The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I have not received yet is my final bill, which I am still waiting for from the Marriott team.

The 24/7 front desk was available when arriving in the middle of the night after a long flight. Luggage was delivered to the room - I didn't even need to ask. Comfortable beds, and plenty of space in the room. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner had so many options that we only tasted a selection. Items from different regions in India and various international options. Mr. Ankit, Mr. Saurav, Ms. Nidit (apologies if misspelled) and numerous others made our stay fabulous. Roof top pool was a perfect place to relax. Any questions around housekeeping were quickly answered and accommodated. Bottled water in sufficient quantities is replenished in the room every day. No need to even search for bottle refill stations. Highly recommended place to stay.

Rooms in this hotel tend to have windows facing either north or south. Room choices mention city view or hill view, but hill is east. So a bit unclear what to expect for which name. Got upgraded from regular hillview room to club-cityview room but could still see the hills, so still confusing. Requested hill view as that was reported to have less traffic noise, but high floor does not have the traffic noise in any room. So not complaining, just a bit confused :-)

Больше всего мне понравился персонал, очень дружелюбный, вежливый, отзывчивый и гостеприимный. Особенно хотел бы выделить VANI, который работал на ресепшн. Номер просторный, с большой мягкой кроватью, убирали каждый день, кондиционер работал эффективно и практичкски беззвучно. прекрасная ванная комната с большой душевой кабиной. Завтраки, обеды и ужин были очень вкусными и разнообразными.

Расположен отель далеко от центра города, поэтому приходилось очень рано (7:20 - 7:40 утра) выезжать из отеля, чтобы доехать без пробок до выставочного центра, где проходила междунаролная строительная выставка, на которой мы представляли нашу продукцию. Но это никак не сказывается на моей оценке отеля. Просто нужно учитывать это обстоятельство , если вам нужно булет часто выезжать в центр горола.

Dieses Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn und ist sehr billig gebaut, weshalb man den Verkehr hören kann. Ich musste dreimal das Zimmer wechseln, und trotzdem war es laut. Ich habe meinen gesamten Aufenthalt storniert.

Location is in an industrial area, so nothing much to do around the hotel itself.

from our arrival we were taken very good care by Ashish at reception accompanied by a cold drink. room was spotless and spacious. breakfast is great. we had a la cart business dinner the chef himself came to our table to take our special requests due to food restrictions. staff all along the stay was extremely nice, efficient and attentive always with a smile. today May13, 2025 morning, we had a last minute change in our meetings so we had to stay at the hotel till our flight. the duty manager whom I forgot his name, allowed us extended stay with no extra charge. we really appreciate the gesture. we took massage package which was exquisite. Ms. Lamanui who was my masses, was just Devine. thank you. all and all our stay at Marriott Navi Mumbai was a great accord to our business visit to Mumbai.

Though I had not opted for breakfast, the breakfast was given to my sister and I by the hotel. Really it was a good gesture and I am grateful for the same.

It was clean but the service was horrible.

They took forever to process my refund and I didn’t receive appropriate responses.

The enthusiasm of the staff to help you even for the smallest of things, especially the watering staff was extremely helpful in serving & getting things on time. They weren't irritated, had a warm approach, it made us feel comfortable asking for help as it was our first time in a five star hotel. Completely worth the money ! Everyone should try once!

Nothing to be bothered by, but employees sometimes used an internal term or acronym that they assume all the people would know, that's ok but the problem is not everyone person may be aware of these terms. For example a waiter asked me something & mentioned the term "Spirit hours" in the sentence, I told him I have no clue what that means, so he laughed it off healthily, but I felt something like even though that may not offend me, however someone who's not that secure or young might feel rude about it. For eg my dad would have certainly not liked it.

The suite was comfortable but congested.

First and foremost, the exceptional service of the Duty Manager - Swami and his entire team..The consistency in following up and assuring things would be taken care of and ensuring it was done, is what was a game changer... There was some incorrect information on Booking.com with regards to the room that we booked. Upon addressing this to the staff, I would like to mention how this was verified and handled by the staff.. Our stay was made very comfortable and I would most definitely recommend this to my family and friends.. Our special thanks to Swami and his team - Anupam, Aditya and the rest of the team. Special mention to the Restaurant Manager - Mukesh Yadav and his staff Prashant, Daniel, Sohail, Vikram and rest of the team. The housekeeping staff had done a great job decorating the room for a special occasion. The F & B team, helped with customisations of some meal requests too... Appreciate the effort.
