The staff is not professional. Had asked them a query which they didnt bother to even respond . In shower the handtowel was missing. Food quantity is not justified as per the price mentioned in the menu.Breakfast spread is not up to the mark. Simple dishes like masala Vermicelli was so salty and not at all as per the standards.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025The location of the property is excellent. It has adequate parking space. View is nice from the rooms facing the garden. Rooms are well furnished, quiet and peaceful.
Breakfast spread was modest. Some of the items ordered from Live section were undercooked. F&B needs improvement. The WC in the room was dripping water down the drain continuously, this issue could not be rectified during my stay. Lot of water was getting wasted.

Zonder oordoppen is slapen onmogelijk.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2025We liked the food but other services were not acceptable as your hotel site mentioned it is five star but I didn't find anything to compare it with my stay on other five star hotels like Taj, Radission etc where I frequently stay.
The most embarrassing was the inspection of a person who came to take our luggage but was checking each and everything if we have stolen anything like electric jug or cups. He then started asking where is hand towel but it was not given to us at the time of check in and then he started checking again inside the bathroom.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2025The stay at Regenta Dehradun was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Rahul Rawat, who provided outstanding service—attentive, polite, and always with a smile. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The entire team was extremely helpful and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. As a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease here.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations, especially compared to other stays I had across India.
