Impera Hotel - Special Category

Two things stood out about our stay at Impera Hotel: Firstly, the owner Yiğit who was super friendly and always helpful. Secondly, the location in a quiet street just off the main thoroughfare. Would book again.

Yiğit and Nisa are fabulous hosts and made me feel very welcome. From helping me quickly find an iron and ironing board in a crumpled-shirt emergency before a wedding, to chatting with me when I returned a little more than tipsy (but in a pristine shirt!), their hospitality was amazing. They also run a beautiful hotel full of rustic charm. My room had plenty of space to relax, whilst being only yards away from more cafes and bars than I knew what to do with! Teşekkür ederim!

there was no daylight from the window, didn’t catch that from the description, but we stayed mainly at night, so it wasn’t a problem for us

Great location. Very central in a beautiful part of Istanbul. The hotel Is cute and has nice retro design, but the best part is the staff. Lovely and welcoming owners and staff. Great service.

El personal fue amable

Nos cobraron por su propio error. Reserve el hotel con un mes de antelacion y parece ser que era una tarifa error. Me cobraron la tarifa completa porque no quisieron asumir su error.... No es mi problema si no ajustais correctamente los precios. He pagado X dinero y no tengo que pagar mas porque hayais hecho una cagada. La próxima vez cancelar las reservas (con mucha antelacion obviamente). Pagamos porque no queriamos cambiar de hotel con todas las maletas, pero vamos. La persona de recepción se ue tenia que haber revisado en su momento las reservas realizadas en el dia no lo hizo y por culpa de gente que no hace bien su trabajo nos fastidiamos el resto El hotel oscuro y SUPER SUPER ruidoso. Una peste a tabaco en las habitaciones horrible. Una noche MAXIMO MAXIMO. Si quería abrir la maleta tenia que asegurarme de que mi pareja no quisiera salir ni ir al baño, porwue la maleta no dejaba abrir las puertas. Una habitación minuscula.

Хорошее расположение, пару минут пешком до улицы Истикляль. Номера небольшие, но стильные. Персонал - очень милые и отзывчивые люди. Вообще понравилось все, рады, что остановились в этой гостинице. Красиво, уютно и удобно.

Лена из номера выходило на соседнее здание и немного мусорный колодец между двумя домами, но мы. Ине выбирали видовой номер, оно нас не особо беспокоило. Из-за того, как сконструирована душевая зона, полотенце для ног было мокрым и не успевало просыхать, но и это тоже не омрачило никак отдых.

It was clean, staff was helpful and kind, the bed was cosy. Good value for money.

If you are a party person the location is great but if you are looking for quiet stay it’s a good idea to find a facility in another neighbourhood.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα στο κέντρο της πόλης, ενώ τριγύρω είχε πολλές επιλογές για διασκέδαση η φασαρία δεν επηρέασε τον ύπνο καθώς δεν ακουγόταν τίποτα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και γενικότερα ο χώρος. Ο ιδιοκτήτης και το προσωπικό ήταν φιλική και με κατατόπισαν για τις επιλογές που είχα. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω!!

The staff was very friendly and tried to help, they upgraded our room to a higher level without any problem and the room was quite comfortable.

There was no sound insulation at all. Also that is the most party-like area, the street around is full of bars, on Fridays they played very loud music until three in the morning. The residents living above us stomped very loudly in the mornings)

Great location, close to bars and restaurants. Even though there was music and activity in the area, we couldn’t hear any noise in the room. The service was super friendly, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The only thing I noticed was that there were a few stains on the blankets in the room. Other than that, we had nothing to complain about. The bed was comfortable, and we slept very well. Thank you for your hospitality!

The walls had some marks, and overall the room could use a little TLC.

Great location for resturants and bars. Its a very fun part of town. The room was very comfortable and the turn down service was a treat. Very helpful employees and quite they quickly responded when i had a problem. The mosaic on the wall is very beautiful and the details of the room were great.

I was locked in my room for an hour or two because of a loose door handle thing. But they were very quick to come and help me try and figure out the door.

L'hôte bien situé très propre a proximite de tout. l'hôte Mustafa était génial, présent pour tout et super agréable. Je recommande vivement.

Great location near restaurants, bars and shops but down a side street so room was wonderfully quiet with extremely comfortable bed. We walked pretty much everywhere - even to the main sightseeing area and to the ferries. It’s near the Galata Tower and though it’s a steep hill down to the river it’s a lovely walk through the shops and cafes. Really helpful staff who were also extremely kind - left us a bottle of wine on our wedding anniversary. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent facilities and spec for the price. Furniture and amenities all good quality and good condition. Great location in the thick of things but still quiet. The staff were excellent.

Our particular room was very small but I know others are bigger.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the green train line (if you manage to get out at the Istikal St exit). Very helpful staff, they provided us with umbrellas to borrow and extra water when requested. The room was a good size with cool decor, comfy bed, great shower and wifi.

Be prepared for street noise if staying in this area - it's the price you pay for being in the thick of things. Earplugs were thoughtfully provided and did the job. There was a motion sensor somewhere under the bed that made a clicking noise when activated. Not a big deal, but kind of strange.

Small hotel with big rooms in a great location with great value in Beyoglu, Istanbul beside a busy bar scene. Can be a little noisy in weekends. A short walk and tram away from the main tourist attractions in Sultanahmet. Mustafa was a great friendly host advising us on nearby hammans, barbers, restaurants and directions. Highly Recommend

Очень удобное месторасположение. Все самое близкое под рукой. Уютные и ЧИСТЫЕ номера. Безумно крутой и приветливый персонал. Всегда готовый помочь, рассказать, объяснить и сделать все возможное для комфортного прибывания.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt wir haben kein einziges Problem gehabt ! Würden wir auch immer wieder Buchen und auch weiterempfehlen!

Very central, but on a reserved side street; staff extremely friendly and attentive; interesting design that is never an eye-sore, making the experience unique.

Our room had no day light, which was fine, as we only needed to sleep.There was some constant noise (some outside ventilation, I guess), but they indeed put ear plugs in the drawers, which helped. So they are aware and proactively taking care of that.

Внимательный персонал. Удобное расположение отеля относительно торговых улиц. Очень удобные матрасы. Отдельно порадовала опция бесконтактного заселение в ночное время.

Плохая шумоизоляция, но я знала это заранее из других отзывов, поэтому не была удивлена.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la disponibilité, la prévenance et la gentillesse des responsables de l’hôtel. L’emplacement est aussi très pratique pour accéder facilement au reste de la ville, en plein quartier de la fête. Les chambres sont design, propres et décorées avec style. La réception n’est pas ouverte h24, mais un système de code et boîte à clé permet un accès facile aux chambres.

Petit bémol sur le bruit le vendredi soir lorsque l’on donne sur la rue, mais ayant un bon sommeil et des boules quies, nous n’avons pas été tant impactés. Bien que belle et impressionnante, la salle de bain ne garantit pas tant d’intimité

A well equipped, small boutique hotel. Unique room features - beautiful mural on the wall. Wine bar in the lobby. Easy to walk to the metro, shops and bars. Helpful and friendly staff.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Very attentive and anything I needed or had questions about they were more than willing to help. I loved the hotel, the building is beautiful inside and so are the rooms. I believe there are only 8 rooms in the hotel. It is a cute boutique hotel that is well cared for in a perfect safe location to walk everywhere. If I was to come back to Istanbul I would stay here again for sure.

The bathroom door came off the tracks. There was almost a whole day without electricity, but that’s not the hotels fault and we were fine without it.

Can be a bit noisy

Absolutely amazing! As someone who has visited Istanbul over 20 times, I can honestly say that the Impera Hotel is the best place I have ever stayed in this city. The location is perfect, the staff is incredibly warm and attentive, and the room exceeded all expectations. You can tell that quality and hospitality are top priorities here. We will definitely be coming back — that’s for sure!

Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Pera. Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Coffee Shops, Bars und tolle Restaurants, sowie Shopping Möglichkeiten alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend und nett.

Big room, beautiful decor, friendly and helpful staff. I arrived early and my room wasn't ready but they offered me a free room to stay while waiting. Location is closed to many bars and restaurant.

Otel son derece temiz ve bakımlıydı. Oldukça sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortamı vardı. Yataklar çok rahattı, bu da dinlendirici bir uyku deneyimi sağladı. Personel güler yüzlü, ilgili ve her konuda yardımcıydı. Misafir memnuniyetine önem veren bir işletme, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

The location is excellent – close to Istiklal Street, yet the apartment itself was quiet. There are also many restaurants nearby. Room was clean, nice design.

The room was small and located above a restaurant. In the evening, there was a very strong smell of fried oil. Instead of a regular window, there was a filter/ventilation panel, meaning there was no natural daylight and no possibility to open the window for fresh air. Additionally, as I had to spend a lot of time in the room due to work, it was constantly dark, and I had to keep the lights on all the time during the day. Upon booking, breakfast was advertised, but it turned out on-site that this was not the case.

Absolutely loved our stay! The host and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they truly went above and beyond. When I mentioned a specific spot I wanted to visit but not sure how, the host personally reached out to his connection (a local tour guide) to enquire. The location is perfect for exploring, everything was clean, we really enjoyed trying their house wine. Highly recommend!

Mustafa was incredible from booking up to arrival and throughout our stay. We stayed six nights in room 401. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable - the property is within walking distance of everything including pubs and good restaurants as well as the Main Street. House Keeping came daily and did a great job - there is a bar onsite but we did not utilize it as there were so many local options. There is a small lift that takes you to your floor. We would come back again and plan on a return visit soon-

The hotel is located on a road that a taxi can not access so you’re dropped at the end of the road and need to walk up to the hotel, there is a bar near by that plays really loud music that can be heard until all hours of the night but that’s common in Pera. In our room we had difficulty accessing Netflix and the internet on our TV.

Everything was great during our stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. Housekeeping does an excellent job and pays attention to every detail. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and always available to help with any request or question, making the overall experience even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a friendly atmosphere.

We loved the staff attention to details and kindness. Especially MK was fantastic and he helped us all weekend to find good place to eat and sort taxis. The location was perfect, near bars and restaurants but quiet at night. The room was well decorated and the bed was comfy.

Lovely small boutique hotel in a great Pera location. Very close to Istiklal Street and lots of cafes and restaurants, but still quiet at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the bed was great and fluffy. MK were very helpful which made a big difference. Overall a very pleasant stay, i would definitely come back and would recommend it without hesitation.

My partner and I loved the boutique style of the hotel, and the design and attention to detail in the rooms were amazing. The location was in the trendy area of Beyoglu, nestled away on a quiet street amongst all the hustle and bustle. The staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We would like to say a big thank you to Mustafa and his colleague at the front desk!

Most helpful staff ever, greeted me with coffee when arriving at 3AM. Even so in a busy area my room was very quite.

My room had no windows (sealed) which may explain that it was so quite. For the sake of a good night sleep it was fine. Reception seems not open 24/7. Coincidentally I informed the hotel about my early arrival and it worked perfectly, but I wonder what would have happened if I didn't inform in advance.

Clearly THE BEST location in Istanbul, would definitely recommend and for sure will stay here again when I will visit this amazing city again. Could walk to anywhere and the vibe of the neighborhood was amazing!

During weekends there was too much noise from the neighboring bars, so definitely not recommended for light sleepers. Wouldn't change it for a thing though.

The location, the staff, comfortable bed

Very noisy street, not very good window isolation, I had to use earplugs deep very deep, when I booked it had more than a 9, it is not a 9. Also the smell of the bathroom filled the room.
