Baustellen rund ums Haus und Innenhof, PartyLärm in nächster Nachbarschaft, unheimlich anstrengendes CheckIn in mehreren Schritten; digitaler Schlüssel nicht sehr funktionstüchtig- jedes Mal mehrere Probeanläufe bis die Tür aufgeht. Zudem komplett aufs Handy angewiesen- Handy mal nicht dabei und man kommt nicht mehr rein. Personal gibt sich genervt von den Anrufen, wenn check in nicht klappt oder wenn man 15 Minuten früher rein möchte. Dafür Punkteabzug.

O Quarto é muito bom, Não posso reclamar, tudo conforme a descrição, mas o atendimento foi PÉSSIMO, O PIOR DA MINHA VIDA, o Doorman não é um hotel, é um flat para estadias longas. Não possue uma recepção fisica, só uma virtual, fiquei mais de duas horas na rua com minha esposa e as malas, tentando entrar no hotel. Atendimento virtual NOTA ZERO !!!, uma pessoa que fala inglês e alemão, não conseguia me comunicar com ela. DUAS HORAS, brigando para fornecerem um código para pegar a chave. NÃO RECOMENDO !!!!

ATENDIMENTO, RECEPÇÃO, FALTA DE SUPORTE. Não enviaram código pin com antecedência. Tive que apelar ao suporte da Booking para me ajudar, e mesmo assim não resolveram, fui socorrido por dois hóspedes que estavam na acomodação e me ajudaram com atendente. só para conseguir um código e pegar a chave.

Tolles Apartment direkt an der Frankfurter Zeil. Bessere Lokation gibt es nicht für einen Städtetrip. Einrichtung modern und funktionell, Service top, 24/7 Coffee for free in der Lobby!

Die Nespresso-Maschine am Zimmer war ein wenig laut ;-)

Die Lage ist perfekt und die Ausstattung ausgezeichnet. Das elektronische Schlüssel-System hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Trotz 35 grad Außentemperatur war das Appartement angenehm kühl. Das Design hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Es wirkte alles sehr hochwertig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen wollen.

Das Hotel ist zentral direkt in der Frankfurter Innenstadt gelegen und ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar. Man kann die Stadtmitte bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Abmelden von YouTube/Netflix ist zu kompliziert. Man kann die Konten früherer Gäste einfach weiternutzen. Das sollte dringend verbessert werden!

Die Lage war hervorragend. Das Studio war sehr sauber und mit allen nötigen ausgestattet.

The rooms were clean and in excellent condition. There was a working kitchen and fridge available. The location was also great - very central on a quiet street.

The check-in process could have been better managed since there was no one at the reception both times I visited the property (at 13:00 and then at 17:30 again). The property seems to be managed remotely, which normally isn't a problem, but the managers should have done a better job at communicating this to the guests. My only issue was the lack of communication to guests of the check-in procedure (which may be due to security issues), but this will hopefully be resolved in the future.

We had the studio and it was very clean and comfortable. Very good location - close to the old town and other main attractions.

Could have provided more dishwasher pods as we stayed there for 4 nights but were only given 1 pod. The elevator was out of order on our last day so had to take the stairs with our luggage.

It is definitely the best variant for such a price. The apartment is very roomy, with all necessary devices like microwave oven, dishwasher and so on. There's a washing machine as well as a drying machine in the apartment complex. The location is marvelous. I would eagerly stay here next time.

It turned out to be difficult to communicate with the staff. I sent numerous requests via booking.com about sending digital keys to my friend, who was staying with me, but there was no answer. The problem was not solved until I had to call the office the next day.

App Check-In war am Anfang sehr mühsam ... aber dann ginge es, mit telefonische Hilfe der freundliche Personal.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, klimatisiert und insgesamt sehr sauber. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die bequemen Betten, die zwei bereitgestellten Wasserflaschen sowie den modernen und unkomplizierten digitalen Check-in per Access Key auf dem Smartphone. Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die zentral in Frankfurt unterwegs sein möchten. Restaurants, Cafés und viele weitere Ziele sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage muss man jedoch insbesondere am Wochenende mit einer höheren Geräuschkulisse durch Verkehr und das Nachtleben rechnen. Verbesserungspotenzial sehe ich bei den kleinen Details: Einige Probier-Kaffeekapseln für die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine sowie etwas Kaffeesahne hätten den Aufenthalt noch einladender gemacht. Zudem hätte ich mir bei der Rechnungsanfrage eine schnellere und verbindlichere Kommunikation gewünscht, da mehrfaches Nachfragen erforderlich war. Auch etwas mehr Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon, beispielsweise durch einen Sichtschutz oder eine Begrünung, wäre eine schöne Ergänzung. Insgesamt war es jedoch ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer gut gelegenen und modern ausgestatteten Unterkunft.

Bett: Es gibt eine durchgehende Matratze für beide Gäste. Sobald sich der Bettnachbar dreht oder auch nur bewegt, wackelt die gesamte Matratze.

The stay was amazing, we really enjoyed the location and the cleanliness. Also everything was very modern and new. Rituals cosmetics was also very nice.

The curtains can’t be closed fully, you need one more for each window.

Unterkunft war ansprechend

Leider war der Fußboden sehr staubig. Es gab kein Küchenhandtuch und morgens hat die Putzfrau um 8 Uhr geklingelt um zu schauen ob ich schon abgereist bin. Die TV Sender sind gar nich sortiert, ich habe dann nach kurzer Zeit aufgeben zu suchen.

Gute zentrale Lage, sehr neues modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Immerhin gab es zwei Kapseln Kaffee (und auch Teebeutel) gratis für die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, das auch einen Wasserkocher hatte. Die Küche habe ich nicht genutzt, mag aber für manche interessant sein.

Rezeption war geschlossen. Entgegen des Versprechens gab es an keinem der Tage kostenlosen Kaffee dort und man konnte die Rezeption auch mit dem Smartphone nicht aufsperren. Vor dem Hotel eine große Baustelle und natürlich habe ich das Zimmer Richtung Baustelle. An einem der beiden Tage wurde ich morgens vom Presslufthammer geweckt - nicht gut. Während des ganzen Aufenthaltes kein Personal gesehen - Zugang nur über Smartphone, was teilweise etwas nervig war (funktioniert nicht immer reibungslos).

We had big issues since our arrival. From the beginning of the stay, our room was given to another person, which had a similar name to mine. We were then given this persons room. Due to that and to different number of people and days of stay, we didn't get all the amenities for the amount of people we were right from the start (pillows, towels and baby bed, we got only one key). On the second day, our key stopped working (probably as the person who the roo was intended for had an active booking for just one night) and we needed to use an app to enter the building and the flat. The app should work with NFC and it does, if you know how to use it in the correct way (which none of the staff know about it). Normally, with NFC, you tap with the back of your phone (for payments with Google or apple wallet) but with this app, this is a no go. It will work eventually, after you waste 10-15 minutes trying. Only in the last night of stay, we figured out that if the app is open and you face the screen to the locker, it works pretty fast. I any case, customer support was not helpful when we had issues as they only suggested reinstalling the app and using it "normally", suggesting that this is the only option if the key stops working (or they could charge us 80 EUR to send new keys) - and all if this despite the fact that the key issue was due to their mistake on the first day and the fact we only received one key as well. The Doorman offers cleaning service upon messaging until 9am on the day of cleaning. We did that for the second day and it was forgotten even though we got a confirmation. The Doorman has a reception where during week days we, guests, should be able to get fresh pastries and coffee free of charge. The catch here is that you cannot get inside the reception with your key or app. Apparently you only get inside if the reception is with Doorman person.

La limpieza y cambio de toallas es solo bajo petición y solo de lunes a viernes que no sean festivos. A nosotros nos coincidió viernes y lunes de pascua con lo que estuvimos cuatro días sin limpieza ni cambios de toallas. La cafetera de recepción solo la encienden por la mañana de lunes a viernes no festivos, y solo pones una pequeña bandeja con cinco o seis dulces o pretzel cortados por la mitad. Cuando llegas no suele quedar nada. Cuando entramos la habitación no estaba bien limpia y faltaban cosas como pastillas del lavavajillas que luego repusieron y algo para fregar. La limpieza diaria que solicitamos fue mucho mejor. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía mucho calor por la noche porque los edredones eran muy gruesos. Nos lo arreglaron después de cuatro días, los días de fiesta allí nadie hace nada, pero se volvió a estropear.
