Me gustó todo. Ubicación perfecta, a escasos metros de la Torre Galata, cerca de autobuses, ferry y tranvía, ideal para desplazarse, barrio con mucha afluencia de turistas, pero el apartamento totalmente insonorizado. El apartamento es precioso, todo limpísimo y muy nuevo, con muchos detalles de decoración, luminoso, estábamos en la planta 5 y tenía vistas al mar. Los anfitriones geniales. Repetiría mañana mismo, sin ninguna duda.

I liked the position as it is close to the Metro station. The appartment is very nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The most important aspect is the quietness which is very rare in Istanbul

I would prefer to have 2 bathrooms and AC in the bedroom, but this was minor thongs

Отличные апартаменты в самом сердце Бейоглу! Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание здесь. Номер был просторным, чистым и очень уютным. Отличное расположение — до Галатской башни и улицы Истикляль буквально 5 минут пешком, при этом само место очень тихое. Персонал был невероятно дружелюбным и всегда на связи. Огромное спасибо за тёплый приём! Вернёмся в Стамбул — обязательно остановимся снова. Рекомендую!

Muy bien ubicado y muy silencioso, se nota que está bien aislado. Buenas vistas desde los grandes ventanales. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Las chicas que te reciben, todas muy simpáticas y amables. El último día también nos ayudaron con un problema que tuvimos con el taxi. Totalmente recomendable

He echado en falta aire acondicionado para las habitaciones, solo hay uno para todo el piso en el salón y ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones. Si bien siendo agosto, con calor, de madrugada no hacía calor en las habitaciones.

The appartment was very nicely furnished and well equipped and absolutely clean. Please bear in mind that the A/C is only in leaving room, both bedroom feature ceiling fans, yet they were sufficient to cool down the rooms. Bellavia is located close to Galata Tower, but on a quiet street, isolated from the crowds. Personel was extremely helpful, would definetely recommend the place!

The location is absolutely amazing, just a road away from the beautiful galata tower. The appartment itself was so comfortable, 2 bedrooms with a nice sized living room. Everything we needed was available and Aleyna was an amazing host, who looked after us from start to finish. Even when I needed a taxi back to the airport, she helped facilitate it.

Honestly not much to report, if I was being super picky, just because I have two very young kids (5 and 2), maybe the area is a little difficult in terms of pushing prams etc because its very hilly nearby and cobbled streets. But thats nothing to do with the appartment or anything, just the area. But for a couple or people with older children, this place is really amazing!

位置非常合适，距离地铁站非常近，到石塔也就走几分钟，周边有小商店，步行范围内有非常餐厅可以选择。房间干净舒适，床也很舒服。房东非常和善，帮我预定了去机场的车，比国内平台便宜，而且是奔驰商务，足够我们放下四个大行李箱。

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bellavia Deluxe Apart from July 10–15. The location near Galata was perfect, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, sharing great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed. We have traveled around the world and this was one of our best stays ever, and we would happily return. Highly recommended.

Me aloje en 2 lugares en Estambul uno en el casco historico y luego a la vuelta en Bellavia la verdad uno de los mejores lugares donde me aloje no solo en Estambul sino en Europa, el depto es divino las camas todo nuevo de excelente calidad la cocina totalmente equipada el baño espectacular la ducha un placer. La ubicacion inmejorable cerca de la torre Galata muy buen ambiente nocturno lleno de restaurantes y cafes de todo tipo. Si tuviera que decir algo me hubiera gustado que tener una cafetera porque te dejaban cafe instantaneo pero tenia mil cosas y no puedo consumir azucar. El anfritrion siempre atento a mis inquietudes todo 10 puntos muy recomendado

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The apartment was excellent: modern, spotless clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was also very good, within easy reach of many tourist attractions. Aleyna was a wonderful host and helped us with everything, from the airport transfer to useful information and even support when we lost our phone in an Uber. Thank you, Aleyna, and congratulations on the way you manage your business!

Great location, close to Galata Tower and easy to connect to the main points of interest in Istanbul: 40 min walk to Hagia Sofia or Dolmabahce Palace. Lots of restaurants and caffès in the area. Apartment was comfortable and pretty silent, given the location. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and Aleyna, who is a great host!

No late check out options, but the host was very kind to store our bags until later in the evening, so we did not have to carry them around through Istanbul.

The location is excellent. It takes only 3 minutes on foot to reach the metro station, and just two stops to get to major scenic spots. The apartment is tidy and cozy, with friendly and attentive staff. It is just one street away from Galata Tower, yet the surroundings remain peaceful and quiet. A small supermarket is a 2-minute walk away, and a perfect square for watching sunset lies within 3 minutes' walking distance. There is a traditional Turkish kebab shop downstairs. Though compact in size, it boasts decades of heritage and delicious authentic taste. The flat is fully furnished, spotless and comfortable. It is also equipped with a high chair and a foldable stroller for kids. I stayed here for five days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. You can see scenery reminiscent of the Turkish flag outside the window at night.🇹🇷

Aleyna was friendly and helpful both before we arrived and with our check-in. Comfortable beds, clean, well equipped. Great location near Galata Tower, only 15 minutes walk to Taksim Square, 45 minutes to Blue Mosque.

Esta muy cerca de la torre Galata, y dos o tres dias fue dificil dormir la siesta porque es una zona comercial y suele haber algunos ruidos. Pero el resto de dias bien y por las noches super tranquilo.

We stayed in apartment 4 which had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. No street noise if you keep the windows closed. Host was very nice.

AC only in living area, not bedrooms FYI. Despite having an elevator there is still one flight of stairs that need to walk.

Встретили прекрасно.Сразу угостили кофе с конфетами!В номере было все необходимое-чай.кофе.минеральная вода.Очень удобные кровати и качественное постельное белье, были халаты и тапочки.Прекрасное место расположение на тихой улице.,но в 5 минутах от Галатской башни и улицы Истикляль.Кругом множество ресторанов и кафе на любой вкус.Очень хорошая коммуникация с хозяйкой аппартов Алейной.Однозначно рекомендуем эти аппартаменты.Это место.куда хочется вернуться!!!

Все понравилось! Чисто, комфортно, аккуратно. Нас очень хорошо встретили, дружелюбно, принесли кофе с конфетами при заселении, это очень приятно!

Первые сутки нам было холодно, грелись сплитсимтемой. Потом стало теплее.👍🏼

Отличная локация в центре европейской части Стамбула -тихое место , при этом буквально за углом оживленная улица, ведущая к Галатской башне , где есть кафе , магазины, аптека. Станция метро Şişhane в 150- 200 метрах от апартаментов- очень удобно добираться до аэропорта Стамбула. До главной торговой улицы Истикляль меньше 5 минут пешком. Размещение в апартаментах очень комфортное , хороший свежий ремонт и мебель, идеальная чистота, всё новое. Фотографии полностью соответствуют действительности . Очень удобные кровати, хорошего качества матрасы , постельное белье и полотенца. Есть халаты и тапочки. Кухня прекрасно оборудована , имеется достаточное количество посуды. Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Мы прекрасно провели время в Стамбуле. Спасибо !

Location is perfect! The apartment is clean and has everything we may need. Host Alayna is amazing, kind, and very supportive, making our stay more comfortable and memorable. She checked in with us, texting to confirm we reached the apartment, and then texted daily to ensure we were fine and didn’t need anything. I absolutely recommend this place and will definitely book it next time.

I can only recommend this apartment for a short or longer stay in Istanbul. Very nice decoration, a lot of space even for 4 people. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. But what really makes the difference is Aleyna who is always available if you have a question and she is very kind and helpful.

Очень удобная локация, метро Шишане в ста метрах от апартаментов, Галатская башня в двухстах, масса кафешек в шаговой близости. Об Aleyne вообще нет слов, все вопросы решает, всё подсказывает.В квартире идеальная чистота и очень уютно. Всем рекомендую. Вариант идеальный если останавливаться как турист и так же отлично, если по работе, т.к. очень удобная транспортная доступность.

Limpieza , personal super atento.

In short, this is a 5-star, top-notch boutique hotel. Alyena's special attention and constant helpfulness made us feel right at home. The hotel is centrally located on a quiet street. It's a great location for sleeping in at night and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It's also very close to the gallata tower. You can reach karakoy ferry terminal in 10 minutes on foot, the metro in 2 minutes, and the gallata bridge in 7-8 minutes. We visited almost all the tourist attractions while staying here. The apartments are new and just like in the photos. Extra towels are available in the cupboards. It has a large kitchen, which is a huge plus for those who cook during long stays. Free water and herbal teas are provided in the apartment. Thanks to the smart tv, you can continue watching your favorite shows in the evenings. The building is quiet, peaceful, and safe. The hotel has an elevator, starting from the 1st floor. Thank you to Alyena for her help throughout our stay.

Долго выбирали и остановились в этих апартаментах и ни разу не пожалели: очень удобное местоположение, и центр и тихо за окном. Для семьи из 4 человек очень комфортное размещение. Чистота на 5+ есть все для приготовления пищи, даже гриль) хотя мы и не готовили. Алейна очень гостеприимная и отзывчивая девушка, всегда подскажет и поможет. Буду очень рада вернуться сюда вновь!

Amazing property! Our host Aleyna was extremely helpful and friendly. The place is safe, beautifully furnished and very clean which is important because i came as a family with kids. Location is excellent just a street away from Galata tower and Istiklal street and easy to get to anywhere within Istanbul by walking or public transport. Solo puedo decir buenas palabras. El alojamiento estaba en un primer piso, encima de una tienda de lamparas, llegamos de noche y decidimos salir a cenar algo, al lado derecho habia una calle con ambiente, y cuando llegamos a ella, resulta que es la de la torre Galata. Mas cerca casi imposible, poder disfrutarla en la mañana sin turistas es imoresionante. El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado, todo esta cerca y con el transporte publico se llega facilmente a cualquier parte de la ciudad, aunque nosotros caminamos mucho. El piso en questión era muy confortable, tenia dos habitaciones de buen tamaño, una sala de estar con cocina y un baño, suficiente para descansar y cenar alli alguna noche. Aleyna muy amable y dispuesta, hubo muy buena comunicacion. Sin dudarlo regresaba alli si tengo ocasion de volver a Istanbul.

Solo una recomendación personal, una escoba sería muy útil en según que ocasiones.

Great location and a very helpful manager. The apartment is fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is spotless. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is less than 100 meters from the metro. The Galata Tower is nearby. Despite being within these tourist areas, the location is quiet and peaceful. We loved it. This hotel is a 10/10 in terms of price/performance! I would recommend everyone traveling to Istanbul to stay here.

L'appartamento è a pochi minuti dalla torre di Galata una zona piena di negozi e di vita, ma la via dove è l' appartamento è tranquilla. La zona di Sultanahmet è raggiungibile con tre fermate di tram che si può prendere sul ponte di Galata. L' appartamento è spazioso, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i confor. La vera perla è Aleyna, sempre gentile e disponibile. Fin da prima di partire mi ha aiutata ad organizzare il trasferimento da aeroporto a casa e durante il soggiorno mi ha consigliato luoghi e attrazioni. È sempre stata disponibile e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta di informazioni. Se dovessi tornare a Istanbul sarebbe sicuramente all' appartamento Bellavia
