夕食朝食共に美味しかったのと、 二ヶ所ある温泉が本当に素晴らしかった！ スタッフの方々の感じがとても良くて、部屋の臭いが気になった時も快くお部屋の変更してくれました。ありがとうございました。

場所がら湿気のこもりやすい部屋があるのか、 少し臭いが気になりました。

Excellent resort with beautiful gardens and landscape

Breakfast was tasty, with the rolls and breads being the star, along with the local honey. Rooms are very spacious. The hotel is quiet. The onsen in the hotel is very convenient.

This is a hotel that has seen better days, I’m afraid: The rooms are dated, carpets and rugs need to be replaced, the pajamas and robes are frayed and limp. The room smelled like a mixture of wet dogs and mustiness, even though this hotel doesn’t allow pets. The grounds are very pretty, and if you like being away from the city, it is a great location. However, if you don’t have a car, the shuttle service is rather limiting in that the last one returning to the hotel is at 3:30 pm, which translates to paying for a taxi if you want dinner in town.

眺めは良かった。客層もよかった。受付やカートを運転してくれるスタッフの感じも大変よかった。

最寄りのコンビニから離れており、売店も小さく、ホテル内のレストランが閉まるのも早い（平日はL.O.夜８時）。送迎バスは早い時間に無くなるので、夕食についてはホテルで食べる以外の選択肢がなかった。バーはあるものの、ウインナーをゆせんであたためる粗末なものくらいしか軽食メニューがない。一人の男性が切り盛りしており、応援のスタッフを呼んでいたものの、応援のスタッフに対する態度が横柄であり見ていて気分が悪くなった。 翌日の朝食ビュッフェについては、値段相応かその少し下くらい。 Vaasを予約していればまた別の経験だったかもしれないけれど、もう二度と行かないと思います。

スタッフ皆さん親切な方ばかりでしたが、山の上テラスの方が特に親切で快適に過ごせました。

宿泊者限定お風呂の洗い場がより清潔感があると良かったです。

地理位置优越

場所、サービスともに文句なしでした。

冷蔵庫が冷たくなかったこと。

車の充電が出来た。部屋がゆったりしていておくの窓際コーヒースペース、緑が見えて良かった。コモレビも良かったですね。ちょっと前にふふに泊まりましたけどサービスも最悪で二度と行かない。 きちんと部屋の説明もありヨーロッパでは絶対あり得ないぐらい丁寧でした。清潔、丁寧、お湯もちゃんと出る。テレビも映る。朝食のサラダも新鮮で美味しかったです。

朝食のテーブル案内が残念ながらダメでしたね。

彼氏の誕生日をお祝いしたく、綺麗で静かなホテルを探していたところスタッフの方々の笑顔も素敵でした。 ホテルも綺麗で、眺めもよくゆったりと過ごすことができました。

思いつかないです。

這個莊園感很好，氣氛很好不是容易取代的，晚餐非常好吃超值，早餐也不錯。

朝食はブッフェで、種類が多く健康食でした。夕食は、とても美味しかったです。ワインの種類も多く食事が楽しめました。

バスルームにタオル掛けがあると良いと思いました。

山間を造成開発した行き止まりに位置する施設のため、宿泊客と施設スタッフしか存在せず、大変静かで快適な滞在時間を過ごせました。 スタッフの方々は、フロント・ホール・レストラン・クリーン等の担当部署に関わらず、誰もが素敵な笑顔で挨拶して下さるので、とても歓迎されていると感じる事が出来ました。

特に悪い点は有りません。

Food was really good but would have preferred the dinner to be more different across the two high end restaurants. Breakfast was good but also was expecting it to be a bit better. Pool was closed which was disappointing.

照明が少し暗かったのと消灯のスウィッチがわかりずらかった

山の上からの景色も良いし部屋も可愛いし庭園も素敵すぎました

温泉のお湯はすべすべして良かった。温度も適温で露天風呂もサウナ、水風呂あり気持ちよかった。 家具はアンティークで重厚感もありおしゃれで好感が持てた。ジュニアスイートのお部屋でお掃除が行き届いていて清潔で気持ちよく過ごせた。ベッドの寝心地もとても良く寝具の良さを感じられた。バスタブは大きくて清潔感もあり、浴室全体も広くてシャワー室がガラス越しに別にありラグジュアリーな感じだった。

部屋に入って正面が山の斜面になっており、全面ガラスの外の景色は全く良くなかった。ジュニアスイートだから景色もいいと思い込んでいたのでガッカリした。 大浴場は入り口に鍵が無く、セキュリティーが甘いように感じた。他のホテルではこれまで大抵、宿泊者だけが使える鍵が付いていた、 大浴場がもう使えるのかと通りがかりのスタッフの方に尋ねたら、ご存知なく、多分大丈夫ですとの事で、頼りなく感じた。 フロントにおられたスタッフの方は、こちらが出かける時の挨拶も声が小さくて、ちょっと違和感があった。 宿泊費が高い割には、ホスピタリティがあまり感じられず、高級感が感じられず残念だった。建物やか調度品が良くても心地よく過ごせるとは限らないことを感じさせられた。 最も残念に感じたのはホテルに入るまでにたくさん植えてあるバラの花に茶色く枯れた花が沢山あって、お手入れが全くなされていない感じだった事。バラのいい香りもしているのに、枯れた花が朽ちていて、とても残念だった。 ホテルに入るまでに客をもてなしてくれるはずのバラ園がこの状態というのはどう言う事だろうと ホテルに向かいながら疑問に思っていた。

新設か？と思うくらい綺麗だった。

Property is in a great location in a natural forested area with beautiful gardens and landscape

Restaurants were generally not open , or closed when they were advertised to be open . Breakfast was poor and expensive . Pretty much no food or drink without getting a taxi 15 km or so during the day . Restrictions on using the facilities such as spas and gym if you have a tattoo which should be advertised before you get there . Had to speak to the manager after a very inappropriate dealing with the site supervisor and whist being assured it was a one off, things didn’t really get much better . The follow up by the hotel manager was very poor and I’m still waiting for a reply to an email to him . Disingenuous would be an understatement. One staff member , Mo was very understanding and did what she could to help us out to spite the obvious failures of the management. I don’t recommend this hotel at all given its cost and lack of any real service and prejudice .

Gorgeous room and the most amazing view of the valleys and mountain directly in front

We had to book the restaurant at a time that didn’t suit us, were told it was the only availability, when we went there, there was only one other couple in it.

We liked the grounds of the hotel and the high terrace where complimentary drinks were served in the afternoon. The bathroom was amazing.

The swimming pool was misleading and is a dipping pool. It was not open and the general area was not very pleasant to sit. The bar did not open until 20.00. Although the hotel is fairly new, it is very dark, especially the bedrooms

Na zeer intensieve 2 weken heerlijk bijkomen in dit 5* hotel. Midden in de natuur.

景色、お部屋共にとても良かったです。

施設の移動やバーに行くにも私服なので入浴後もリラックスできない。

整備された大自然に囲まれ、まさに都会の喧騒から離れたリゾート地に建つロケーション。 非日常を味わえます。

お部屋は広く、お値段にふさわしい高級感に溢れていましたが、所々壁紙が剥がれていたりと、施設の古さがみられました。

החדר היה גדול

המלון ממש לא נראה כמו בתמונות, הוא ישן מאוד כאן בבוקינג כתוב שיש שאטלים לתחנת רכבת עד 18:30 הגענו ב17:00 לאזור השאטלים ואנחנו מחכים שם במשך שעה כשאנחנו רואים את כל האוטובוסים של המלנות האחרים מגיעים אחד אחרי השני ושלנו לא שלחתי הודעות דרך בוקינג ואין מענה שלחתי מייל ואין מענה בסוף הצלחתי להתקשר למלון והם אמרו שהשאטלים עד 15:00!! כי זה לא העונה, משפט שחזר שוב ושוב בשהיה שלנו ״זה לא העונה״ , לפי מה שאני יודעת אפריל ביפן זה שיא העונה אבל בסדר. כל המלונות האחרים היו שאטלים עד 18:00 חוץ מהמלון הזה אולצנו לקחת מונית למלון החדר מלוכלך יש אבנית על הכיורים ובמקלחת כל הסיליקון עובש לא היה שום דבר לעשות במלון הרגשנו תקועים שם הצוות לא היה אינפורמטיבי ורק חזרו שוב ושוב שזה לא העונה ופשוט רצינו רק ללכת מהריח של השטיחים והלכלוך לא יכולתי אפילו לעשות אמבטיה הכל היה לא ברור וממש לא כמו בתמונות היה ככ הרבה תמונות של אגם יפה אבל לא היה ספסל בשמש לשבת חתכנו משם לילה לפני שהינו צריכים פשוט הרגשנו שהאווירה ממש לא טובה והיינו תקועים שם בגלל שהמלון הזה לא מספק הסעות לרכבת בניגוד למלונות אחרים בקיצור אכזבה ובזבוז כסף

La trascuretazza della struttura

恋人の誕生日サプライズで宿泊しました。ホテルスタッフの方が皆さんとても優しくてホスピタリティ溢れる施設でした。

Amazing hotel, from arrival staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities and room are very clean and inviting. There is a well appointed bar which opens at 8pm, a mix of local and international whiskey. The onsite onsen is beautiful, ans extremely clean. We look forward to staying again

Coffee at breakfast was a little so-so, I expected a little better quality.

Beautiful scenery around the hotel and large room.

- The a/c wasn’t working during our first night and it was very cold. Couldn’t be fixed until late into the night and we got heaters instead. - Strangely the shower did not have anywhere to place shampoo/soap bottles and had to be placed on the floor - Room was poorly lit and too dark for our liking

The check-in process was very smooth, friendly and professional with handover taking place in the room and she was very knowledgable. Beautiful secluded location, very good room and also onsen plus a good breakfast.

The shuutle bus timetable should be visible in Karuizawa and at the hotel. There is limited opportunity to walk outside of the compund without taking a car.

部屋が広々としてクラシックな家具も綺麗(好みです)。お天気は生憎の雨でしたが露天風呂に入っても気にならない程気持ちの良いものでした。また朝食バイキングは種類の多さにびっくり。館内他敷地内の散策(雨だった事もあり)またリベンジしたい。毎年此処に泊まりたいと思わせるくらい素敵なリゾートホテルでした。

All of it. The place, the staff, the service.

A very grand, beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect. Natural hot spring in a wonderful mountain location. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. The restaurant's French dinner is excellent.

A perfectly luxurious place where we completely relaxed, ate very delicious French meals and enjoyed Karuizawa!

Onsen baths were nice. Hotel room was much bigger than most hotel rooms in Japan. Staffs were helpful during check-in process. Welcoming drinks like Champagne, hot chocolate, coffee were provided during check in at the lounge area. The best part was dinner. Food was delicious and the waiter who served us was amazing. He was friendly, accommodative and spoke English well.

Property too spread out. We drove down to the outdoor onsen and upon arrival it was closed for maintenance. That was a bummer! Also the air conditioner in the room was not working properly, got overly hot and stuffy. We couldn’t turn the temperature down. That was really uncomfortable, we need to open the backdoors for some fresh air

Wenig Flexibilität bei der Uhrzeit des Abendessens.

The hotel is situated 7 or so kilometres out of the lovely town of Karuizawa. We used to hotel shuttle bus every day to get into the town. So easy! We had glorious views of the mountains from our spacious room - a delight to come back to after bushwalking. We liked the breakfast which is served in a lovely dining room. Plenty of choices for a range of different tastes. We also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, the meticulous servicing of the room ample bottled water replaced every day. There’s some nice walking in the vicinity of the hotel. It’s a quiet, peaceful place to stay.

We ate at the restaurant twice and it was a bit difficult for me not being a meat eater. However, the kitchen tried very hard to accommodate this. It is a bit restrictive when there is a set menu. A la carte would have been much easier to negotiate. But it was evident that a lot of care and skill went into to preparing the four course meals. Also, there are plenty of restaurants in the town if you have a car.

浅間山が正面に見える、大きな窓のお部屋とジャグジー付きのお風呂がとても快適でした。 山の上ラウンジでの景色を楽しみながら、ドリンクがと焼きマシュマロ体験、朝のコーヒータイムも、本館ラウンジでのコーヒーも、こうゆう時間のおかげで優雅に過ごせたと思います。ありがとうございました。

チェックイン時に時間がかかるなら、その旨とウェルカムドリンクなどがあれば、待ち時間も気にならないかと。 言いにくいでしょうが、朝食にパジャマ、スリッパで来ていた外国人には注意して欲しかったです。

The room was very big and had good quality amenities (pyjamas, robes, slippers, tea and coffee, bedside plug sockets, plenty of wardrobe storage and drawers). The bed was large and comfortable and the heater worked well which was useful for the evenings. The bathroom was also large, modern and clean, with plenty of towels and good quality products. The best thing about staying at this hotel was the onsen which I used every day. It was really well maintained and never too busy. The changing room, showering facilities, and both indoor and outdoor baths were very good. It's great that it's free for hotel guests and open until 10pm. The views from the resort were also amazing and you have clear views of Mount Asama, especially from the terrace bar at the top of the hill. We visited in early November and enjoyed all the different colours of the maple trees and other autumn foliage.

Nothing, we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Karuizawa.
