Posizione, ambiente giovane

Struttura molto bella, moderna e curata, sia negli ambienti comuni sia nelle camere. La posizione, vicina al quartiere di Gion ma comunque tranquilla, è un ottimo punto di partenza per passeggiare e visitare alcuni dei principali luoghi di interesse di Kyoto. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la lavanderia, utilizzabile comodamente tramite un’app senza bisogno di monete. Una nota di merito particolare va alla ragazza francese della reception che ci ha accolti al check-in: è stata davvero gentile, comunicativa, disponibile e proattiva. Nel complesso, abbiamo considerato questa struttura un’ottima scelta.

L’hotel è piuttosto distante dalla stazione: può essere un vantaggio o uno svantaggio a seconda delle proprie esigenze e dell’itinerario previsto. La scelta di collocare il lavandino direttamente nella camera, quasi davanti ai letti anziché all’interno del bagno, è particolare ma non sempre comoda. Il problema principale è stato però l’impianto di aria condizionata: la temperatura risultava eccessivamente fredda ed era molto difficile riuscire a regolarla adeguatamente.

Nothing it was great!

The position is perfect, 8 mins walk from main station and bus station. Also next to Gion by foot ~15 mins, many site seeings in the area, as well as many markets around. I liked that you could change your towels any time you wanted, as well as many amenities free of charge like tea, hairband, toothbrush, Razors and many more...really amazing and available in every floor. You could find many conforts like gym area, laundry area(you have to pay), lounge as well as a smoking room. Also you could use the accommodations of other Kabin hotels in the nearby area, which are nearby, but I haven't used them tbh. The bed was great as well. Generally a good and modern hotel.

The room had no windows at all(a window's purpose is to open, this is a metal frame with glass in a wall and the view is a wall one meter away) and the air had a weird feeling, because the only way to clean the air was an home air-condition...that causes smells and wet air to stay in the room. Also even if I was trying to find a way to make the air-condition not hit at the bed, it wasn't possible and also you couldn't adjust the temperature no matter what. Even at 27C it was really cold inside. The walls and the carpet floor had marks everywhere from luggages and dirt from shoes. Even if it says that the room cleaning is from 10.00-14.00, the day that was arranged the cleaner came while we were at lounge at 09.30 and we had to wait for him to complete so we could prepare for our day. And the most funny thing is that he left trash bag opened inside the room after he left and the smell was awfull. I had to remove it by myself outside. The ventilation system in the bathroom had a paper filter full of dirt and from my experience that much of dirt needs time to create it self. The reception team was mostly non-Japanese, and the service felt impersonal. I don't remember any of them smiled even a little all those days. The smoking area was awfully dirty every day of our stay. They have a nice aquarium-style garden with two benches but the door was locked always and the one day that wasn't raining we couldn't enjoy our coffee there. I got this room with a big offer for my dates and the value for money was good, but in the original price you could find similar or better options in the area and I'm 100% sure that their windows will open for sure.

Camera spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi e letto davvero molto comodo. La possibilità di usufruire di asciugamani in più a qualsiasi ora è fantastica.

L'impianto di areazione del bagno andrebbe decisamente migliorato, essendo un bagno cieco si sente odore di umidità e l'impianto non è sufficientemente potente per il riciclo d'aria. Entrambe le zone lavanderia della struttura andrebbero pulite, c'era molta polvere ogni giorno.

Sehr schönes Hotel für Kyoto. Sehr große, gepflegte und moderne Zimmer (25 qm). Die Rezeption ist ab 7 Uhr besetzt, normalerweise kein Problem, aber unsere Pin hat nicht funktioniert, sodass wir einen Schlüssel bekommen haben, den wir wieder abgeben mussten. Tolle Aufenthaltsräume mit kleinem Garten.

Das einzig Negative ist, dass das Fenster im Erdgeschoss zugemauert war (siehe Foto).

The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and having amenities on every floor plus laundry facilities available for guests made everything so convenient. Gym is very good too. The staff is wonderfully friendly and easy to communicate with. Moreover, the location is absolutely perfect, easy to walk to metro, buses, and to Gion. Lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

*) Besonders schlecht war die Luft- und Sauerstoff Qualität im Zimmer, das hat uns sehr gestört, weswegen unsere Bewertung auch schlechter ausfällt *) Im Zimmer war mit drei Betten wenig Platz, wäre mit 2 Betten anders gewesen, aber andere Hotels haben das trotzdem besser gelöst

Stanza molto curata nei dettagli, con un’ottima attenzione alla qualità degli spazi. Il bagno è sorprendentemente grande e confortevole, mentre i letti sono davvero molto comodi. Anche la posizione è particolarmente comoda: permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni e di rientrare in struttura in poco tempo, risultando ideale per prendersi una pausa durante la giornata senza perdere troppo tempo negli spostamenti. Nel complesso, un ambiente piacevole e ben organizzato, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro.

Abbiamo alloggiato al KABIN Taka con la nostra famiglia (due adulti e un ragazzo di 13 anni) e l'esperienza è stata fantastica. La posizione è super strategica: nel cuore di Kyoto, perfetta per esplorare la città a piedi o con i mezzi. La camera ci ha stupito per lo spazio generoso e la comodità assoluta dei letti. Abbiamo adorato l'arredamento minimale, moderno e curato nei minimi dettagli, che trasmette un senso di grande pulizia e relax.I servizi sono eccezionali e pensati per rendere il viaggio comodissimo: lo staff è di una gentilezza unica (parlano un inglese perfetto e sono super ospitali), e la presenza di lavatrici e asciugatrici moderne è una vera salvezza per chi viaggia in estate. In più, l'hotel offre una comoda area fitness/palestra, una bellissima zona caffè/lounge al piano terra e una gestione smart dei bagagli e del check-in. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Consigliatissimo!

El extractor de aire del baño estaba muy sucio lleno de pelusas y diría que incluso algo de moho. Además, las vistas desde la ventana fueron a un alto muro situado a menos de un metro.

A simpatia do staff que estranhamente era todo ocidental e o design do hotel.

Apesar de bonito, é pouco funcional e a distribuição das áreas muito mal feitas, muitos espaços vazios e outros mal aproveitados. Móvel lavatório no quarto e um wc enorme com pouca luz e sem qualquer móvel de apoio. Quarto sem móveis ou locais de arrumação. Localização pobre.

As a first time traveler to Japan, it’s a such a welcome to be greeted in English because Japan is overwhelming. The amenities were nice.

Modern property with a Kyoto feel. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfort! Great location with many little restaurants nearby, including the local market.

The laundry facility is appreciated but please check the dryers, it takes forever to dry clothes. And the gym, PLEASE, let it be accessible 24hrs, opening at 7am kills a lot of time of the day for people who like to exercise early morning.

L'emplacement était pratique car nous pouvions aller facilement jusqu'aux principaux sites. Le métro est proche. La chambre était confortable, le personnel prévenant. Nous reviendrons surement dans cet hotel une prochaine fois.

Está todo genial, muy destacable que la habitación va por código y no tienes que estar pendiente ni de llaves ni de tarjetas, además nos gusta que no te hacen limpieza a diario de la habitación pero si tienes acceso a toallas limpias y te tiran la basura, vamos lo esencial, aún así cada 4 días te cambian sábanas. Amaties también disponibles todo lo que necesites y también hay una sala para guardar las maletas incluso te gestionas el envío a otro hotel muy fácil con un QR. Vamos que nos ha encantado todo!!

Bathroom was way too big. Sink needed to be in the bathroom. Could have used a jug or microwave in that space instead. Fridge barely kept stuff cold. Door wasn’t screwed in properly either.

Odada açılabilir pencere yoktu ve sabah kalkınca boğucu bir hava oluyordu. Odaya ekstra bir havalandırma getirdiler biraz yardımcı oldu.

Muy lindo hotel, habitaciones chicas pero de buena distribución, cómodas. El personal habla muchos idiomas, son muy amables y tienen buenas recomendaciones.

Las camas son muy duras y el desayuno que sugieren es carísimo.

it was in a great location. It was in the quiet bit of Kyoto but very close to all the exciting bits. We really enjoyed that. It was great to have a gym and the communal sitting area was pretty good.

you couldn’t open any window for any fresh air, so there was this weird smell of feet or damp clothes throughout. And it was very hard to get rid of in your room. We resorted to using the Air Con much more than we would have liked to try to dry out in the room and get rid of the smell.

A quiet location. About a 20 mins walk from the centre of dotonbori.

Great location with an easy walk to all different kinds of restaurants and activities. Very clean with a kind staff.

No complaints …, clean, spacious, quiet , modern. Having a washer/dryer on site was so nice ! Staff very friendly. Close to main tourist areas but tucked away on quiet street. Wonderful French bakery close by too.
