Perfect location right in the middle of the market but still quiet. Suite was spacious

Our third stay — and we still love it! ⭐️ This is already our third time staying at this hotel, and we are always happy to come back. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially appreciate how convenient and practical everything is. The staff are absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality really makes a difference and makes us feel at home every time we visit. We also love the excellent location. Many attractions are easily accessible, and getting around is very convenient, which makes the hotel a great choice both for sightseeing and for a relaxing stay. After staying here three times, we can confidently say that this hotel has become one of our favorite places to stay. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back again. ❤️

Our second stay at this property and it didn't disappoint. Ideally situated near the Tsukiji fish market. This property is a perfect landing point in Tokyo. We will be back again.

The staff were lovely, super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was excellent, right beside Tsukiji Market and around a 15-minute walk to the main Ginza area. The accommodation itself was comfortable and a good size for Tokyo.

The accommodation was a little smaller than we expected. They kindly provided a cot for our baby, but unfortunately it didn’t fit inside the bedroom, which made things a little tricky. We also had to empty the rubbish ourselves, and the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, which was less convenient when travelling with a baby.

It’s clean and location is good. Staff is so friendly and cheerful

The location is great and the equipment is very new with laundry machines which is important for the summer time. The room size is fit for the family.

The staff was absolutely amazing during our stay and assisted with all of our questions. The reception area offers basic toiletries such as toothbrushes with toothpaste, combs and razors that are included in the stay. The Deluxe Studio Apartment room had plenty of space for the 4 of us and it was clean and comfortable. It includes a small kitchen that was very nice for bringing back groceries to make our own meals. The location was fantastic as the Tsukiji markets are right around the corner for eating in or buying goods to take back. There are a couple of konbinis in the area, a tucked away shrine to admire and two nearby train stations (less than 10 min walks) to get us into other areas of Tokyo conveniently, as well as bus stations a couple minutes walk away to easily get to Tokyo station or Toyosu in a few stops. Luggage forwarding wasn't performed within the property itself, however the staff was of great help in providing a walkthrough of how and where to take the luggage to do so, which is close by. They also provide the paperwork to fill out, including checking it over if you ask. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again, as well as look into the other Section L properties since this location was amazing.

1. The laundry facilities were frustrating to use. Despite following the instructions, using ChetGPT translation (as instructions were in Japanese only) we couldn’t get our clothes to dry properly. 2. The hotel doesn’t offer luggage storage beyond the short period until your room is ready. There is no option to send luggage days before check-in or leave it there after check-out, which is a significant inconvenience for travellers and is very uncommon in Japan. 3. The hotel was unwilling to offer any flexibility with its cancellation policy, even though we notified them nine days before our stay that we had to cancel because we couldn’t store our luggage. A more customer-friendly approach would have been appreciated.

The staff were very nice. Free coffee and water available. Washing machine in the room was a nice bonus.

L’appartement comprend deux lits simples, ainsi que deux lits superposés, une petite cuisine et une salle de bain avec machine à laver. L’appartement est relativement spacieux : parfait pour deux adultes et deux enfants, y compris valises. Proche des métros G, A et H. Facile pour rejoindre les principaux lieux d’intérêt rapidement.

Location is great and very convenient to many attractions. Room is clean and stuff are very friendly. I really like they have a washer/dryer in the room which makes our stay very convenient.

築地本願寺に行きたかったので、近くて良かった。タオルや洗面室その他、清潔で気持ちよく使えました。

洗面所の換気がもっとあると良かったと感じました。 ２段ベッドの上段を利用する際、はしごの真上に大きなライトがあるので、頭がぶつかりました。少しズレていればぶつかりません。 大きなバスタオルはありましたが、フェイスタオル（小さいタオル）も人数分欲しかったです。

I’ve stayed there multiple times with my sweetheart, and sometimes my kids always treated like royalty. It felt like everybody so nice, will be staying in near future!

The room was spacious and pillows were firm. The bath and washing machine is awesome. Fridge, microwave and oven were appreciated! Location is good too!! Fun to walk about thenTsukiji outer market.

Under the bed was dusty and the curtains weren’t able to block the sunlight well.

Location is fantastic if you want to hit up the fish market in the early mornings. The staff are so kind. They realized it was my son’s birthday and sent a small gift and hand written card. So very sweet.

Some people may be offended by the fish smell on the street in the mornings just outside the hotel. It’s gone by the late morning as the business owners wash down the space after the work is done.

Room wasn’t clean until after 4 pm. Room wasn’t fully clean when we got in and bathroom had an odor the entire stay. Room was very tight for family of 5 adults.

Excellent place , walking distance to Ginza. The apartment was spotless and had everything you need, including washing machine! The staff were super friendly and accommodating!

The staff were fabulous, the friendliest, most personable, and helpful of all 5 hotels we stayed at during this trip. They gave us tips and recommendations for getting around, activities, and things to do. We loved the location -- right in the middle of Tsukiji Market, with plenty of awesome dining options for morning and lunch, convenience stores within a 2-5 minute walk for late night snacks. The rooms were incredibly clean, and the in-room washer/dryer was helpful & awesome to have. The room wasn't spacious, but was not cramped either for four of us, helped by the fact that there were bunk beds, taking up less floor room.

Know that things close a bit earlier in this area, so I'd recommend planning where you're going to have dinner instead of relying on the fact that you're in the market area, as there were surprisingly fewer dinner options within a 10 minute walk than anticipated. I wish there had been instructions for how to use the washer/dryer. We attempted to find them online with the product number, unsuccessfully, then found some general instructions. Those were unclear, so our first load didn't wash, just went through a dry cycle, costing time. A QR code to a page with simple instructions or an instruction card, like they included for other things, would have helped, as washer/dryer combo units aren't as common in other parts of the world as they are in Japan, with a lot of travelers being new to them. The only other thing, and this is more of a small wish than anything, is this: we had a small dining table in the room. It was in the middle of the room and took up space unnecessarily. A fold-down table from the wall or something smaller may have helped make the room more comfortable, as it was already tight with four travelers.

Sejr gute Lage zum alten nun neuen Fischmarkt sowie gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Ginza fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Appartment ist nicht groß aber wir haben selbst zu viert gut übernachtet. Sehr praktisch: die Waschmaschine mit Trockner und unten die Nespressomaschine. Das Personal super nett und hikfsbereit zu jeder Zeit.

Great location near the Fish Market. At first we thought it's too close and there will be noise in the morning - however the isolation was good and we didn't had any problems. They also have on Saturdays a Happy Hour and offer some free drinks - which was great!

We loved how quaint Section L was. The location was lovely — close to Tsukiji market and easy train access. The streets were quiet around and it felt easy to escape the crazy of Tokyo. The room was small but comfortable. In room laundry was great and beds were comfy.

Kids had bunk beds which were great except there was a table and two chairs however the table was right up against the bunk bed ladder so it was a little tricky to safely get up and down from the bed.

Excellent location right beside the Fish Market. Great atmosphere during the day.

Primarily the staff were exceptional, so helpful. Secondly the location had easy access to public transport, buses, metro etc and right next to the daily market which was authentic and fascinating. Room size for Tokyo was good with good facilities. Would very much recommend this place.

Friendly reception. Studio was comfortable and I loved having a proper table. It's on a working side road of fish market but it was quiet enough and convenient. Lots of places to eat & round the corner from train & bus.

Large space that is perfect for families with young kids. The kitchenette ammenities were great to have as well ( not too many but just the right number of essential goods).

Would be nice if there is a child lock under the sink cabinet.

Todo excelente. El departamento era nuevo, muy limpio y cómodo. La cocina estaba completa y funcionaba perfecto. La ubicación es muy buena y el personal fue muy amable. Además, me guardaron las valijas cuando llegué antes del horario de check-in y también después del check-out porque mi vuelo salía más tarde. Muy recomendable.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Section L Tsukiji!! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They gave us great recommendations for where to visit and eat! Also, for New Year's Eve, they provided guests with complimentary drinks and we were greeted with a surprise gift of bakery items at our door when we came back from an outing! That was SO sweet and totally unexpected!! What a nice personality touch!! Thank you so much, Section L Staff (Sally, Stephanie, and Anezka) for helping make our trip to Tokyo so AWESOME!!! ❤️

Great mini apartment with all the amenities you need. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy. Clean and roomy.

Its a bit of a walk to the station especially in the winter you'd say its too far. Nothing is open at night. During the day the Tsukiji fish market is fun and lively but at night there's nothing to see and do or eat so you can t wonder around.
