At time of check in, staff regretted to offer room due to renovation work, and offered to compensate in nearby hotel at same cost. He then taken us to that hotel through his own car, which was of same standards. The review is for Rozza Hotel

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to make a serious complaint about the conditions of my stay. There are several problems that need to be addressed urgently: * There is no electricity in my room, and I am unable to use the electrical outlets. * There are many cockroaches/insects in the room and around the breakfast area, which is very unhygienic. * There is a mouse in the kitchen, near the breakfast buffet. This is a serious hygiene and health concern. * There is a water leak from the toilet into the ceiling/roof, which is causing damage and is clearly not acceptable. * The general condition of the facilities is not satisfactory. I have attached photos as evidence of these problems.

The staff was very welcoming. Mr. WADI's helpfulness was very remarkable. Without him, it really wouldn't have been easy for me. Thanks again

К сожалению, остались неприятные впечатления от номера. В комнате очень влажно и присутствует сильный запах сырости и затхлости. Из-за этого находиться в комнате некомфортно, особенно ночью.

Персонал на завтраке очень приятные девушки.Уборка номера,чистота номера.Ребята парни на ресепшен приветливые,отзывчивые.

На ресепшен злая девушка,не реагирует на просьбы и вообще оскорбляет и игнорирурует когда к ней обращаешься.Не работал телевизор.

Этот отель превзошел наши ожидания, и мы определенно рекомендуем его для длительного проживания! Мы провели здесь 11 ночей, и каждый день нашего отдыха был максимально комфортным. Вот что понравилось больше всего: Невероятно дружелюбные, отзывчивые и приветливые сотрудники. Всегда готовы помочь с улыбкой. В номерах и общественных зонах поддерживается идеальный порядок, уборка очень качественная. Мы помешаны на чистоте и здесь не к чему было придраться, девочки выполняют свою работу на все 100%. Соотношение цена-качество выше всяких похвал. За минимальную стоимость мы получили замечательный сервис. Прекрасное расположение-в пешей доступности метро, трамвай, паромные остановки и основные достопримечательности. Хороший завтрак. Très bonne emplacement à 5 minute de marche de Eminönü supérette et resto à coter éviter d’acheter chez les supérette des locaux les prix sont pas afficher mieux vaut acheter chez 101 l’hôtel été propre personnelle au top très gentille et serviable ont demandé un fer à repasser et même une balance disponible à l’aceuille tout est à proximité station de bus métro tramway seul point négatif le petite déjeuner répétitif tomate salade pain fromage ont à passer 8 nuitée pour le prix de 216€ c’était bien je remercie encore toute lequipe

Location is quite near and on walking distance from most of the sites.

Need to waiting 30 min as there is no one in the reception whilr we arrive. Same repeated breakfast. Even at the last day we found mouse had eaten our food all over the room.

After 9 nights at Otag Hotel, I can confidently say that I had a very pleasant stay. First of all, the staff is very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The entire team was always available and attentive. The room was very comfortable, the cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was generous and satisfying. Having an elevator in the hotel is also a very important advantage, especially when traveling with luggage. And the location… simply magical! 😍 The hotel is close to the tramway, several bus lines, the metro, and the ferry. It is a very strategic location, and I also felt safe there both day and night. I also appreciated seeing many families staying at the hotel. It creates a comfortable and respectful atmosphere, especially for people looking for a calm place to stay. Honestly, if I come back to Istanbul, Otag Hotel will definitely be my first choice, insha’Allah. 🇹🇷❤️ A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel staff. Отдыхали вдвоем две девушки ! Все понравилось Во первых хорошее расположение. 7-10 мин от метро . Все достопримечательности рядом! Сам отель хороший простой за эти деньги просто супер! Завтраки отличные , номер чистый , все работает: душ кондиционер холодильник . Персонал отзывчивый ненавязчивый! Тихо спокойно никто не пристает.

Kedves fogadtatás a személyzet részéről. Kiemelkedő munkájukat köszönjük. Vendéglátásban kiválóan teljesítettek. Különösen a recepciós fiú akitől minden segítséget kaptunk. A takaritóknak köszönjük a minden napi takarítást.

Jó lett volna egy mikró, de kérésre azt is megoldotta a recepciós, amit szintén köszönünk.

Funcionarios, tanto da recepcao, cozinha e limpeza, fantasticos e, te ajudam em tudo que precisar. Localizacao muito boa para quem quer viver uma esperiencia real em Istambul em um bairro com vida local proxima ao centro antigo.

Tivemos problemas em um dormitorio que nos destinaram, muito bom mas, com problemas de odor de esgoto. A falha era na engenharia no Sistema de sifonagem e ventilacao do banheiros. Logo se prontificaram a darnos outro dormitorio mas, como sou engenheiro resolvi o problema com silver tape e plasticos: a janela do dormitorio dava para uma rua com movimento e baixa insolacao direta. No Ultimo dia, NAO teve jeito, tivemos que mudar para eles resolverem definitivamente o problema. Voltaria a me hospedar la

The location was near grand bazar and galata. The staff was friendly and kind.

There was no fridge in the room so we couldn't keep any drinks cold. There was a noise out side the window, I think they were chicken or goose. The cupboard was broken. The room needs renovation

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Otağ. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of most of Istanbul’s major tourist attractions, making it very easy to explore the city. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The room and facilities were exactly as described, and everything we needed was available during our stay. They also served traditional Turkish breakfast of fresh items every morning. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

الفندق قريب لجميع المواصلات السيد الليبي كان طيب معنا شكرا لكل من قام بالمساعدة. النظافة في كل يوم والغرفة واسعة مترو للذهاب إلى حافلة المطار جد قريب الفطور بالمقارنة مع السعر متنوع.

Bathroom need more cleaning and there was smell which should be sorted out. Overall not bad for the price.

Очень удобное расположение. До всех главных достопримечательностей мы ходили пешком. Завтрак и правда великолепный за такую стоимость. Есть сыр, колбаса, оливки и маслины, яйца, омлет, хлеб, джемы и масло, печенье, фрукты и овощи, чай и кофе. В номере есть все удобства (фен, чайник, холодильник, тапочки, мыло, шампуни, полотенца, вай-фай). Спасибо персоналу за отзывчивость👍👍🎰 мы даже решили продлить проживание

Сам район немного грязный, показался не безопасным, хотя никто не приставал. Просто такое общение сложилось

Очень удобная локация. До Босфора можно дойти пешком, рядом много достопримечательностей. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Удобные матрасы. Великолепный завтрак. За эту цену супер предложение!

J’étais près de tout vraiment bien

Чудове розташування - зручно доїжджати з аеропорту Сабіхи, близько до жвавих районів, поруч є багато закладів з їжею та супермаркет. Вночі було тихо. Номер простий, але все охайно. Персонал дуже привітний, можна залишити речі після виселення. Сніданок достойний - є сирні нарізки, овочі, хліб, джеми, яйця, оливки. Також фільтр-кава та чай. Для транзитної ночівлі - все більш ніж ок.

I walked three stories using the stairs. It seems to me a different building, not the one the reception desk was in. Perhaps they are sharing this among a few hotels around.

Персонал удобно они всегда на стойке регистрации. Что тебе надо они сразу тебе на помощь идут. Я у них была несколько раз . Все рядом , очень удобная локация. И своих всех отправлю к ним . Спасибо вам ребята.

I was about to leave a nice review about that it’s trash but still ok considering the price, but on our last day we noticed cockroaches and this is unacceptable and just awful.

During my stay in Istanbul, I stayed in Hotel Otağ which I booked for 3 nights. I saw that hotel was cheap so I booked it. Going to the hotel is a bit of a challenge as the road was steep and so many hill roads. I stayed at room 208 and during the first day of my arrival I felt a bit uncomfortable because of the small cockroach but I let it pass because it feels so little. During the night I also saw cockroaches on the fridge, on the table and in the bathroom. That made me feel disgusted. So the next day, I went to reception to tell the incident. They let me book to room 207 which is an upgrade and i didn’t see any more cockroaches. Breakfast served is decent for the price.

A környék elég rossz. A fürdőszoba penészes volt, az ajtók alatt hatalmas rés, csótányok is mászkáltak. A wifi a szobában nem volt fogható.

I would definitely recommend this place. It's affordable and in a very good location, close to trams and buses and Bosphorus cruise boats, still comfortably quiet at night. Don't miss out of the Aqueduct of Valens at night, just 5-7 minutes walk away. Very friendly and helpful reception staff — a special thumb up for Jacob! Got to check in early one hour and check out late 2 hours. The room was new and pretty clean, though AC didn't work at all first night. They fixed it the next days. Reasonable good breakfast and comfy, new bed, but…

120 cm isn't really a double bed as I booked (I booked for two). When it is half an hour left, guests should still get coffee at breakfast. Especially since eggs were not available unless you showed up early. Curtains were very "excaccurate". Please add the 10-15 cm ekstra to make it easier to block out light next time you buy curtains and remember hangers in the rooms (I asked and got) ;) Hanging cupboard door (bathroom) and some black small hairs in my room was unnecessary ( I am blond). I think hairnet should be required as I see this (small hairs) many places in Eastern Europe
