Everything at Taj was great..we Thorough enjoyed being here. All the staff were very cordial, helpful and very kind. This made the stay homely..At the restaurant the staff were there for us at every moment helping us out..the hospitality was exceptional especially Mr Raju and .r Ankit

We got jain food during dinner as well as breakfast

The concierge was too slow inspite of repeated requests to get our luggage to our room as soon as possible due to our time constraint.

Property and cleanliness, staff manish from palette cafe is best in his service.....we enjoyed.

Swimming pool should be segregate it's timings a bit bcz it's small and some group of people we found continuously present thr...it should be fixed 1-2 hrs person to person....so everyone feels comfortable and enjoy it.

The hospitality of the staff members is very good. They were helpful in helping us with all our queries. Specially, Utkarsh, Naveen and Naina looked after us with utmost care. We enjoyed our stay and were very relaxed at the end of it.

The sprawling property with relaxed homelike feeling. The staff behaviour was excellent.

Frühstück: üppige Auswahl an indischen und westlichen Gerichten, Super frisches Obst. Tolle, ruhige !!! Lage, alles sehr grosszügig angelegt. Gebäude und Garten wurden nach Vastu, dem "indischen Feng Shui" gebaut und strahlen vom ersten Moment an eine wunderbare, erhebende und ruhige Energie aus. Schöner grosser Aussenpool, Fitnessraum, alles top gepflegt, Personal sehr angenehm um die Gäste bemüht! - Fein auch der Nachmittagstee im Innenhof.

Die schönen grossen Fenster sind leider nicht zum Öffnen und aus der Klimaanlage kamen nicht immer Wohlgerüche

Breakfast and food were really good. Location was a bit far from places I needed to travel. Access to uber and taxi's was a problem. Renu was very helpful and caring. Also enjoyed the waitress at breakfast

Great staff - very kind and helpful ! Great food ! As a taj property u expect it to be perfect with jacuzzi working .. pool clean and activity folks available and neatness in kids play area which were missing

The hotel is apparently 2 years old and it looks like that from the outside but from inside it seems like a 10 years old atleast because so many things are damaged on the inside. Like in our room, flooring was chipped and nuts were off. The place where you put your luggage had broken things. Bathroom door had broken outer cover so you can actually see the inside rubber, bathroom towel hanger was broken etc etc. Rooms were dusty when we were in. Food was very average. Service was the worst with once they taking 45 mins for 2 dosas in the restaurant. Just doesn't feel Taj like. Facilities for children were abundant though and spa was good. Overall for the price it was OK but not a hotel where you would like to keep coming back for something.

The overall ambience was very relaxing. Meeting facilities were excellent. Food in the restaurant was very good if expensive.

A stunning hotel that boosts class for sure, value for money and staff are amazing, just would help with a little refurb on the grounds however the room is top class

Housekeeping Not of a 5* Hotel

Very Cordial Staff. Yummy food, excellent ambience. The aura was very positive. All greeted with a smile, be it security, janitor, chef or front desk executives. Best part was new year gala party in which there was food, cakes, mock tails, DJ and loads of fun. Kids activity area was a place where my kid enjoyed the most. Best part in that area was availability of PS5. Though it was paid service and a bit costly but we enjoyed it. Couldn't enjoy the swimming pool as it was winter. The badminton court and squash court were 2 more places which we didn't avail but will surely enjoy in our next trip.

Nothing of that sort which I felt i should be critical of. May be in the restaurant menu, they can add more continental, oriental dishes. Being a 5 star hotel, i felt it missed variety which i am sure they will add in future.

Breakfast spread was excellent. Staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Room was neat and clean. All amenities were there.

Difficult to pin point. Location was somewhat inside where it is difficult to get local transport.

The location. It is very peaceful and full of greenery. Has a holistic feel. The massage experience was very good and I would like to repeat it. The breakfast is very good.

Keeping the brand image of Taj, I feel that the buffet dinner we had needed more improvement in terms of spread and taste.

Indrajeet and Shruti provided excellent customer service! Loved how everyone greeted us with utter respect and were extremely friendly! We loved the little gestures while we were welcomed and that provided us warmth. Overall, an amazing stay!

Jacuzzi was complimentary but was available separately for men and women. As we planned our first night to be at Taj, we were expecting it to be open for couple (as complimentary) but it was chargeable.

It was hospitality at it's best at Taj Gandhinagar, as always. You feel delighted to enter into the world of Taj Gandhinagar's hospitality. The welcome by staff was really warm and can let you forget your journey woes. Checkin was done by the Check-In staff while you can relax and explore the property and your luggage would be delivered to your room without any hiccups.

Amazing Property with all facilities

Food is ultra expensive

Its a beautiful, clean and green property. There were a lot of activities carried out by the hotel staff to keep the guests and especially kids engaged. We were taken care of pretty nicely and thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

It was a bit far off and nothing in the vicinity. However due to this, it was green and quiet from the city hustle.

Overall "all " aspects were good. Even minute details seem to have been taken care off.

Distance from the city/airport. Probably the food can also be improved.

Distance from the airport - hotel should provide somepickup facility. To and fro transportation is an issue. Secondly the food quality (Lunch/Dinner)

Service and hospitality were outstanding. As were the massage treatments at the spa and the food in the main restaurant. Rooms are big and clean and beds are superb!

We just want to say a big thank you to Taj Gandhinagar team for making our stay memorable and comfortable. My wife has travel restrictions, so instead of choosing any international destination or long travel journeys I happened to bump into Taj properties in Ahmedabad. We choose Taj Gandhinagar only because of its positive reviews and it being a resort property within city limits. All I had put a request for is a room with a good view. The whole team went out of the way to make extra special arrangements from giving us the preferred choice of room, decorating the whole room to celebrate the occasion. The whole team is a putting a great experience and I am sure this is going to be the best hotel in and around Gandhinagar. Special thanks to Prachi, Amit, chef Manoj and Executive chef – Vishwajeet. All the interactions, the hospitality was amazing. Security Staff of the hotel and in the porche area and entrance are very polite and welcoming. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Gratitude. We would surely visit the hotel soon, and would also insist everyone to stay at this hotel.
