best location in shibuya, great beautiful room ,very comfortable to stay in ,the view were great ,the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned perfectly each time ,the staff was always ready to help us in any problem we had ,the pool was very comfortable to use ,we had a great evening meal in the restaurant ,the view from the room was great. we surely recommend this hotel in shibuya,it was a great pleasure to saty there and we were there for 16 nights so we know what we are talking about...

The aircondition system was keeping the room cold, BUT it did not keep it dry. Everything, our clothes, bed sheet etc felt a little bitfelt damp rather than dry and comfortable. It was impossible to dry clothes (even as they came out dry from the washing machine, they became damp again). Would definitely not recommend this hotel to others due to this. I would really expect the room and out stuff to feel dry!

Great location! Little confusing to get to from the train station but that’s just Tokyo! Very comfortable stay and lovely staff.

Superb spacious rooms with all you need for a practical and comfortable stay. Excellent staff, great pool, fantastic location about 7 minute walk to the crossing. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable.

The format of this hotel is great - it offers apartments - the rooms are equipped with a kitchen nd washing machine - it was a blast! The rooms service however was as in a normal hotel - at the high level. The water , coffee and tea were provided. We did not have breakfast so I can't comment on this. The location is really great - in a city center - just 10 min to Shibuya crossing but it was very quite. There is a direct connection with a Shibuya station subway. very convenient. The reception was profesional and always very helpful. I used the service of sending the suitcases to another hotel - it worked great.

Very clean and modern facilities. Room is amazing, fantastic location for sightseeing around Tokyo, in Shibuya but not in the crowded parts of the area. The gym is relatively small but very neat. Loved everything!

Location was great, near shops and restaurants and transportation.

Washing machine didn’t dry breakfast was poor, not enough selection and staff did not restock food when out. We ate whatever was leftover without much selection and we didn’t come during closing.

Very comfortable and has everything you need. Quiet location but near the heart of Shibuya. Pool was an oasis.

Cleaning staff didn’t come till late in the day when we just wanted to relax in our room. They should be done by noon.

Location was amazing. Quality of rooms and view was excellent. It had washing machine and dryer which was excellent. Staff and service was really really good. Yuri in particular was very helpful in having us find vegan eating spots and guiding us to White Glass coffee and other places

Rooms are on the smaller side. It’s difficult to approach by cab as the entrance is not very obvious but with map from hotel it solved things

It was clean, large and had a lot of kitchen supplies. The best part were the pajamas they provided for the stay!

The water temp in the shower was not hot enough

The room was very spacious and the amentities in the room such as coffee machine, microwave were fantastic for us to settle our late night dinners. The hotel is also easily accessible to JR Shibuya station, and there are tons of shops and supermarkets around.

The rooms were nice, clean, relatively spacious. It was nice to be so close to the Shibuya train station.

The fact that there is no real central entrance to the hotel makes it a challenging location to navigate in terms of taxis and ubers. I think the hotel could do more to orient guests to the location and how to get to stores and restaurants.

Very high price for something that is not a good value

Loved this hotel! The location, next to the train station, was fantastic. It allowed us to move around the city with ease! Each room had a washer/dryer! Such a bonus when traveling. Restaurants and shops were very close by, as well as the Shibuya crossing, but the rooms were not loud at all. The hotel seemed secluded but was just a few steps from soooo much! Really happy with this choice! I would definitely choose it again.

location is great. direct metro line reaching possibility with same floor. only 2 to 3m walking distance. clean rooms.

but room is far from visually appealing. doesnt give you a feeling considering the money you paid. room is wide for 3 big luggage. dont expect a hotel vibe its like you rented a room. staff is very helpful. room was cold bc they disabled the heating system bc of May. but they provided heater immediately. but i would expect warm room. i dont want to turn on heater once i entered room everytime. it is not the house. it should have left to customer turning on or off air conditioning. IF you book a hotel, it must have proper air conditioning system up to customer.

Our room was excellent, and we especially loved the bathroom/wet room and the laundry facilities, which made it so easy to freshen up clothes before our journey home. The room was spotless, and the beds and pillows were the most comfortable of all the hotels we stayed in — I’m not sure if they were Tempur, but they certainly felt like it. The bedding was also exceptional. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the drying and wiping cloths were replaced daily, along with the coffee pods and tea bags. There was also an ironing board and iron, as well as a laundry service if needed. Overall, the room was outstanding and incredibly comfortable. The hotel was lovely and there were many options where we could eat within a few minutes walking. It was in the heart of Shibuya so only about 10 minutes walk to the famous Shibuya Crossing.

Breakfast was the only part that felt a little disappointing. There were eggs, bacon, yoghurt and fruit, but the variety and overall quality didn’t match what we’d enjoyed at other hotels. The staff were pleasant, but when the yoghurt ran out and I asked about more, I noticed them in the back room glancing at their watches and shrugging, which made it seem as though replenishing it wasn’t a priority. It wasn’t awful — we’d simply been spoiled by the breakfasts elsewhere. The hotel room itself was excellent and the location was good, but the price was noticeably higher than our other hotels, and overall the property felt quite soul‑less.

Location fantastic, most comfortable beds and pillows in my life, spacious and elegant rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, fitness room and pool are great finds in such a central tokyo hotel.

The breakfast is pricey for the food it serves, but the view and convenience make it worthwhile. Fantastic staff too.

The room was very spacious, bigger than all of the hotels I've stayed in Japan. The 3rd floor is connected to Shibuya station, which made transportation easy. Close to every attractions, but even though it's in Shibuya, it's still 10-15 mins walking to get to Shibuya crossing.

Being connected to a station is a plus and also an issue. It's a bit hard to navigate with all the different floors (1st floor is ground floor, 2nd floor is taxi stand, 3rd floor is station floor). The map will only navigate the road, but you'll have to figure out which floor it's navigating from. From the station, be sure to get out at the exact Exit of the hotel (new south gate), or you'll have a hard time finding the way back to the hotel from the station.

Hôtel impossible à trouver. On est restés 4 nuits et pourtant chaque soir c’était l’enfer pour trouver nos repères. L’hôtel est dans une galerie commerciale qui est un véritable labyrinthe où tout se ressemble. L’enfer. Assez loin de Shibuya en plus.

Great location central to all the attractions Shibuya has to offer. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a nice steak at the restaurant too. I was only here for 1 night but I think this would be a great place to base yourself if you had multiple nights in Tokyo.

It was hard to find the hotel from the Shibuya Station. Would have been good to have been given clear instructions prior.

Being so close to Shibuya Station via a walkway was ideal for my needs.The view of the city from our room was exceptional.

While the room was gorgeous, ours had a funny smell which threw us a bit. Also it was strange not to have a mini bar considering it was such an upgraded room, with a full kitchen. It felt a bit impersonal in this room even though it was spacious and views were so amazing.
