Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Nice flat inside the golf club clubhouse. Includes a couch, a queen bed, and a kitchen. Spacious, clean public bath, and staff very attentive.
Isolated location far out in the countryside, roughly 45 minutes from downtown Karuizawa. We were unable to dine at the hotel restaurant because of their policy of requiring reservations a week ahead, and there are no other dining options nearby. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

大浴場が朝も入れるとより最高だった。浴場と部屋の間の移動に利用できるサンダルかスリッパがあると良かった。脱衣所と浴場の間の扉が空調のせいか少し開きっぱなしになるのが気になった。基本的には大浴場も快適でした。

同伴のペットが今換毛期なので部屋にコロコロがあると良かったかなと思います

Reviewed May 29, 2026It was a very very beautiful place with great views of the golf course. I think it’s partly cos it’s not summer but end of spring and the weather plays a part for lesser people. The guys had a good time playing 8-ball and we managed to take our onsen in privacy. No one else used it. Exclusive and quiet place. Very attentive staffs. All the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t remember their names. I’ve bad memory) are awesome.
The location is a bit harder to get to with narrow roads. Some were like one lane roads. But because it’s a less travelled road, it was do-able. And my hubs enjoyed driving. So he loved the drive. A bit far from everywhere. You’ve to drive at least 20 minutes to attractions. We stayed at 101. The double beds were squeaky. Made terrible noises when we sat or moved on the bed. They should change the bed frame.

Reviewed Apr 26, 20269歳の娘の希望でオーストラリアから今回2回目の宿泊をさせていただきました。 受付のスタッフの皆様、清掃員の皆様、レストランの皆様、シェフの皆様、全てのスタッフの方々に感謝しております。 スタイリッシュなお部屋は広々していてすごく過ごしやすいです。お部屋の中に乾燥機付きの洗濯機があるので長期滞在にもピッタリです。 また、朝食がすごく美味しくて野菜嫌いな娘もレストラン手作りのドレッシングで毎朝全部サラダを完食していました。 わたしは和食を頂いたのですが、レストランスタッフ皆様のご厚意でお釜に残った白米を使っておにぎりを作ってお昼用に持たせていただきました。 また帰国の際はこちらに宿泊させていただきたいです！

強いて言うなら立地が良くはないかなと思います。ゴルフ場併設である為丘の上にあり雪道を運転する必要がありました。

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026お部屋にキッチンが付いていて、道具や食器も揃っているところ。施設は山の中にあるので、街のスーパーで食材さえ買えば全てを施設の中で完結させることができます。冷蔵庫には野菜室もありました。 液晶も大きく、ベッドに転がりながら映画やYouTubeを見ることができて快適でした。
レストランの接客は少し微妙だったと思います。 アレルギーがあるため、選択した和朝食において様々な変更をしていただけてありがたかったです。しかし、朝食会場に着いてすぐ、スタッフの方から遠回しに料理を変更するのがめんどくさいから、明日はお茶漬けにしてくれと言われました。 同じくホテルのレストランで働いている身として、ゲストに対するあの対応はあまり良くないのではないかと感じてしまいました。
