Quarto confortável e limpo, cama muito boa e banheira funcionando. Limpeza diária e ainda deixam água gratuita no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom e localização maravilhosa, perto de tudo. Atendimento da recepção excepcional em especial o Daniel, sempre muito educado e prestativo. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza. Reservem sem medo.

При отеле есть кафе, где очень вкусно готовят, а еще очень большие и сытные порции. Нас еще угощали каждые 5 минут, пока мы ужинали, это очень ценно и приятно. Номера чистые, красивые, есть несколько номеров с балконом. А на верху терраса для жителей, с шикарным видом. Рекомендую от всей души.

He was the staff member who seemed most concerned about our situation and made a genuine effort to help. He understood that I had just undergone surgery and that I had specifically chosen this hotel because I needed a quiet, cool room where I could rest without sweating. Whenever problems arose, he was apologetic and tried to find solutions.

UPDATE AFTER PUBLICATION: After this review was published, the hotel privately offered me €60 and a future stay in exchange for removing it. The total booking cost was €145. When I asked for payment before removing the review, I was instructed to remove it first and provide my payment information. I was also told the representative was “really disappointed” in me, despite my review acknowledging his efforts. Several messages were later deleted. After I declined the offer and closed the discussion, I was contacted from a different personal number. I found this inappropriate and uncomfortable. No compensation was received. The air conditioning was a serious problem throughout almost our entire three-night stay. On the first night, it did not work, so we moved to another hotel and slept there. We returned the next day after being told it was fixed, but it still did not cool the room properly. On the final day, the AC worked briefly and then stopped, sometimes for hours. We repeatedly went downstairs, were told it was working or another technician was coming, returned upstairs, and discovered it had stopped again. This was extremely frustrating because I was recovering from surgery and had explained that I needed a cool room where I would not be sweating. Housekeeping and another staff member also entered our room without waiting for an answer. My mother was inside, and we were both surprised and upset. The English-speaking gentleman later apologized, which I appreciated, but staff should never enter an occupied room without permission. After another AC failure, I requested another room or a refund. We were moved again to the alternative hotel, but received a smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes and chemicals used to disguise the smell. The Linda Port room was clean and spacious, but the AC failures, relocations and constant disruption made the stay deeply uncomfortable.

The room was super nice, comfortable and what we expected in terms of space and comfortable. The breakfast is small but they have good variety. The staff is reliable, friendly and you have a nice rooftop that you can see great views from the Blue Mosque. In general we recommend staying in this hotel, not so far from the city centre, 10min walk to a tram that is well communicated with the rest of the city. They clean a lot! It was very clean and they change and tidy the room everyday, very good point!!

The first day the AC( air conditioner) was broken, so from the 4 nights we only have it working one day and it was quite warm inside the rooms! BUT they provide us from the first night so beforehand with a fan so it was OK. They could improve the coffee, in general the drinks they serve at breakfast. And be careful with the shower gel, soap in general, it was not set correctly and when we tried to put some it fell down to the floor( hurting a little bit ourselves)

We had a few unpleasant situations with the air conditioning, but they fixed it in 1-2 days so in general it was okay.

Все очень понравилось. Все было чисто, завтраки вкусные. Персоналы очень вежливые и дружелюбные. Должны были заселиться в 14:00, но отнеслись с пониманием после перелета заселили в 8:00 часов утра, и предлагали завтрак. Хотя это не входили в бронирование. С ребенком очень было удобно, комната просторная.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was a serious problem throughout almost our entire three-night stay. On the first night, the AC was not working and we had to sleep at another hotel. The following day we returned to Linda Port after being told the air conditioning had been fixed, but during the night it was still not cooling the room properly. The situation continued on the final day. The AC would work for a short period, then stop again, sometimes for hours. We repeatedly went downstairs, were told it was working or that another technician was coming, went back to the room, and shortly afterwards it would stop again. This constant cycle of being told it was fixed and then discovering that it was not became extremely frustrating. This was particularly difficult because I had just undergone surgery and had specifically explained that I could not stay somewhere where I would be sweating. There was also an uncomfortable incident where housekeeping entered our room together with a staff member without waiting for us to answer the door. My mother was inside and we were very surprised and upset by this. The English-speaking gentleman later called to apologize, which I appreciated, but guests should never have their room entered like this without permission. Eventually, after yet another AC failure, I told the hotel that we either needed another room/hotel or a refund because I could no longer stay under those conditions. We were moved again to the same alternative hotel used on the first night. Unfortunately, the room we received there was a smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes and the fragrance/chemical used to cover the smell. The room at Linda Port itself was reasonably clean and a decent size, but because of the constant air-conditioning problems it was impossible for me to describe the stay as comfortable.

The entrance guys were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Everything worked and it was a really nice stay altogether.

I’d recommend to do something about the bedding because it kept getting shifted so the mattress was exposed which wasn’t really hygienic (you were able to see hair from previous guests). We were in the room when a cleaning staff member came to clean and they made a picture of our room, guessing because it was too messy and they seemed very upset about it. They communicated that they will change towels and bedding but not touch our personal stuff. We would never expect a cleaning staff member to tidy our clothes etc and since we were in the room and didn’t leave the room like that, it felt rather unprofessional to be making pictures of our personal items.

Absolutely loved our stay at Linda Port Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the customer service was outstanding. The location is perfect—right in the heart of great dining and nightlife, while still being peaceful and not overly loud. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A wonderful breakfast was available every morning, which was a lovely way to start the day. It’s also incredibly convenient for getting around, with easy access to trains, trams and taxis, and many of Istanbul’s main sights within walking distance. Highly recommend Linda Port Hotel for its excellent location, wonderful service, delicious breakfast and great value for money. We would happily stay here again!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault the property. The rooftop had a beautiful view of Istanbul and the ships out on the water. The only concern was that some of the rooftop railings did not feel sufficiently strong or secure. This could be improved to provide greater peace of mind and safety for guests.

Great location, lots of restaurants near by, easy location to navigate to many of the big tourist attractions. Room was comfortable and large enough. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty and in my mind had plenty of options.

Not the easiest to get to from the airport if you want to take train options, bit of a walk (with some hills) but doable. Or use alternate transport.

Hotel pulito ordinato , si trova in una zona ben servita dalla metro e circondata da tanti locali e negozi di qualsiasi tipologia! Oltre la colazione buonissima e varia ( dolce e salata ) , abbiamo mangiato tantissime volte anche per cena e tutto era veramente molto buono ! Il proprietario , Daniel e tutto lo staff gentilissimi , sempre disponibili ! Se dovessi tornare ad Istanbul lo sceglierei nuovamente 👍🏻👍🏻!

We had the jacuzzi room, the roof had a tiny leak and another leak was covered up but still visible.

Fantastic location. Staff were great. Breakfast was really good! Room was a good size. Rooftop has nice views.

Air conditioning was not very powerful, but staff kindly lent us a fan. Probably not an issue for most but it was quite hot when we visited!

Bei der Tür zum Balkon war die Scheibe völlig lose, daher war es auch bei geschlossenem Fenster laut durch die Restaurants. Balkon und Balkonmöbel schmutzig und kaum zu benutzen

Super gelegenes Hotel um kulturelle Ausflüge zu machen sowie der Grande Bazar ist zu Fuss leicht erreichbar. Hotel Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns alles auf einem Plan gezeigt wo was sich lohnt. Wir mussten bei der Abreise bereits um 05.30 Uhr auschecken, und wir bekamen einen leckeren Luch zum mitnehmen, damit haben wir gar nicht gerechnet, Vielen Dank

Notre premier voyage a Istanbul avec mes enfants, la personne en charge de notre arrivée nous a remis une carte d'Istanbul et nous a montré tous les monuments a visité avec leur itinéraire, nous a conseillé. Le petit déjeuner était varié et le reste du personnel aimable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Нас прекрасно встретили, поддерживали номер в чистоте и порядке, рассказали прямо на карте об оптимальных маршрутах и какие достопримечательности посмотреть. Sehr nettes Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet war unglaublich vielfältig! Frisches Obst, verschiedenes Gebäck, Müsli, Tee, Kaffee, Säfte… richtig lecker. Wir haben es sehr genossen draußen in der warmen Sonne zu frühstücken. Die zentrale Lage ist super, man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt, dicht am Bosporus und kann alles erkunden.

Rendkívül kedves, figyelmes volt a személyzet! Mindenben segítettek, rendelkezésre álltak. Kaptunk Istanbulkartot is, amit csak fel kellett töltenünk a szükséges összeggel. Pazar reggelit kaptunk,minden volt a svédasztalon, amit csak kívánni lehet: péksütemények, édesek, sósak; gyümölcsök, zöldségek, ritkán látni ilyen kínálatot! Saját kávézója van a szállodának, ahol egyszerű reggeli, ebéd és vacsora is rendelhető, a szálló vendégeknek 10% kedvezmény járt! Összességében nagyon megszerettük, pedig első nap kicsit ijesztő volt a nyüzsgő, "törökös", környék, a szűk utcákkal és a rengeteg étteremmel, bolttal. Minden igazán közel van, könnyű közlekedni, szép a kilátás a tetőteraszról!

Sajnos a légkondicionáló berendezés egy régi rendszer, ami nagy csöveken fújja a levegőt. Éjszakára ki kellett kapcsolni, hogy tudjunk aludni,viszont örülünk, hogy volt! :)

Am avut un sejur minunat la Linda Port Hotel. Totul a fost perfect, de la curățenie și confort până la amabilitatea personalului, care ne-a făcut să ne simțim foarte bineveniți. Micul dejun a fost excelent, foarte diversificat și gustos, cu multe opțiuni proaspete și de calitate. Hotelul este bine întreținut, atmosfera este plăcută, iar serviciile sunt impecabile. Ne-am bucurat de fiecare moment petrecut aici și cu siguranță vom reveni. Recomand cu toată încrederea acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc un sejur relaxant și fără griji!

Een heel gezellig familie hotel, vriendelijk personeel wat altijd voor je klaar staat. Het ontbijt was ontzettend uitgebreid! Waar we vooral van genoten hebben is de locatie, temidden van alle terrasjes en restaurants. Geweldig. We hadden luchthaven pick up via het hotel en ook dit was prima geregeld.

Toilet heeft reparatie nodig en er zijn wat meer dingen die wat aandacht mogen krijgen. Het dakterras kan wat aantrekkelijker gemaakt worden.

Le personnel au petit soin, que ça soit les patrons, la dame de chambre etc d'une gentillesse adorable. Le placement dans un quartier agréable et très animé, proche de tout le vieux Istanbul et des sites à visiter. Métro, tram et bus à proximité. Chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Tout était top ! Petit souci d'odeur dans la salle de bain mais pris en compte :)

La habitaciones: amplias y cómodas. El desayuno: muy variado con pastelitos caseros buenisimos. El personal muy atento.

La ubicación, ya que se encontraba en un barrio un poco alejado del centro, el barrio de pescadores. Un barrio antiguo bastante viejo y con poco interés turístico. La recepción, el hall, la zona de comedor estaba todo junto y bastante desordenada y poco atractiva. Muy fea.

L'albergo si trova, a differenza della primissima impressione, in un quartiere bello e ricco di ristoranti. Per tale motivo le stanze che danno sulla strada possono risultare molto numerose e per chi preferisce andare a letto presto o ha il sonno leggero non sono l'ideale. Dopo la prima notte abbiamo chiesto una stanza più tranquilla e sono stato accontentato. Camere con buona metratura e comode anche per tre persone adulte. Alcune hanno la doccia, molto grande e funzionale, (camera della prima notte) altre hanno addirittura la vasca Jacuzzi (camera avuta successivamente). Posizione strategica a circa 15 minuti a piedi dall'ippodromo, moschea blu e Santa Sofia. Personale gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare. Ci è stata prestata una Istanbul Card (carta ricaricabile per i mezzi di trasporto) che poi abbiamo restituito al check-out. Possibilità di prenotare un taxi per l'aeroporto di Istanbul (€ 50,00 solo andata, € 90,00 A/R da pagare cash alla reception.

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata poiché abbastanza ripetitiva e senza indicare su alcuni prodotti se ciò che proposto è dolce e/o salato. Piuttosto basica senza grosse alternative, con mancanza quasi assoluta di succhi di frutta. Bevande calde, erogate da macchina elettrica, di qualità scadente o quanto meno discutibile. La sala colazione, che poi è anche la hall della struttura, è piuttosto spartana con pochi tavoli disponibili. L'albergo dispone di terrazza che potrebbe essere sfruttata ed adibita a sala colazione, permettendo agli ospiti di poter godere di una bella vista, liberando così l'entrata dell'albergo in maniera da poterla rendere più importante e dare un'impressione del tutto diversa a chi vi entra. Materassi e cuscini scomodi. In particolare sui letti era posizionato un materasso sopra ad un altro e che tendeva continuamente a spostarsi. La pulizia dovrebbe essere migliorata. Le cameriere entravano tutti i giorni per sistemare la stanza e per il cambio degli asciugamani ma credo non abbiano mai scopato o passato l'aspirapolvere. La vasca Jacuzzi presentava uno strato nero e per sederci buttavamo un telo da bagno.

Personal muy atento con cada detalle, cálidos en su atención y calidad humana de primera. Todos fueron muy amables desde que llegamos y nos acompañaron en cada consulta hasta el último minuto. Desayunos abundantes, habitación impecable, toallas limpias todos los días Hasta tuvieron la amabilidad de ayudarnos lavando nuestra ropa sucia antes de seguir nuestro viaje Al momento de solicitar tour, se preocupaban de acompañarnos hasta la van y darnos información relevante. Incluso, mientras esperábamos nos daban alguna atención adicional como un te turco. Estamos muy agradecidos con todo el equipo de Linda Port Hotel Mención especial a Daniel, el chico de recepción, las damas de la limpieza y el chico del restaurante Sin duda alguna, vale completamente la pena y lo recomendarnos a todos nuestros amigos y conocidos

Lo mejor del hotel es su personal, nos sentimos muy arropados y cuidados en especial por Daniel que estuvo siempre atento y dispuesto. La habitación esta muy bien y el desayuno muy rico. La ubicación esta muy bien para visitar Estambul. Es una zona llena de restaurantes así que cuando vuelves de un largo día de turismo puedes relajarte sin tener que complicarte mucho. Un hotel muy recomendable.

El ruido exterior, al estar en una zona tan animada el ruido es un poco molesto pero no se puede tener todo. La almohada un poco alta para mi gusto.

Hôtel très bien situé, dans un quartier atypique et animé. Les principales attractions touristiques sont accessibles à pieds. La terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner est très agréable. Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et arrangeant. Service au top.

L’infrastructure de l’hôtel est un peu vieillissante, les chambres et notamment les salles de bain mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Les serviettes de bain sont aussi trop anciennes et mériteraient d’être renouvelées. Dans la chambre il n’y a pas de volets ou de rideaux occultants ce qui laisse rentrer la lumière du jour, il ne fait jamais vraiment noir ce qui peut être dérangeant pour certaines personnes. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais un peu redondant. Aussi, un jus pressé serait beaucoup mieux que les jus industriels en bouteille.

the hotel was localized in a good place. we had no balcony, as it was at the photographs. in the room we had no chairs, but the lovely personal brought us some when we asked for them. the room has a good wifi, and air-condition.

the place was a bit dirty and needs some reconstruction. the roof offered a really nice view, but we cannot sit there, the place was terribly dirty and nobody cared about that.

Hotel room was clean and spacious. We got a room upgrade for free. Breakfast was good, too.

Great location as it’s close to many restaurants, metro, the sea, town centre and many shopping facilities. Daniel, the concierge, is friendly, kind, and accommodating. He gave us great tips where to travel and buy stuff that’s needed. He helped us with booking our trips, and packed us sandwiches for our early flight.

The rooftop has great view, but needs a bit of cleaning.

Unica nota negativa....locali sotto albergo aperti fino a tarda sera.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein sehr umfangreiches, türkisches Frühstück. Vieles wurde frisch gebacken, wie z.B. das super leckere Börek.

Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen ABER es war alles, immer sauber!

La posizione era ottima x la ns visita. Il titolare è tutto lo staff e’ stato molto presente e disponibile per le ns esigenze al quale rivolgiamo i ns ringraziamenti.

Posizione comoda, a qualche centinaio di metri dal tram. Colazione discreta sia dolce che salata. La stanza molto carina

Unica grande pecca la pulizia della camera quasi nulla. A malapena cambiate le lenzuola (forse mai) , servizi igienici mai puliti in 4 giorni. Cestini svuotati una volta. La vasca idromassaggio non era in ottimo stato, abbastanza vecchiotta e con soffione della doccia rotto.

Jó elhelyezkedés. A személyzet segítőkész. Minden nap cserélik a törölközőket. Reggeli változatos, sokféle, de a helyi ételek vannak 90%-ban. Nem a megszokott kontinentális reggeli.

A mi 2 fős szobánk nagyon kicsi volt. A tetőteraszt a sirályok teleszarják (de ez nem a szállás hibája), de ennek is megvan a varázsa. 😁😂

Está muy bien ubicado, el personal amable, limpio y cómodo. Calidad Precio correcto.

Si tengo que poner un pero, el almuerzo era muy repetitivo, debería ser más variable, poco salado y mucho dulce. Pero se desayuna bien.

Jediné, co bylo zajímavé-výhled z balkonu.

Všechno bylo špatné:pokoj je příliš malý pro 3 lidí, rozbité splachovadlo na záchodě, malá šatna, rozbité a špinavé posezení na balkoně. Snídaně příšerná, 4 Snídaně a výběr ten samý, nečerstve, došel kečup,nikdo nedoplnil tři dny. Chybí šálky na čaj,nádobí špinavé, hnus.
