The Toilet - Poor Hygiene, I'll literally, No Close up look Mirror, The staff hadn't bothered to check the room readiness, AC was dripping, TV Remote not working, Only One No Glasse & Mug provided. They looked into everything when once asked for specifically.

We had booked for 2 nights. 2nd day morning, we left at 8.am for Vaishno Devi temple visit. On our return at 2.30 pm, we found that our room had not been cleaned, beda not made, bathroom not cleaned. This was taken up with the staff on duty very strongly. This is not expected from a 4-star property belonging to the IHG group. Very poor show.

Room 403 was alloted to us which was completely dusty, torn linen, bathroom got clogged every time one went for a shower, the worst part was Bed Bugs in the room After informing the front desk several times, General Manager of the Unit did not meet, room was changed later Food quality was average, service was pathetic For a glass of water needed to get up and request for Not recommended at all better to look for other options in Katra

The bed was unclean and we found small glass pieces on the bed. We found them on the floor as well. We ordered dinner at restaurant and it took them more than 1 hour to serve . It was hopeless food with excess salt. They had one one staff to serve the entire restaurant. The TV remote was broken and to working. We asked for a change and even that was broken and not working. The corridor was stinking. Bath towels were stinking. We asked for replacement. Even they were stinking. Hopeless housekeeping.. Has to call multiple times to get one item...
