Mona Bosphorus Hotel

The location , the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We will surely come back

Небольшой отель. до Босфора, ресторанов минут 15 -20 пешком. Недалеко есть магазины. Отель находится в холмистой местности, ходить тяжеловато, хорошая нагрузка на организм. Вежливый персонал. Регулярный клининг, все чисто, аккуратно. Тихий квартал, единственное, в 5 утра примерно, звучит молитва. Слышно даже с закрытыми окнами. Но так наверное, везде в Стамбуле. У кого нет проблем со сном, можно спать дальше, длится примерно минут 20. Вместо привычных одеял - хлопковые покрывала - оказались приемлемым вариантом, хотя и непривычно

Завтрак всегда одинаковый: омлет, отварные яйца, сыры, овощи, соусы, кексы, хлопья. Один раз за 5 дней были сосиски. Мясной нарезки и блюд нет вообще. Преодически возникали проблемы с дверным замком, но персонал приходил на помощь оперативно. Очень тонкие стены, видимо: слышно, как закипает чайник в соседней комнате или как работает кондиционер. Кровать двойная, по факту две кровати, 2 матраса разных сверху один наматрасник, не удобная тем, что матрасы разъезжаются постоянно.

The staff were exceptional,they speak English which is rare in Istanbul. Rizwan was very good as well as Behtan the receptionist. Both were extremely patient with us and friendly. Food was good for price paid. There was a car park that is a bonus. The area around is very nice.

The way to reach the hotel was like a sharp uphill. There is no sound canceling between the rooms

Getting to the hotel was quite a workout being on a hill. Could do a better job cleaning too. The floor was sticky when we got it.

The hotel stuff was very kind and helpful. The room was quite comfy and has all you need during 2-3 days of vacancy. Location is nice as well, it was quiete enough in the neigbourhood so there is no noise of Ortaköy itself. But some other guests were laud. You can hear them easily. Walking to the hotel from Ortaköy is possible but not for everyone, it is quite steep, so with child or luggage I dont recommend. However walking down to Ortaköy is quite pleasant.

Cleaning of the bathroom could have been better.

The only good thing was the view, but the windows were extremely dirty.

The rooms are unmaintained, the bathroom fan was making a noise like a plane taking off, the toilet seat was loose, the wifi was terrible, and one room smelled very strongly of cigarettes.

الفندق ممتاز وانصح به والمنطقة هادئة جدا وقريب من جسر البيسفور ولكن لا انصح به لكبار السن فقط العوائل ومن لديه مقدره على النزول والصعود لانه في تل مرتفع

صعوبة المشي إليه اذا كان لديك كبار سن لو توجد خدمة في الفندق لنقل القاطنين من الشارع الرئيسي إلى الفندق سيكون فندق مثل

Гледката от последния етаж е страхотна, снаята е хубава широка и имат хубав паркинг, закуската също беше добра

Децата трябваше да спят на доста странни разтегателни диванчета( мънички и много неудобни ) и то едното е в спалнята, а другото в хола и за тях завивки( горни) нямаше. Дръжката на спалнята пада 😅 и има голяма дупка зад душа иначе е модерно , но все пак детайлите и поддръжката са важни 😂 за една нощувка е добре

Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, vielen Dank vor allem an Rıdvan bey. Wasser, Tee und Kaffee soviel man möchte und ein gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber.

Das Standard Zimmer ist vergleichsmäßig sehr groß zu anderen Hotels, jedoch waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Aufgrund der Nachbarn hatten wir leider schlaflose Nächte.

Gute ruhige Lage, klein & sauber und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, süße Hotelkatze🐈, leckeres lokales Frühstück. Rundum ein gutes Paket für eine Istanbulreise. Fähren sind gut fussläufig zu erreichen

Робота адміністратора. При реєстрації було все добре, при виізді, напередодні ми попросили ранній сніданок, нас запевнили, що без проблем організують, а коли вранці прийшли, то відмовили, бо іх ніхто не попередив. Тому, якщо ранішній від"їзд, то будете голодні

اول مره اعمل تقييم بهذا الشكل عدم احترام العميل والتعامل بنفس غير طيبه والكذب هذا هو تعاملهم ححزت اطلاله الدور الثالث وحضرت ولم يكن احد في الادوار العليا والموظفين يقولون الفندق فل واعطوني دور اول بلغتهم يقولون الفندق فل طبعاً كذابين لديهم عنصريه مع اني بعد ما سكنت موجود حجز للاطلاله اداور علياء مشيت الامور لأنها ليله المكان في جبال ولا يستحق وللأمانه الفندق نظيف لكن تعاملهم يخليك تكره الفندق

Great, spacious room with an amazing view. Obviously that means quite a climb, getting to the hotel, but it's worthwhile. Decent breakfast, and it was not crowded at all. Staff was helpful.

The staff very kind and helpful

The room door is not properly soundproofed, and a significant amount of light comes through from underneath the door, which is very disturbing. In addition, the curtains are damaged and cannot be fully closed, making the sunlight in the morning extremely uncomfortable. The curtains urgently need maintenance or replacement with higher-quality ones. The hotel should also improve the doors to provide proper sound and light insulation for guests’ comfort.

المكان جميل جدا رغم انه في مرتفعات لكبار السن ومطل البحر كما ان الموظفين قي قمة الأدب وخاصة الموظف deger كانوا راعين كان حجزي يومين وجددت ليوم اخر ، كما انه يبعد مشي عن شارع البطاطا 12 دقيقه مشي ،وحديقة يلدز 30 دقيقه مشى ،ويبعد عن بازار بشكتاش 42 دقيقة مشي

Özellikle çalışanların güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyonel yaklaşımları konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendimizi gerçekten çok iyi karşılanmış hissettik. We often stay in Istanbul, and it’s always a bit of a gamble what kind of accommodation you’ll get neither the location nor the rating plays a big role. However, Hotel Mona is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness and comfort are at a very high level. But the people who work there are the best part. From the housekeeping staff, who are wonderful and always ready to help with anything you need, to the entire reception team—Hakan is a truly kind person who helped us a lot, from fixing toys to calling taxis, ordering food, or even arranging medicines from the pharmacy. We didn’t have to worry about anything. And then there’s Omar, who keeps everything under control and even knows what kind of coffee you drink, truly an unforgettable experience. Hotel Mona Bosphorus will definitely be our first choice whenever we come to Istanbul. It has a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, is just 5 minutes from Kumpir Street, and offers parking.
