stay. The breakfast was by far the biggest issue. I had paid for breakfast in advance, but the choice was very limited: Japanese onigiri or a basic American-style breakfast consisting mainly of inexpensive white pastries, one small sausage, a little piece of bacon, and a kind of egg mix that did not even appear to be particularly appetising. The fruit selection consisted only of canned pears in syrup. Having travelled through Central Japan for more than two weeks and enjoyed excellent breakfasts at all other hotels, this was a significant disappointment. I was left with unused breakfast vouchers that could neither be refunded nor used in any other way. I discussed this with the manager, who was polite and explained that the hotel was considering alternatives but had limited space. Unfortunately, he was unable to offer any solution regarding the unused breakfast vouchers. I was also unaware when making the booking that the hotel accommodates guests travelling with dogs. This became apparent during our stay when I saw a gentleman being given dog diapers at reception and subsequently encountered a dog accident on the carpet on the way to my room. I appreciate that this is not necessarily the hotel's fault, and the owner did make an attempt to clean the area by smudging it across the carpet in an attempt to clean it away. Nevertheless, it was not an especially pleasant experience and is something I would have preferred to know about before booking. Finally, I found the location less appealing than other areas of Tokyo we visited and would choose a different area for a future stay. I hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively. The staff were generally friendly, but given the price of the stay, I expected a considerably higher standard, particularly with regard to breakfast and the overall guest experience.

세 식구 이용하기에 좁지 않았어요. 엑스트라 베드가 있었지만(추가비용발생) 사용하지 않아도 되었네요. 화장실과 샤워실 분리로 여독을 풀기에도 좋아요.

선반위 면지 청소가 덜 되어 있는점이나 침구 먼지 발생이 조금 아쉬웠네요. 그래도 재방문 합니다.

Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön und man hatte alles was man benötigte.

控えめに言っても最高でした。部屋も24へーべは狭いと思うのですが、天井を高くとって部屋の狭さを感じさせない作りで、オシャレなデザインでした。

強いて言えば2段ベッドの上が湿気が溜まりやすいのか除湿できると嬉しいかも。あとエアコンの風が上のベッドに直で当たるので、風向きを調整できるといいかなと思った。

Loved the 24 hour gym. The laundry facilities were great. Location of the hotel is great lots to do in the area surrounding area close to the station. Staff were friendly, exquisite view from the room would definitely stay again.

Would love if there were more elevators to access the property from the ground floor as there are only 2 elevators. It can be a bit of a wait when there are a lot of guests trying to access the elevators.

가족여행으로 4인실을 예약했는데 방이 매우 크고 뷰가 압도적이었습니다. 도쿄타워 예약을 놓칠만큼이었어요. 숙소가 매우 깨끗하고 고급스러우며 유럽 부티크 호텔처럼 테마도 확실한 곳입니다. 호텔 주변은 비즈니스 지구여서 아주 쾌적, 깨끗하고 맛집과 적당한 크기의 몰을 다 갖추고 있습니다. 고탄다역 인근 돈키호테, 도큐스토어에서 파는 엄청난 퀄리티의 도시락을 사서 수변 공원 로컬분들 사이에서 피크닉 하며 먹었던 것이 가장 평화롭고 좋았던 순간이었습니다.

OMO5 was in a fantastic location—central enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, making it a peaceful place to stay. One of our favorite features was the cozy lounge, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The complimentary 9 p.m. drinks with other guests created a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. Check-in was quick and efficient, and although we arrived before the official check-in time, the staff happily stored our luggage while we enjoyed complimentary drip coffee in the lounge. The guest facilities were excellent. We really appreciated the floor with the fresh cold water station, laundry machines, ironing facilities, and even a drinks vending machine, which meant we didn't always have to pop over to the nearby 7-Eleven. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also liked being able to choose the amenities we needed at reception before heading to our room. A lovely touch was the complimentary pajamas, which were surprisingly comfortable and much appreciated by the whole family. Overall, OMO5 exceeded our expectations and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo. We would happily stay here again.

Was für ein tolles Zimmer! Das Bett war direkt vor der riesigen Fensterfront mit Blick auf die City! Sehr sauber, sehr großes Zimmer für japanische Verhältnisse und ganz liebes Personal.

Kann nichts bemängeln. Das einzige das nicht Ideal war, war das Frühstück - es gab asiatisch und amerikanisch (inkl. Würstchen), für Vegetarier nicht 100% ideal. Ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit, würde das Hotel trotzdem wieder buchen.

Lovely stay with amazing view for our last night in Tokyo. Good location near Gotanda Station. Great eateries in Ground Floor of building.

Modern design, laundry mat, no-shoe tatami mat rooms, and food court on the 1st floor of the building.

Gym weights only went to 10kg, way too light. No in-room coffee machine and getting coffee in the morning was difficult if you didn't also buy the breakfast or want to go downstairs to the 1st floor of the building's food court.

Overall vibe was very positive and the room was very nice amazing view

We really liked our room. It was well designed and felt relatively spacious. The long seat by the window gave us space to lounge. We enjoyed the breakfast, and it was nice being able to choose the onigiri or Western breakfast. Staff were nice and responded quickly to a minor issue we had in our room. Location was not too far from the station, a few convenience stores nearby.

LA camera corner al 16° piano è qualcosa di meraviglioso. Vista sulla città fantastica, un piccolo paradiso. Il posto è vicino alla metropolitana e ci si sposta davvero facilmente per arrivare ovunque. La zona non è affollata e si sta molto bene.

Dalla vasca da bagno veniva odore di acqua stagnante, siamo rimasti per due notti e non abbiamofatto in tempo a farlo presente al personale, però sicuramente dovrebbe essere preso in considerazione una cosa del genere da parte del personale delle pulizie. La colazione è un pò particolare. viene data lapossibilità di scegliere tra americana e giapponese, ma sono un pò ridotte, forse sarebbe meglio fare un buffet, che risulterebbe accomodare meglio tutte le esigenze.

Kein richtige Bar. Keine Weingläser für die Zimmer erhältlich. Kein Kleiderkasten im Zimmer. Das Restaurant ist sehr dürftig gehalten. Kein Wäscheservice, nur Waschmöglichkeit zum Self-Service.

Stylisches Hotel in guter Lage mit tollem Blick. Sehr nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, kompakt aber gut durchdacht. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Frühstück war gut, könnte aber mehr Abwechslung bieten für einen längeren Aufenthalt

Little clumsy first taking one elevator that is slow before check in at floor 14. for than take another elevator to your rooms. Breakfast has 2 selections no refill. You can’t pick your own food. For a breakfast lover like me its not that good.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Well located for both Haneda Airport and Tokyo Cruise Terminal and very good views over Tokyo from the elevated position.

The view from the room was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice to have separate shower and toilets.

The bed wasn’t exactly great, as the mattress didn’t stay in its place. There was no clothes storage or hooks on the walls or anything. The breakfast wasn’t ideal for longer stays or for special diets or allergies, as you only had the same two breakfast tray options every morning and they couldn’t be customized at all. As a vegetarian, I really got sick of the two onigiri options I could eat after a couple of days. The staff wasn’t so helpful in recommending restaurants and such, as the recommendations we got ended up not working out - they required reservations and were fully booked etc.

Designet, sengene, udsigten fra værelset, personalet var hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Tagterrassen var også meget behagelig.

Gerne flere valgmuligheder i fht snacks og små retter i caféen på hotellet.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier de Gotanda. Transport - Yamanote - à ( minutes à pied. Balade dans le long de Megurogawa toute proche. Quartier de locaux avec plein de petits restaurants de quartier. Parfait pour découvrir l'Ouest de Tokyo

The location was first class, really close to Gotanda staton, which is an excellent hub for exploring Tokyo. The area around the hotel is buzzing!! Plenty of places to eat. The hotel were helpful in making good recommendations. Each night there is a family friendly drinks party, that was fun (organised fun). Loved this hotel!

We didn't have breakfast there, it seemed pricey. We found a wonderful bakery instead. We've stayed in an OMO3 another trip, it had a wee self service snack bar, we missed this option. A minor thing!

The location is very good, 5-6 minutes away from the Train/Metro Station. Room was at the 19th floor, we had a superb view and the cleaning lady came every day to tidy up the beds and clean the room.

If you have 3 large luggages like we had, it is a bit hard to store them in the room, because the room was quite small, for people with fewer or not so large luggages, the room is big enough.
