No me gustó que digan que disponen de gym porque no hay absolutamente ninguna máquina de fuerza ni pesas, no creo que se le deba llamar gimnasio a una sala con dos máquinas de cardio. Tampoco me gustó el horario del onsen, cerraban a las 12 PM, nunca he visto otro onsen en Japón (y he estado en bastantes) que cierren tan pronto.

The location is good and staff friendly

Checkout is at 10 o’clock, which is too early for me. I don’t feel comfortable checking out that early, especially since I’ve only stayed for one day. I’ve booked this place twice before, but this early checkout time is not convenient for me. Other hotels allow checkout until 11 o’clock, which would be much more convenient for us.

De kamer was er erg schoon en ook de dagelijkse schoonmaak werd goed uitgevoerd. De locatie was prima. Het hotel ligt direct naast de vismarkt dat s ochtends open is. Verder is het ca 10 minuten lopen naar de dichtstbijzijnde metro en ca 30 minuten naar de leuke wijk Shimbashi voor veel traditionele eetgelegenheden. Het hotel ligt wat ons betreft in een van de leukere delen van Tokyo en is een goed uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken.

De kamer was klein (dus zou zeker niet een kleinere kamer dan deze nemen) en we hadden moeite om twee koffers open te kunnen leggen, maar dat is gebruikelijk in Tokyo. Verder miste de kamer een normaal zitje. Doordat het matras op de grond lag, kom je nergens normaal zitten

スタッフの人たちの対応がとても良かったです。特に朝食会場では、細かい気配りをして下さるスタッフの方々の爽やかな対応が素敵でした。 本当に細かいところで言うと、カレーや牛丼用のお米は硬めに炊いている感じがして、細かなところへのおもてなしが素晴らしいと思いました！ また、お客さんがあまりいなかったのかわからないですが、全然音や声が聞こえてこなかったです。とても快適に過ごせました。

部屋ではWi-Fiが繋がらなかったです。 強いストレスを感じたわけではないですが、不便に感じる人はいるかもしれません。

Nice hotel near the fish markets, close to subway stations, clean and safe hotel, great Onsen onsite (free spa) and lovely breakfast, lovely rooms and good size, this is my second time staying and will stay again, staff nice and free drinks.

Localização perfeita, próxima o suficiente do Tsukiji Mkt pra ir andando, mas numa distância segura pra não ser tão impactado pelos turistas e pela confusão que as vezes se instaura por la. O quarto era pequeno, mas funcional, sempre tinha refil de água e quando solicitamos mais travesseiros, fomos prontamente atendidos. Recomendo!

No geral, os atendentes foram bem educados e atenciosos, mas assim que pisamos no hotel pra fazer o check-in passamos por um terremoto e a experiência não foi das melhores: apesar da relativa tranquilidade dos funcionários, sentimentos que eles poderiam ser mais claros nas explicações e nos protocolos a serem seguidos

Lo staff è molto disponibile e accogliente. Abbiamo ricevuto conferma immediata anche alla richiesta di late checkout. Struttura alberghiera ben tenuta, luminosa e arredata con gusto. La camera tripla che abbiamo prenotato era molto spaziosa e confortevole, completa di tutto (compresi accessori per igiene personale). Ottima colazione, molto variegata con offerta salato e dolce. Molto soddisfatti!

大浴場がゆったりしていて良かった。立地もいろいろなところへアクセスしやすい。スタッフの対応が親切だった。３泊中中日に疲れていたので、室内で過ごしていたため、リネンの交換ができなかったのですが、フロントに相談したらすぐに用意していただきました。清掃員の方にもごみ収集を頼んだら手早く対応していただきありがたかったです。

大浴場に初めて行くときに、男湯に間違えて入りそうになってしまいました。男湯も２ロックにした方が安心です。 室内の換気扇とエアコンフィルターの埃が気になりました。

Great onsen, good rooms, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

The rooms are quite small so no space for suitcases at all when with more than one person. But I know this is normal in Tokyo hotels. Staff friendly but impersonal. Not pleasant that the airco switched off during the night so I woke up sweaty in the middle of the night. Otherwise nice hotel.

Además de la relación calidad precio que es fantástica, nos encantó la habitación familiar estilo japonés, con futones muy cómodos y muy limpia. El onsen maravilloso, espacioso y muy limpio. La ubicación muy buena.

ホテル内で快適に過ごせるようよく研究されているように思いました。お陰様で快適に過ごすことができました。 大浴場も清潔で程よい広さ、また飲み物のサービスもあり、大変良かったです。 銀座までの移動は、電車よりも都バスが非常に便利でした。

フロントに飲み物の24時間サービスがあるためか、部屋にはドリップ式の珈琲がありませんでした。部屋にもあったら良かったなと思いました（インスタントの緑茶のみでした）。 エレベーターから一番近い部屋だったためか、終始エレベーター音や人が動く音が気になりました。そこだけは残念でした。

The maitre d’ in the breakfast restaurant is very rude and has zero respect for customers’ wishes. He should not work in hospitality!

築地に近く、築地・東京観光には最適です。２回目の滞在でしたが、以前のようにスタッフの対応もとても親切で、心地の良い滞在でした。２部屋の予約で人数も多かったので荷物が多かったのですが、チェックイン前後に快く預かってもらったり、翌日の羽田へのタクシーの予約（３台）も丁寧に親切にして下さり、とても助かりました。部屋は以前のツインと違い、４人部屋にしたら畳のエリアもあり、くつろげました。大きなお風呂も旅の疲れを癒してくれます。セキュリティーも万全です。また泊まりたいです。

以前、泊った時より朝食のイクラの味が落ちた気がします。味が濃すぎて、少し魚臭さが気になりました。朝は朝食場所が混むので、込み具合を見て行った方がよいです。

Hotel looks to be modern and almost new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself has a restaurant and even a public bath also a washing area. Bonus points for a smoking area inside the hotel. Our room was decent size although smaller than what we seen before. There's a Familymart literally in the next building of the hotel. Hotel is located basically in the fishing market, so if you want to get fresh fish meals for lunch or breakfast its a great location for that. If you don't mind walking you can get to the Tokyo center from this hotel easily as well.

Nearest metro station is a bit far, about 10 minute walk. Not sure how it is in other rooms, but our room had a really weird design. Washing basin was separate from the shower and the toilet, basically in the middle of the room and the shower itself was near the front door without any proper area to dry yourself or hang the towels.

The twin room was of good size, large beds, all was super clean. We were four people and the hotel nicely arranged our request to have two rooms next to each other. We loved the on site public bath (free for hotel guests). The breakfast was not what we are used to in Europe; however, it turned out to be the best of all the hotels we stayed in during our three week trip. The hotel was located just next to a local market. For the rest, the area is perhaps not the most exciting considering it is mainly office buildings. However, it is well connected to main sights by metro.

The cleaning staff was great at anticipating our room needs, making sure our towels, pajamas, and amenities were always replenished, and even leaving us an extra luggage rack. The size of the room was not bad for Tokyo. Beds were comfortable but be aware that they are on the floor. Breakfast was delicious, even if it was the same thing everyday. Closest subway station was a 10 minute walk, which was ok.

The shower room was a little smaller than usual, but still ok. There was no place to hang your towels or clothes outside of the shower. The bathtub was extremely tall in height, so it might be difficult for shorter people getting in and out. The pools in the onsen could have been hotter. The women's onsen was often crowded.

我們訂房8晚，原訂單是不含早餐，因爲看了客人評分說早餐極優，因飯店緊鄰豐州市場，心想早餐食材一定很新鮮，後更改住宿含早餐。連吃3天，菜色從未更改，坦白說食材粗糙，烤魚、雞肉有腥臭味、米飯也是次級品、西式餐點選擇性極少、熱咖啡也是放保溫瓶的（沒有新鮮現煮咖啡）,真的是很失望，整體上感覺早餐價位過高…第四天我們沒吃早餐，選擇放棄，同時間去郵件告知未來仍有4天早餐想取消，想問飯店如何處理？提前告知飯店是因為我們不想浪費食材、未使用部分也希望有合理的處理方式，結果回覆郵件是##不吃已標註，郵件上客人名字、稱謂都標註錯誤😑##感覺處理方式很粗糙、不專業 ！事後我到前台親自說明，唉..工作人員英文差，無法溝通，找了主管來也是一樣，只回覆4天2人的早餐，可以折抵延後退房至下午一點（退房時間是早上十點），本人親自說明不需要延後退房，已經另訂其它飯店，並說明取消早餐的原因，告知請以郵件通知合理的後續處理方式，結果回覆郵件是：再次重複延後退房至下午一點😡，這麼簡單的事情 我必須親自到櫃檯說明2次，含一次郵件通知，真的是很不愉快！終於在第二次表明清楚不需要延後退房，之後終於收到退款4天2人的餐費，原本美好的假期，因為這個早餐，留下不愉快的回憶！

前の宿泊者が使用したあと清掃したのかな？というくらい、トイレの汚れが気になりました。 サービスやスタッフの方が満足だった分、残念に思いました。

築地場外市場に隣接、目の前に波除神社があり、朝から観光するのに良かったです。全室禁煙で快適。隣にファミリーマートがあり、便利。低いベッドが３つあるラグジュアリーラージトリプルという和室良かったです。夜に何度もトイレに起きる高齢の父のためにトイレ付近の明かりをつけておきましたが、ベッドの頭の方には光が届かない設計配置になっており、眩しさは全くなく、起き上がれば明かりがついているのが見えるし、低い上がり框の下に間接照明がついていて、スリッパに履き替えるにも安心できました。フロントの方々はてきぱきと親切で好感が持てました。

部屋の窓が足元まであり、眺めはいいものの高齢の両親は怖がっていました。メイク落としや化粧水等は大浴場（というには狭いですが）にしかなく、不便でした。（部屋で身支度しようと思っていたので）。（歯磨きやブラシ、綿棒等は部屋にもありました。）低いベッドが3つある部屋で、洗面化粧台が二つ並んでおり、同時に使える仕様でしたが、狭くてあまり物を置くことができず、私は使いづらかったです。

Amazing facilities! Onsen and the rest area were absolutely relaxing and felt luxurious. Our room was very comfortable for the three of us and was probably the largest among the three hotels that we stayed in Japan. The breakfast is delicious and the staff working there were wonderful. The location is great as you can go to the subway station through the market and feel like you are in the middle of all the action. It was very appreciated that the staff at the lobby helped us to send our luggage to the next hotel.

The coffee machine in the lobby was broken for all four nights that we stayed at the hotel and the coffee for breakfast wasn't great.

Sehr schönes, neues Hotel. Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere Zimmer. Im Vergleich zu anderen Zimmern in Tokio hatten wir ein wirklich großes Zimmer mit super Aussicht zu einem guten Preis. Sehr bequeme Betten. Ruhige Lage. Verschiedene U-Bahn-Stationen mit verschiedenen Linien gut erreichbar. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

Vynikající poloha, je to v části, která není tak přeplněná turisty, zároveň se z ní dá dostat celkem rychle a komfortně metrem/busem do všech hlavních turistických oblastí. Hotel je nový, čistý, má skvělé lázně s termální vodou.

L’hôtel est bien situé dans le quartier de Tsukiji et à proximité (10/15 minutes à pied) des lignes Ginza et Asakusa. La chambre est bien pensé et très agréable (toujours un peu juste pour les valises mais attendu pour Tokyo). Le sento était également très agréable bien qu’un peu petit, ça peut être désagréable en cas d’hôtel plein. Les machines à laver fonctionnent bien et on peut suivre sur l’application la durée restante et si elles sont libres ou pas.

По праздникам у отеля разворачивается фестивальный рынок

We really liked this place. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The rims are very very small like you’re on a ferry, but as expected. The gym was a good size but didn’t have much in it (treadmill, elliptical, and a bike where you sit down rather than sit upright). Free coffee and hot chocolate in reception and family Mart rright Next Door. We didn’t realise when we booked but it’s right next to a bustling fish market which was really nice to walk around albeit touristy. We did the sushi making Class there which was really nice.

Nothing, everybody was so helpful. The gym is big enough to put some weights in there so that might be wanting to consider….. or a better bike. The equipment was really new, which was nice.

平日とは言え、銀座築地で1泊14000円台とは、ちょっと信じされない価格。(インバウンドのせいで最近はシングルでも4万円近くするので都心で泊まるのを避けていた。)場所は方向音痴の私 には不安だったので、有楽町からタクシーで連れて行って貰ったが、予想以上に新しく綺麗なホテルだった。室内も清潔で室内着は甚平スタイルだが、首元にボタンもあるので解れない。目的の歌舞伎座までは、晴海通りに出れば一本道で私でも迷わないで歩いて10分程度。歌舞伎を観て戻ってから、2階の大浴場に行ってみたが、シャワーはReFa！ドライヤーは、今流行りのシャワードライヤーだった。シャンプーもコンディショナーも上質でツヤツヤになった。クレンジングも浴室内にあり、持参する必要無し。是非また利用したいホテルだ。

Our room was very large, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was excellent - the food delicious and the service top notch. The public baths were very clean and had a nice variety of baths. The hotel is a peaceful oasis in the chaos of Tokyo. I’m particularly grateful for their help in forwarding our passports, which we left behind in our room safe, to our hotel in Kyoto.

great to place to stay just around the corner from Tsukiji market. Subway is close by too. Clean and tidy rooms. Really enjoyed the onsen. Found the best Ramen place not far from the hotel.

Easily accessible, engaged and committed staff and the Japanese baths were an amazing bonus (and nice introduction to a corner of Japanese culture).

Incredibly glad I chose this hotel. Three days from the end of a 3 1/2 week trip, I fell on the street and broke my kneecap and wrist (be careful—I saw numerous tourists with injuries, and resolved that it wouldn't be me, but somehow the sidewalk in Shibuya merged into a step I didn't see because it was so crowded). Because we don't speak Japanese, we took a taxi back to the hotel where the very kind people behind the desk found me an urgent care that could see me. And they gave me a wheelchair to use for the remaining days—that was a lifesaver, meant I could at least get outside. Also, the room was a good size—we chose a double to have more room for all that shopping we planned to do:(, which was needed under the circumstances. I think it was the only hotel we stayed at that didn't have a step up into the bathroom—so thankful for that. And had 4 elevators, so no waiting, crowding in. Also grateful for the option for later check out which we paid something like $7/hr for since our flight wasn't until 7pm. Did not have breakfast there but had an excellent pasta lunch at the restaurant on our last day. Our room had a view of the archeological dig going on at the empty site where the old fish market used to be—fascinating. Will absolutely stay here on my next trip!!!

We arrived around 1 and were told we could get into our room, but for a fee. We asked them to just hold our bags at the front desk instead. It's odd that they won't let you in to your room when it's ready, but it's policy, and they stick to policy. So we went for lunch, and when we returned later, they'd taken out bags up to the room for us.
