D Twins Airport Hotel

Super clean. Everything looks like brand new. Friendly staff. I paid $30 per night via Expedia. Next door Hampton are charging 150 Euro.

N

There was no internet at all during two night stay. All the staff was clueless and couldn't help to sort out any issue. There were no saftey locks either side, no ine bother to knock they just walk staight into room whlie I was sleeping. D Twins Hotel is waste of money not recommended at all.

No internet all day

The room had several cleanliness issues, including an unclean toilet, hair on the bedroom floor, pillow, and sheets. All the towels were dirty and had black spots on them. Furthermore, there were no restaurants nearby, which was inconvenient. To top it off, there was mold in the bathroom, contributing to an overall disappointing experience with the hotel's hygiene and location.

LOUD LOUD LOUD. Came here as it was close to airport and we had to get up at 3 AM for a flight. Between door slamming, people chatting on the steps just outside the building, people talking in the alley behind the hotel (right outside our window) and a man talking ALL NIGHT in a staff area beside our room, I got absolutely no sleep. The AC unit also leaked a big puddle of water just inches from my open suitcase and the overhead light flickered on every few minutes, indicating some electrical problem. It was almost comical how terrible our experience was. Having said that, the staff were friendly upon arrival.

If you need an easy to get to place via the metro (M11/U) from the airport for one night of sleep, it works. Room feels cramped, ceiling lights flickered on and off alll night (room 503), outlet of wall hanging out with wires exposed, no coffee in room (had to ask to refill trey), previous guest hair in and around toilet (I'm bald), no closet, etc. Etc. Just lots of little things. Wifi was good, bed was clean, and there is a great reasturant near by that takes 6 mintues to walk to.

Yatak kırık yastıklar çok sert temizlik kötü

Check in was easy. Close to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was conveniently close to the airport. For the price you can’t beat a nice stay like this.

Kesinlikle kalınmaması gereken bi otel. Ses yaltimi çok kötu, duşta fiskiye yoktu

Sufficient for one night but definitely not longer

Big room, clean room and shower. Everything in the hotel is very very pleasant! On top of it the hotel is just 12 minutes away from the airport!!!! Strongly recommend it!!!

Havalimanina cok yakin ama şehir merkezinden 1bucuk 2 saatlik uzak odalar temiz

Very good

No elevator in the property

nice place

Great stay. Just in front of a bus stop and near metro station.

Despite my late check-in around 12:30 AM, the receptionist arrived at the front desk within a few minutes and checked me in promptly. The main room was good for the price, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom lacked hangers for towels, which was inconvenient. Overall, the stay was pleasant; if it weren’t for the smell, I would have rated it higher.

Un muy bonito hotel

Room was extremely dirty

Indoor slippers, toothpaste, soap were not provided. Also, because the door key was connected to the card key, it was inconvenient to lock the door.

The bathroom lighting is bad, there is a bad smell and the shower does not work, but the reception was good and helpful.

Temizlik iyiydi. H alanına yakın diye tercih etmek zorunda kaldık. Çalışanlar aşırı asık suratlı ve yavaşlar. Check in yaparken çok bekledik.

Everything is excellent good customer service, Great value and location very convenient for those who need stay laying over night close to Cairo international airport

Welcoming staff

Clean room. friendly staff I felt comfortable.

The room was great, but the bedroom light didn’t work; we had to use it with our phone flashlights

There were bad room services, and the hotel office was delayed in response. There is no breakfast; indeed, most of the hotels in Istanbul provided, if they were costly. I am not recommending the Queen Airport Hotel to my friends.

Good and clean

Thanks for everything

Terrible

The shower did not have a door. The telephone did not work. The lights would turn off if the card was not in the card holder and you could not find where the card holder is to put your card in it because it was completely dark. You have to have a flashlight at first to find the card holder and door knob.

Good location, close to metro. Cozy rooms. No light-proof curtains. Have smoking rooms.

Poor service

Too noisy, The front desk guys are nice

Well maintained, clean and comfortable hotel . Easy to reach the airport. Good internet connection. As opposed to some reviews, a free shuttle to the airport was not provided and the hotel was charging EUR 10 per person per way. There is limited dining options nearby with a good restaurant across the road but not many other options. One thing to mention is that the shower is small and the water was very hot and it was difficult to set the water temperature without burning oneself... something that perhaps the hotel can look into. Nevertheless overall a good place for a short stay.

Everything was good just the bathroom was too small

The worst experience ever, broken shower broken toilet bowl, very bad service

The hotel was close to the airport, the stuff was friendly and welcoming, the room was ready, the re was a great view on the moon from the balcony. For that price it was more than one could expect! I recommend

They are good

Great service and property

Beautiful new hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff at reception and restaurant. The restaurant looks ready for a wedding, it’s so well done up. Room very well decorated and comfortable with fridge and great air conditioning. Shower large and great water pressure. Clean towels.

Very disappointed

Thanks for everything

Очень хорошая комфортная гостиница нам очень понравились всем Посоветоваю

Very good hotel. Thanks for everything:)

Very nice hotel very good staff free transfer good for stay

Smells of sewer, gas from the bathroom, a lot of noise from the hallway at the reception. Unprofessional staff demanding euros for everything.

Not good. I asked if they had an airport shuttle, they said sure. I arrived at the hotel after a high speed chase ride and the reception greeted us with “That’ll be 35 Euros for the shuttle”. More than the price of the room. I said What? He said, I assume you want a ride back, otherwise it’s 20 euros. Taxis charge 8 euros flat rate. Scam IMO. Then there was no water. No flushing of toilets…. I asked What’s up with the water. The answer: “not my problem. All of Istanbul is out of water. “ Turns out, it was just the neighbourhood and it was scheduled in advance. I wish they would have told me. Kind of like the shuttle ride. Dodgy outfit. Learn from my mistake and the poor reviews

Doesnt appear in goggle maps what was a problem getting there

The room was fine, basic, clean and ok for a one stay. I wanted something near the airport so I could avoid IST traffic. But the hotel is new and the staff untrained. No one ever answered calls to the reception from the room. Services booked were not delivered.

Excellent price for the provided service, I was positively surprised.

good

Staff was efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Traffic outside was a bit loud, so recommend bringing earplugs. Definitely use the shuttle they offer. Was very nice. I recommend this especially for those with early flights who want to avoid the Istanbul morning traffic.

The hotel was perfect near İstanbul airport they have transfer for 2 way and also in the hotel have restaurant perfect service and you feel luxery all good

Great hotel in a good location. Prices are very good also. Ask for a man named Recep.
