Voyage Belek Golf & Spa Hotel

Het ontbijt was prima. Het aquapark is leuk opgezet en vooral de medewerkers van het aquapark waren erg aardig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Agressieve katten die gasten aanvallen. Onze dochter is tijdens de lunch aan tafel aangevallen door een kat. De kat sprong vanuit het niets naar haar arm en krabde haar daarbij diep. Omdat de katten niet gevaccineerd zijn en er een risico op rabiës bestaat, moesten we met spoed naar het ziekenhuis. Daar moest zij worden gevaccineerd tegen tetanus en rabiës. Voor rabiës kregen we een vaccinatieprogramma van vier prikken. Door dit incident waren we vanaf de lunchtijd tot ongeveer 22.30 uur in het ziekenhuis. De volgende dag mocht onze dochter bovendien niet zwemmen vanwege het risico op een bacteriële infectie in de wond. Wat ons vooral teleurstelde, was de reactie van het hotel. Het hotel nam geen verantwoordelijkheid en heeft zelfs geen excuses aangeboden. Wij zijn eerder bij Voyage Torba geweest en hadden daarom een heel andere service en kwaliteit verwacht. Ook het avondeten viel erg tegen. Er was de hele week nauwelijks variatie en vrijwel iedere avond werden dezelfde gerechten geserveerd. Helaas vonden we het eten bovendien niet echt lekker. Helaas vonden wij de service deze keer erg teleurstellend en totaal niet passend bij het niveau dat wij van het hotel gewend zijn. Voor ons voelde het eerder als een goedkoop all-inclusive hotel. Een zeer teleurstellende ervaring.

Some female staff at hotel where restaurant and main buffet is were extremely rude and kept giving bad looks to my fiance. When I approached staff to tell them about some of there staff looking at each other and giggling and looking making facing they said there were new and didn’t take it serious.

Just about everything! Full service to include all inclusive bar & snack services either from your place at the beach or hotel room! Extremely friendly personnel & very good food offered in the all their dining facilities!

2 things were somewhat frustrating: 1. The back door to our terrace by the pool always got stuck once locked! It took playing around with the lock switches several minutes to open. 2. The sink stand in the upper floor bathroom is on 4 legs that are dangerously positioned, I seriously damaged my small toe while using that facility in the middle of the night!

Понравилась каждая минута жизни в отеле. Во-первых, сделали апгрейд из корпуса B на двухэтажную виллу, рядом с которой бар, кафе и бассейны. Во-вторых, такого отзывчивого и мотивированного персонала в Турции мы не встречали, а это наш пятый отель за 5 лет. Еда, бассейны, аквапарки, пирсы, спа, аля карты - все великолепно. Детский клуб и его сотрудники - выше всяких похвал: клуб работает с 10 утра до полуночи, девятилетку невозможно было вытащить, целый день мероприятия, всех знают по именам, шутят, великолепно говорят по-русски. Питание очень разнообразное и постоянное, кормят везде и всегда, очень свежие овощи, рыба, супы, морепродукты, великолепно жарят масо, куча гарниров, питание для детей даже в баночках. Лежаки свободные есть всегда, прогулка по территории - отдельное удовольствие. Каждый вечер представление в амфитеатре и вечеринки с танцами. В целом, сервис и персонал замечательные, система ассистентов и заказа всего по QR - это очень удобно, за неделю обленились)

Может, к концу отдыха уборка номеров стала хромать, но совсем не критично. В середине мая бассейны прохладные, подогревается по ощущениям только бассейн 16+ и небольшие бассейны у корпуса А.

Были с ребенком, отдельный диван ей, в номере делюкс с джакузи очень твердый. Дочке было не удобно спать, очень. Так же, чтобы ей побыть отдельно от нас она сидела в гардеробной...с телефоном, матрас мы принесли из лежака с балкона. Мне очень не хватило двухкомнатных номеров для такой цены, и такого уровня отеля

This was our 4th visit and probably the best. Rooms were lovely on a high floor and together as requested with a lovely view. All requests were met and staff were all friendly and helpful. Food and drinks choices are really good. The resort was getting busier and ready for the warmer weather as we left, all areas were being painted and refreshed and new crockery and glassware appeared in the dining room. Lovely touches ,balloons, chocolates and champagne for my husband’s birthday and flowers for the ladies on International Women Day. Hope to be back again soon.. Thank you. 🤩

Es gab sehr viel zu unternehmen auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Spa Bereich ist super, der beheizte Außenpool war auch Ende Dezember ein Paar mal angenehm. Das Auswahl an Essen ist unnormal gut. Zu Silvester gab es ein Mega Programm.

Their rooms was comfortable, super clean, nice rooms. They assign assistan , they take care for everything day/night, special thanks to Faig and Servenaz - they were asking everyday if need smtng. Activities was enjoyable, entertainment staff very friendly. Pastry and choclate store was perfect.

Food quality could be better , especially sheep meat meals. there is extra service charge for Alacart restaurants , which should not be taken

Встретили Отлично!!! И сразу сюрприз, поселили в 2-х этажную вилу в тихом уютном месте с выходом на бассейн! Питание Отличное! Ресторан 24/7 просто манит качеством блюд и доброжелательностью персонала! Американский ресторан произвел неизгладимое впечатление!!! Молодцы!!! Изобилие оригинальных и качественных напитков в барах не оставляет никаких шансов пройти мимо!!! Пляжная зона располагает всеми возможными средствами для комфортного отдыха! Аквапарк, особенно детская зона- Супер!!! Территория в идеальной чистоте! Персонал отеля создает невероятную приятную обстановку во всем отеле!!! В отеле царит атмосфера реального отдыха!!! Отмечу классную работу команды Персональных ассистентов!!! С первых минут пребывания в отеле забываешь о долгой дороге!!

Есть незначительные моменты усталости некоторых элементов интерьера и экстерьера, которые нужно обновить.

Absolutely excellent resort!

It is a great facility with generally very welcoming and friendly staff - we have been there several times before.

Unfortunately I got food poisoning 3 days into my 5 night stay which meant I was unable to enjoy the food and drink on offer and it spoiled a family celebration. The response from the hotel was very disappointing - after dismissing my concerns about possible sources they tried to claim that I had “eaten too many different things from the buffet” (what?!?) and offered a box of chocolates as compensation (which obviously I couldn’t eat and were inconvenient to carry home). At this price-point I think it was totally unsatisfactory and left a poor impression. Having been to this resort several times before, I’m sad to say that I am unlikely to be returning again.

The facilites were great, big pool, lots of options for lunch, the beach and the piers were amazing. The food was very good. Cocktails were mostly good. Kids options were great. Adults only area was nice. They have an insane patisserie! The bungalow room was lovely (but see below). Comfortable bed, great shower, lots of space. Some members of staff were really friendly. Adults breakfast restaurant has a lovely view. 24h restaurant is very nice!

Check-in process could be improved - not clear whom to speak to, and requests and preferences not taken into account. Our room was not ready on time. The bungalows are more suitable for families than couples - they are next to the kids club and the balconies and rooms are very exposed from the paths. Most place close at midnight so the only option for drinks is 24h restaurant or the bar in reception which doesn’t have an outside. Food was repetitive (and we only stayed for 4 nights). Some cocktails were watered down. Wine that was offered was of varying quality.

Leider hat mir die Sauberkeit in diesem Hotel nicht gefallen. Von der Zimmerreinigung, über die Lobby bis hin zu den Pool/Strandliegen. Insbesondere die Türen und Spiegel im gesamten Hotel waren ziemlich verdreckt. Die Poolanlage und die Liegen hätten auch eine Grundreinigung nötig.

Çok güzel vakit geçirdik, bu yüzden otele puanım tam. Genel olarak her şey gayet güzeldi. Yoğunluk sebebiyle hizmette ufak tefek aksaklıklar olsa da bunlar bizim için önemli değildi, çünkü misafirleri memnun etmek adına ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Sadece hijyen konusunda beklentimizin biraz altında kaldı. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde havasız ve tozlu olması bizi şaşırttı; bu seviyedeki bir otele çok da yakıştıramadım. Daha fazla özen gösterilirse deneyim çok daha kusursuz olabilir. Aynı klasmandaki diğer otellerde hijyen açısından daha iyi bir deneyim yaşamıştık.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und es bleibt uns als sehr schöne Erinnerung.

Wegen der vielen Gäste kam es manchmal zu kleinen Verzögerungen im Service, aber das kann passieren. Trotzdem werden wir die Zeit dort schön in Erinnerung behalten.

Unser Aufenthalt im Voyage Belek war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und das gesamte Team war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt, mit herrlichen Gärten, direktem Strandzugang und einer beeindruckenden Poollandschaft. Das kulinarische Angebot ist herausragend – von den vielfältigen Buffets bis zu den À-la-carte-Restaurants ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, und die Qualität der Speisen ist erstklassig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den aufmerksamen Service, der dafür sorgt, dass man sich jederzeit wie ein geschätzter Gast fühlt. Unser Zimmer war modern, komfortabel und stets makellos sauber. Ob am Strand, am Pool oder im Spa – überall spürt man die Liebe zum Detail und den hohen Standard des Hauses. Die zahlreichen Freizeitangebote und das abwechslungsreiche Abendprogramm sorgen dafür, dass keine Langeweile aufkommt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Voyage Belek uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

All was fantastic (grounds, staff, food, kids entertainment/facilities, range of premium drinks). Only let down was the shower room is practically level with the hallway and the water always escapes out so we end up with towels all outside the door. Despite this, we would still return as everything else was excellent.

If there is a person who might not like this place then they can't like anything :D everything from beginning to end was amazing.

Very live hotel , big territory, great beach, good service , 2 tested pools and many not heated .

Some rooms are above the generator and noisy. However the hotel dealt with this well and moved is to another room .

Everything was perfect. Great food, a variety of clean and warm pools, Luna Park, Kids club, even the arcade. Room was in decent condition. Clean and managed. Staff super friendly!!!! Really loved the chocolates after each meal.

Well, the only problem was communication. When I booked the room here, I messaged the hotel that I would like to request late checkout baring all fees. Got a confirmation here on Booking.com with a message from the hotel stating that my late checkout is confirmed and guaranteed. When we got to the hotel, reception told me that there is no guaranteed late checkout. The hotel's Booking.com manager should communicate with the hotel staff and provide the same info. It was really frustrating to find out last minute that we had to pack all our stuff and leave the room immediately.

Voyage Belek is a facility we have visited before. Once again, we had a peaceful and comfortable holiday as we expected.

I would say it is time to change the bed in the room we stayed in. Apart from that, I was surprised that there were no bathrobes for men in our room.

Fantastic hotel. We had the best time from the beginning till the end. Excellent service, specially hard working staff from accommodation. Thanks to Narilya we had very clean room every day. She was so much attentive to details. We also would like to note three people from Guest Relation: Tanju, Emrah and Ferdi. They were always ready to help with all our questions. And thanks to all the hotel staff. The food was outstanding, the pastries, coffee. Excellent! Absolutely stunning hotel, beautiful resort, cozy and enjoyable for walk. We will definitely come back. Great design with sea views. Our deluxe 5 floor room had a lovely big balcony with hot tub. The check in process was great and efficient. Greeted with champagne and lovely welcome flower bouquet and fruit bowl in the room. Great use of wattsapp group with personal assistants. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed during the winter schedule so the heated outdoor pool was packed so unable to get a sunbed by the pool. Also only a few restaurants were open of which 2 were also closed on Sunday so the choice was very limited. The spa allowed children unlimited access so the pool was busy with children of which none used the Children’s pool. Also children and mothers with babies were using the steam and saunas.

One of the best hotels I've ever been! There are so many great things about Voyage, but I'd highlight one: its staff. They give an impression that they genuinely care about every guest, and it shows in a big things and in a very small details. It was especially visible during New Year celebration; I was amazed how well the staff was prepared, and how cheerful and nice they were, despite being obviously very busy with their work. It's not only staff though - the hotel is modern, comfortable, very clean, territory is big and very green. Food is great, you can find everything you love. We loved spa - nice to spend time during the winter season. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is not a critique, but keep in mind - this is very big hotel, with several buildings and a lot of quests. It doesn't feel crowded, but still, something to keep in mind when you plan your vacation.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent service, it is already very good by default, but if you have any extra needs personal assistant will fix it for you.

These are small nitpickicks, which do not affect overall experience, just want to pass this feedback to the hotel: - toilets in mini club need more frequent cleaning - pool in the indoor spa is colder than outdoor, it would be nice to make it a bit more warm inside - rooms have very little storage space for small items. There are night stands and that's it. Additional small table or chest of drawers would be nice, otherwise any free space turns into a pile of things, which you cannot place anywhere else. I had to move phone under the bed just to fit my laptop somewhere.

We liked the very friendly staff, the food, the gym, the fantastic aqua park which the kids loved and the excellent location. The beach proximity was really lovely and there were plentiful beds by the pool and beach.

We didn’t like the very cold swimming pool that we just couldn’t go in, the loud music which consistently blared out around the pool all day (despite us requesting for it to be reduced). We are convinced the alcohol is watered down (not that we drank that much) but cocktails were sometimes disappointing, also the champagne and prosecco were unfortunately always flat.

The employees are very helpful and attentive. Rooms are serviced twice a day which is a really good point(optional).

It's not something I didn't like, but it's a point that could be improved; all a la carte meals are paid (except for the Turkish restaurant). There weren't many options for lunch.

The main buffet area is very congested. During dinner hours it’s difficult to find an available table and many kids are running around. I saw a few times that a child dropped the utensils/tongs on the ground and set it back into the buffet line.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was great and extremely helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. It may not suit all tastes but I couldn't even try everything I wanted to. The patisserie was a delightful surprise, offering a range of delicious pastries and desserts that were simply irresistible. It was a high season and I hope that it stays the same around the year. Cause I consider revisiting this hotel when I am too bored of work. The room was big enough for us as a couple. It was comfortable and AC was working well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would like to endorse several people from the staff. I almost never do that but they work hard and deserve it: Bartenders Orhan & Emre Can Waiters Tahir & Can and one more person whom I can't remember his name. Keep up the good work! Lastly I want to thank our v. assistant Mr. Ferdi Direkci for everything he did.

There have been teeny-weeny issues not worth mentioning. Talk to the personnel and consider the problem gone!

Good location! I addition, we enjoyed the beach and facilities around it. Pool is great! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Our son enjoyed Kids Club and was ready to spend all the time there)) Overall, our stay met our expectations and we enjoyed our vocation.

Some facilities need renovation already. Probably, due to high occupancy a property wears out faster. I know it is difficult, but I would think of harmonious placement of food counters.

Fantastic all inclusive with all the facilities from a 5 star resort
