Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Great location, clean hotel, and very friendly staff. I had a noise issue with my room, and the staff quickly moved me to a higher floor. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend avoiding street-facing rooms as they can be noisy. The refrigerator also makes occasional noise. Overall, great value for money, with fast Wi-Fi and excellent staff.

В номере грязно: стены в следах обуви, вентиляция с черными комками пыли. Постельное бельё синтетика, полотенца рваные, верхний душ льет в потолок, в раковине смеситель без сеточки. В мини-баре сок и вода, а цен нет. Посмотрела другие номера, тот же формат - уставшие, старые. Завтрак обычный, чай крепкий и растворимый кофе, нет даже пакетиков чая дешевых. Свежий омлет за 3 евро. Несвежий - бесплатно. Вместо утюга - недоразумение!

التكييف في بعض الغرف سيء مثبت على 19 درجه بعدها يفصل انا بطبيعتي احب المكان ثلج كلمتهم على المشكله وحلوها لي ثاني يوم نقلوني غرفه ثانيه

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Very nice and spacious room. Very good sleeping quality (good bed , different pillows), huge walk-in shower, fridge in the room.
But : housekeeping often not done before 3 or 4pm, bathroom bin not emptied during the whole stay, delirious prices at the hotel bar. They can organize for you very convenient shuttles between airport and hotel but you can not pay it with credit card at the hotel, only cash in turkish lira. But , surprise surprise, if you have euros in cash it works also.

صالة الجيم صغيرة جدا ولا يوجد بها سوى 3 اجهزة و كان جهار السير خارج الخدمة , لا يوجد مسبح, ادوات الجمام لا توجد ممكن لحجم الفندق و تقييمه

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The towels were very dirty and old, with torn edges. The breakfast was very quiet, lacking variety in the dishes, and not even up to the standards of a two-star hotel. The biggest problem arose when I was leaving and needed a taxi to the airport. The hotel receptionist came out with me and spoke in Turkish to the taxi driver, saying I had to pay an extra 300 lira. When I asked the driver, he said the receptionist wanted it as a commission for himself without my knowledge and would transfer the money to his own account.

Особенно хочу отметить Сейду Ханым, сотрудницу ресепшн. Это невероятно вежливый, внимательный и доброжелательный человек. Она всегда встречала нас с улыбкой, была готова помочь и относилась к нам с большим уважением и заботой. Сейда Ханым, лично Вам я ставлю 10 из 10! 🌟 Большое спасибо за Ваше прекрасное отношение и профессионализм. Именно такие сотрудники создают атмосферу, из-за которой хочется возвращаться в этот отель снова. Также хочу отметить всех остальных сотрудников — каждый был очень вежливым, внимательным и отзывчивым. Видно, что здесь действительно ценят гостей. Отдельное преимущество — прекрасное расположение отеля. Очень удобная локация, всё находится рядом, что делает пребывание ещё комфортнее. Если честно, словами трудно передать наши впечатления.
