the location is great for shopping lover. It's quite easy to walk to Ginza shopping street or take a metro. There're many convenient stores around there like Lawson or 7-eleven.

De medewerkers zijn, net als alle Japanners, super vriendelijk. We waren te vroeg maar ze hadden een kamer klaar dus we konden al terecht. Het hotel heeft een uitstekende ligging t.o.v diverse metro stations, restaurants en winkels. Op 10 minuutjes loopafstand zit je middenin een luxe shop walhalla. Er is een klein ontbijtbuffet waar je tegen betaling je ontbijt kunt halen. De kamers zijn klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Mocht je iets vergeten zijn, kun je de basis toiletartikelen altijd bij het hotel krijgen. De wasmachines zijn erg fijn wanneer je op rondreis bent. Alles super schoon, heel goed verzorgd. Zeker een aanrader om te verblijven.

A wonderful hotel right in the heart of Ginza, yet surprisingly affordable considering its location. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with everything I needed. I also really appreciated being able to leave my luggage there for a few hours after checkout, which was very convenient for me. I came from Kyoto by Shinkansen, and the hotel being within walking distance from the station was another big plus. It made getting there so easy, especially with luggage. Considering the location, price, cleanliness, and overall service, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for money and a very convenient place to stay in Ginza! ❤️

This was the most original hotel I have stayed at in Japan so far. I really loved the cool, colorful, and eye-catching design. The snack box in the room was a lovely idea and something I especially enjoyed. The room itself was also beautifully designed and very clean. Overall, my entire stay was a very positive experience.

There seemed to be an option to complete the pre-check-in through another app, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get it to work. I’m not sure whether the issue was on my side or whether the process itself was simply a bit too complicated.

The location is superb close to the heart of the city for reaosnable prices. It has a young person vibe but depsite being much older did not feel out of place.

Very clean room, quite big, with very good equipments in the room and in the bathroom. The location was ideal to discover Ginza and to reach the castle garden. The common areas are very nice as well. Special mention to the ramen restaurant in front of the hotel which was delicious!

Klein, maar heel fijn! Schone kamer en hele lieve medewerkers. Faciliteiten op de 1e verdieping (floor level 2) waar je een gym hebt, wasmachines, hokjes om te studeren en te chillen! Uiteraard ook een toplocatie! Supermarkten (7-eleven) en metro op 1 minuut loop-afstand!

El personal muy agradable, me alargaron el check-out para las 12 (aunque no lo necesitara, ya que salía a primera hora de la mañana), me ofrecieron snacks de cortesía y tenían diversas actividades para conocer gente que también viajaba, no necesariamente sola.

I was so happy and grateful to have discovered lyf Ginza Tokyo, and it has quickly become my go‑to place whenever I’m in the city. The location is incredibly convenient—just a one‑minute walk to Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line, about 5–8 minutes to the Asakusa Line, and roughly 10 minutes from Tokyo Station. For reference, I arrived at Tokyo Station via Shinkansen from Osaka, and the next day I took the Asakusa Express Line to Haneda Airport. The hotel’s proximity made everything easy and stress‑free. The facilities are outstanding: modern, spotless, and surprisingly spacious (especially for Japan, which was such a pleasant surprise). The staff members are wonderfully kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and overall fantastic stay in Tokyo.

-staff were so welcoming and accommodating :) -washing machines & dryers were a god send - happy hour was fantastic - the communal area is a great space -love the baggage storage service! -proximity to Tokyo Station is walkable and Kyobashi Station is a few steps from the front door -proximity to 7Eleven’s and post office is fabulous

-room booked by my friend was a bit squishy but it was only for one night so it wasn’t a big deal

I love that the Ginza Line Kyobashi Station (G10) was just around the corner (130m). From there, I can access the subway lines and go wherever I needed to be. There were two 7-11 stores on both corners and a Ramen restaurant just across the street. All the staffs were warm and nice. They even offered me an early checkin and late checkout. Room is clean and quiet. It can be small BUT it has everything you'll need. The pantry on the 2nd floor was well furnished with the right kitchen equipments. The dining hall is large enough with adjoining computer cubicles. They even have a mini gym, a smoking area and a coin LAUNDROMAT! Truly making their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 👍🥰👍

The bidet hot/cold setting was either not functioning well or I just get confused by its design. 😅

Location was great for getting around Ginza and so close to the train station. Staff were excellent - always so willing to help. Very clean and good amenities.

Not so much that we didn’t like it, but the rooms were very tiny which was a bit tricky either way luggage. However we were only staying overnight before heading to the airport the next day. For a longer stay I would want more space.

Top Lage. Von der Tokyo Station kommt man überall hin. Hotelpersonal war durchgängig extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer sind extrem klein. Nicht mal Platz für einen Koffer aber das ist in Japan ja üblich.

Overall style is cool - clean and very good sized room in a good location. Easy to get around Ginza and to the station.

The room I got was not what was advertised in the picture. I chose the room type specifically due to how the windows were shown and overall vibe of layout so was very disappointed to have a different layout, not the same widows as shown and on top of that the window I did have faced a wall. Facilities are much smaller than they present and was layout strange- not a place to relax. Breakfast also looked very limited and expensive- you dont even get free coffee in the room so I had to go to 7/11 or pay 4 times as much downstairs.

The check in was great!!! The front desk staff were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure you had all the information you needed for your stay. I was so grateful - the front desk staff even ordered a taxi for me (i had two big suitcases and no app to order a taxi) and it was raining that day. So just that task alone made a huge difference for a stressed out traveller.
