ЖУТКОЕ МЕСТО, НЕ УБИРАЮТ, В НОМЕРЕ ВСЕ СЛОМАННО, УНИТАЗ НА СКОТЧЕ , НЕТ ДАЖЕ НОРМАЛЬНОГО ОДЕЯЛА ДАЛИ ТОНКИЙ, КОРОТКИЙ ПЛЕД. И САМОЕ НЕВЫНОСИМОЕ КАЖДЫЙ ДЕНЬ ВСЮ НОЧЬ ШУМ ОТ НОЧНОГО КЛУБА ДО 05 УТРА, ПОТОМ ПОД ОКНАМИ ПЬЯНЫЕ ВОПЛИ. ЖУТЬ.

Оплатила номер Deluxe. То есть заплатила больше стандартного номера. По описанию номера он должен быть 30 квадратных метров с двумя окнами. То же было на фотографии. При заезде мне предоставили номер 101 и сказали, что это и есть Deluxe. Номер был маленьким, с одним закрытым окном, смотрящим в стену. Когда я спросила, почему такой маленький номер, их служащий на ресепшн стал утверждать, что площадь имелась в виду вместе с туалетом. И номера различаются только декорацией, а так все одинаковые. Чтобы убрать в номере, нужно было вывешивать табличку - без таблички не убирали. Да и табличка не всегда помогала. В номере были на стенах убитые комары….за стенкой дискотека, которая работала каждый день!!!спать не удавалось, деньги не возвращались! Конда спросила про завтрак - показали на улицу, там, мол, завтрак. Самый ужасный отель, в котором доводилось жить. И полный обман. Когда сосед открыл напротив дверь в номер 103 - увидела нормальный номер с двумя окнами!!! На ресепшене объяснили, что оба номера одной категории, что тот, что этот. Крайне не рекомендую данный отель.

It is near the shops. But…

We chose this hotel mainly because of its good location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was absolutely terrible. The bed sheets and pillows had been neatly arranged, but they were dirty and covered in stains. The towels were also folded, but clearly had not been properly washed, as they had stains and hair on them. The bath mat in the shower area was extremely dirty as well. Although the staff were friendly, the cleanliness issue was very disappointing. When we reported the dirty towels, they responded quickly and brought us another set. Unfortunately, the replacement towels also did not appear to have been properly washed. The stains and long hairs on them suggested that they had simply been folded again without being washed, or had been washed very poorly. The problems did not end there. The hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and clubs, and the noise continued until around 5 a.m. It was so loud that it felt like trying to sleep inside a nightclub with loud techno music playing. On top of that, the hotel reception staff were talking loudly throughout the night, so there was absolutely no peace or quiet inside the hotel either.

Sofa was too large for the room and blocked the use of half of the cabinets.

No Roman services, lack of stuff and they didn’t clean our rooms for the whole 3 days we stayed there! Every time we asked they came up with different reasons; while the property is beautiful and well located the management and services are not at all acceptable!

Wow! You have to love this hotel . The area is class with little restaurants on your doorstep & shopping a street away. The room was large & super comfortable.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement. La chambre était jolie, avec un beau parquet et une salle de bain agréable et bien entretenue.

Malheureusement, un point a fortement gâché notre séjour : le bruit provenant de la réception. Les réceptionnistes discutaient entre eux à voix très haute, comme s’ils étaient seuls, tard dans la nuit et dès le matin. Logeant au premier étage, nous avons été dérangés toute la nuit et réveillés très tôt. Le manque de calme a rendu le repos quasiment impossible. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’hôtel a de nombreux atouts, mais ce problème de bruit est particulièrement gênant et mériterait d’être corrigé.

Great stay here, large room and perfect location. There are many restaurants and cafes right outside the hotel.

There was some noise from birds on the roof in the mornings and a nightclub at night, not enough to keep me up though.

Personnel tres comprehensive et gentille

Очень хорошее расположение. В номере чисто. Стильный интерьер, очень красивый деревянный потолок. Вежливый, приветливый персонал. В целом отель соответствовал нашим ожиданиям.

Если вы чутко спите выбирайте другой отель. Или попросите номер не на 4-м этаже. Мы проснулись в 5 утра от звуков, как-будто какое-то животное бегает по полу в номере, но потом поняли, что это птицы на крыше. Их очень сильно слышно)) С улицы играет музыка, но она нам вообще не мешала, это центр и это объяснимо. Еще с потолка что-то насыпалось на кровать.

hotel is next to a club. booking is hiding the reviews. google has honest reviews, hotel lied that there is no noise. however the whole room on the 3rd floor was shaking from 12-4am. hated everything about this place as it smelt like smoke. do not book this, no matter what the reviews say! horrible experience. we had to cancel and cut short the stay and move to another hotel, and these guys did not even approve our refund request, booking declined it as well. you will be left fuming after realising this hotel’s audacity to call itself a “hotel”. run a mile from this place.

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, comoda ai negozi, ristoranti e taxi. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Buona la pulizia

Nota amara é stata la notte, impossibile riuscire a dormire per via della musica assordante (tremava anche il letto!) per via di un night club nella zona. La musica iniziava intorno alle 22:00 per terminare alle 5:15 del mattino. Ho chiesto di essere spostata per lo meno di stanza, ma non ne avevano più di disponili. Penso sia un enorme problema non solo per questa struttura ma anche per tutte quelle che sono nei paraggi.

The Staff of Almanzo, Alpo and Ali were was Exceptional and the Location was Great.

The Music Noise from the Club Next Door from 11:00pm-4:00am was very disturbing and Didn't let Us sleep....
