朝食フロアへ館内着では入れませんと言われました。そのような案内はチェックインでもされませんでしたし、時間も支度をしたのでギリギリになってしまいました。そのようなことを言われたのはどこのホテルでもなかったですし、線引きが難しいので、そちらで予めお声がけいただくと助かります。 また、朝食ブッフェの際、奥の個室に子ども連れご家族がおりましたが、いくら個室とはいえ入口付近で立て続けに泣かれてはこちらに丸聞こえです。朝から非常に不愉快でしたので、扉を閉める等の対応をしていただきたかったです。

Ich fand das Frühstück sehr einfach, immer das gleiche Menü, sehr kein, nichts wurde direkt zubereitet. Zimmer sind sehr klein. Anzeige ist falsch: es gibt keine Fahrräder vom Hotel gestellt, sonder man muss sie von einem lokalen Anbieter Mieten!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Das absolute Highlight dieses Hotels ist das internationale Frühstücksbuffet bei dem es so gut wie an nichts fehlt. Das genießen wir immer wieder sehr während des mittlerweile vierten Aufenthalts in dem Hotel. Sonst die zentrale Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist ziemlich gut mit dem Bus vor dem Hotelausgang, U-Bahn ca. 5 Gehminuten.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Un hôtel moderne avec des chambres confortables. Le point fort c'est le petit déjeuner : un large choix de sucrés, salés même si sur 5 jours on retrouve les mêmes plats. Mais c'est très bon.
L'hôtel est un peu excentré mais il y a une ligne de bus juste devant et un arrêt de métro à 10mn à pied. Peu de restaurants autour de l'hôtel.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The hotel is relatively new so everything is in really good condition, but the best of it all is the buffet breakfast. I believe it is usually included in the room price and it offers an incredible selection of both sweet and savory. One of the best I've had!!
Even though the location is not the greatest if you want to visit Tokyo over a long stay, the hotel is well connected by a bus with Tokyo central station, so perfect for shorter stays. A good aspect of the location is that its walking distance to Teamlabs if you are visiting that attraction, and there are a few shops around, so actually not that bad.

Hebben ruim van te voren 3 kamers geboekt. Bij inchecken kregen we kamers op de 4e en 5e verdieping. Erg onhandig. Ook is het niet mogelijk met kamerpasje van 4e naar 5e verdieping komen. Receptie was ook niet mogelijk om een extra pasje voor 4 of 5 te krijgen.

I did not like the fact that breakfast time was very short. Whereas the restaurant officially closed at 10 am, there was no service by 9.30 am. One had to rush for breakfast even on weekends

The staff were a bit unhelpful especially when it came to basic amenities. I don’t think the hotel is geared for families. It may work well as a business hotel. Also not having a cafe or eatery located inside for dinner can be quite challenging. Especially if your child is unwell or sick.

На выбор было предоставлено много разных наборов: соль для ванн, чаи, кофе, патчи от усталости ног, маски и наборы для лица. Можно взять зонтики для прогулки в дождливый день. Огромный выбор завтраков.
Минусов нет. Единственный нюанс, что обогрев был только в основной комнате. Почему-то в коридор, ванную и туалет теплый воздух не доходил.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Odličen zajtrk, bi pa lahko bilo malo več variacije pri izbiri, saj je bilo vseh 12 dni povsem enako (ampak dobro). Avtobus ustavi pred hotelom in pelje direktno na Ginzo. Prednost je tudi velika soba (Delux Wide), kar je pomembno pri daljšem bivanju. Omogočeno je tudi pranje perila. Če bi ponovno obiskal Tokyo, bi najverjetneje zopet izbral ta hotel.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Cabin President is an exceptional hotel. The amenities and facilities were all top-quality and so well kept. I felt very well taken care of throughout my short stay. The hotel was also located right in front of a bus stop which made traveling into Ginza very very easy.
If you are a tourist hoping to hit up the popular spots of Shinjuku or Shibuya, this hotel is a ways away. However, if Tsukiji Fish Market and Ginza are where you are interested in, this hotel is in a prime location just a short 10-20 minute bus stop away.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Das Frühstück war prima, das Zimmer für Tokyo gar nicht mal so klein und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr engagiert. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Der Bus, der an verschiedenen U-Bahnstationen vorbei bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt, hält vor der Tür. Auch der Flughafen ist nicht weit. Trotzdem ist die Gegend eher ruhig. Wir haben frühzeitig für 3 Nächte gebucht, da war auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut.

The staff barely speaks English. Every time you have a question it feels like an awkward situation and of they want to minimize time talking to you. We booked breakfast. The lobby has a sign that said breakfast till 10 am. When we went at 9:15 they told us the food will be taken away at 9:30. We we told them, that front desk told us its till 10am and there is a sign, they could not care less and removed the buffet at exactly 9:30. The gym is not really a gym.it has a stepper,,treadmill and bike. But nothing else except some old weights. No water, no towels, no normal weights or machines and no sanitary wipes. Overall the room is nice and new. You can here there street noises a bit. Everything that involved a human was not a great experience.

За 2 дня до выселения после уборки из номера пропали мои шелковые пижамные шорты, я сразу обратилась на ресепшен. Спустя 2 дня ничего не нашли (есть ощущение, что и не особо искали), и даже не предложили денежную компенсацию за украденную вещь. Настроение было сильно испорчено. Персонал совершенно не знает английский, коммуницировать очень сложно. Более того, мы заселились на сутки позже, чем планировалось, хотя мы заранее предупредили об этом, так как у нас произошел форс-мажор. Отель не предложил вернуть деньги за сутки, которые мы там не находились и не предложил ничего, чтобы как-то улучшить наше впечатление об отеле или скомпенсировать наши убытки. Не советую выбирать этот отель, за такую цену есть намного лучше и с более удобным расположением и без риска кражи ваших вещей из номера.
