The Royal Park Hotel Ginza 6-Chome

Loved the decor! It was bright and welcoming after walking 20k steps. I liked that there was a public bath to soak in after a long day. Although I had to leave one night, because a mom decided to bring her toddler into the bath. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was big and the tub was perfect.

Didn't like that children could be brought into the public bath, I understand if its cultural. I personally did not feel comfortable. I also think the breakfast buffet could benefit from more options. It seemed very plain and bland for the level of hotel (price point). I also did not feel like I was helped when I was told to find another washer/dryer on another floor when I complained about another guest leaving their clothes inside all day.

Hotel moderno, molto bello esteticamente. Camere piccole ma grandi per lo standard di Tokyo, bagno con doccia grande e comodo. Attrezzate con tutto il necessario, molto pulite, pulizia quotidiana e cambio di asciugamani giornaliero. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione a 5 min a piedi da Ginza Six e con tanti ristoranti, kombini e caffè appena usciti dall’hotel.

Het hotel was voor mij goed gelegen met een metrostation op een korte loopafstand. Verder was het hotel schoon en goed onderhouden. De kamers waren ruim voor Japanse begrippen. De kamer op de 11e verdieping was goed geïsoleerd alleen de nooddiensten kon je soms horen. Op sommige verdiepingen had je wasmachines waarvan je de status kon volgen via de televisie en je kon met een Suica kaart betalen of muntgeld. Het ontbijt hadden we niet geboekt. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van een Lawsonshop waarvan twee op 4 minuten lopen aanwezig waren.

Todo; lo repetiríamos sin duda. La ubicación nos pareció estupenda, la cama era comodísima y tuvimos espacio suficiente en la habitación para abrir dos maletas de 20kg.

フロント導線が分かりにくい。｢チェックインはこちら｣と矢印がついたポップが立っていてその矢印の先に自動チェックイン機が並んでいるので当然そちらに向かったが、有人フロントから｢こちらです！｣と呼び止められて結局対面でチェックインした。おそらく自動でも有人フロントでもどちらでもチェックインやアウトの手続きができるのだろうと思うが、混乱するのでどうにかした方が良いと思った。

Tight room space for a standard double. There is no coffee machine for breakfast. No ironing in rooms, so you will need to use ironing rooms. The lighting in rooms, bathrooms and ironing rooms could be brighter to see better.

I booked a large group to stay there and one room had some type of bug(s) that bit someone on my team and made their experience unpleasant

The accommodations met all my expectations. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was a little small, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. I arrived a little early, and even though the room wasn’t ready yet, they let me check in about half an hour early. For an extra fee, I was able to stay past the usual check-out time.

For Western tourists, the breakfast selection is somewhat limited.

Struttura moderna, molto ben tenuta e pulitissima, situata nel cuore di Ginza, quartiere di alto livello. Posizione perfetta per visitare Tokyo. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, in perfetto stile giapponese. Colazione buona e con ampia scelta.

Sarebbe bello se l'hotel avesse anche una palestra.

La ubicación está muy bien, en el barrio de Ginza bien conectado pero lo suficientemente alejado para estar tranquilos durante la estancia. El baño de la habitación es muy grande y nuevo, el tamaño no está mal para lo habitual y el precio.

Tienen menos productos de cortesía que otros hoteles en Japón, lo cual no pasaría nada si fuese una cadena normal, pero hablamos ya de un precio elevado por noche, por lo que podrían cuidar ese detalle. En definitiva, algo menor porque todo lo demás está muy bien.

Sehr schön, modern, farblich ansprechend, gemütlich gestaltet. Sehr angenehmes Zimmer, schöne Einrichtung, komfortable Betten, Dusche neben Badewanne, Wasserkocher, viele Steckdosen, Onsen bis 1 Uhr geöffnet (sauber und schön), sehr nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage in Ginza und zu U-Bahn, Bus, Tokyo Station. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ontbijt had iets meer westerse opties kunnen bieden. En waarom is het brood wat er dan ligt altijd oud?

Het hotel is erg mooi ingericht. Met hippe tapijten tot in de kamers wat het een vrolijke noot geeft. Voor Japanse begrippen vrij ruime kamers. Koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Metro verbindingen op loop afstand en een leuke winkel buurt van gewone winkels tot dure merken winkels. Goede eetopties ook in de buurt.

The location is perfect, and the hotel is brand new and well-maintained. The room is incredibly comfortable and spacious by Japanese standards, the bed is comfortable, and everything is spotless. The public bathhouse (sento) is wonderful—being able to take a sento bath after a long day of walking is fantastic. Plus, the hotel offers washing machines on every floor (there is a fee, but the price is very reasonable). The staff is extremely attentive, and check-in is super fast. Without a doubt, the most incredible hotel we’ve ever stayed at—10 out of 10.

El mayor valor de este hotel es su ubicación. Para hacer turismo por Tokio, el Barrio de Ginza será de los mejores, tiene todas las conexiones directas a todos los barrios que vas a visitar. Además la estación de Tokio está muy cerca, que es donde cogerás el transporte para visitar otras ciudades o para ir al aeropuerto si optas por el tren para ir. Además de eso, es un hotel muy chulo, con habitaciones muy bonitas, muy cómodas, muy silenciosas. El diseño es excepcional, y los servicios que ofrece son los necesarios. Un hotel muy guay, nos encantó.

Si hay algo que se le pueda criticar es que el desayuno no es propio de un hotel de su categoría. Poco variado, pero aún así correcto y todo muy bueno. Pero un poco más de innovación no estaría mal.

住在三樓完全是災難,車輛噪音整夜不停,每隔20分鐘的地鐵的震動更是讓人無法入睡.櫃台完全知道低樓層有這問題,價位偏高還分配這樣的房間給客人實在不合理,反應後也不處理,新人不知所措,有經驗的員工則裝忙當沒聽見

Очень приятный отель. Стильный, современный дизайн, красивый интерьер и очень уютная зона ресепшен – приятно было возвращаться после насыщенного дня в красивое и спокойное место, где можно отдохнуть. Несмотря на то, что номер был небольшим, мы с комфортом разместились семьёй. Всё продумано, поэтому недостатка в пространстве не ощущалось. Номер чистый, уютный и современный.

The hotel is still quite new, so the place has a new feeling. The reception staff was helpful with check-in, the room was a reasonable size for Tokyo, the beds comfortable and location convenient to Higashi-ginza subway station. It's only a short walk to the main street in GInza and far enough away that the area is quiet. There are a number of convenience stores close by for the necessary snacks etc!

A quirk, for some reason the lift stopped at the reception floor every time going up even though there was no one waiting for lift. Other than that, everything was fine.

Nice design style throughout the property. Sadly we didn’t have time to visit the public baths. Very friendly and efficient team on reception. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast (both ok), and had a drink in the bar in the evening which is very cool and a little hidden away.

The location was about 10-15 min walk to the main shopping district of Ginza, for stores like the Uniqlo flagship store, Ginza Six, etc.) The hotel also had washer/dryer for every floor and you could see through the tv when the washer/dryer will be done. The WiFi connection was great throughout. There’s also a public bath in the basement floor.
