المكان و الموقع رائع جدا و قد استمتعنا كثيرا مع العائلة

لقد كانت هناك قروبات من الشباب و البنات من المدارس و الجامعات و لديهم أنشطة في الفندق مما كان يسبب لنا الكثير من الازعاج نظرا للصوت العالي و وجودهم في نفس المكان و ليس في مكان معزول اغلب الموظفين لا يجيدون غير اللغة التركية حتىالأنشطة المتوفرة لا يتحدثوا فيها غير التركية و بالتالي لم نتمكن من الانضمام لهذه الأنشطة مثل نشاط الفراولة و الحفل الغنائي و غيرها من الأنشطة يوجد نزلاء مع كلابهم في المنطقة الغير مخصصة للزوار مع الحيوانات مما تسبب لنا في الازعاج طوال الليل و النهار بسبب الكلاب و وجودهم في الغرفة التي بجانبنا و عنما اشتكينا لللاستقبال أخبرونا أنه يوجد لهم مكان مخصص و لكن بسبب زحمة النزلاء جعلوا النزلاء مع الكلاب في المكان الغير مخصص لهم النظافة لم تكن بالشكل المتوقع .. عامل النظافة يدخل للغرفة يغير سلة المهملات و فرش السرير و يضيف الماء أما الحمام فلا يتم تنظيفه نهائيا مما تسبب برائحة غير مستحبة في الغرفة نظرا لطول فترة الاستخدام دون نظافة جيدة

الفندق يقع على قمة الجبل في منطقة جميلة وموظف الاستقبال بوراك شخص لطيف ومتعاون

ولكن الفندق لايستحق ان يصنف خمس نجوم ابدا بوفيه الافطار وبوفيه العشاء فقير للغاية في المرتين لم نستطيع تناول الطعام انا وعائلتي ولايوجد اي نشاطات في الفندق عدا عن مسبح صغير جدا وغير دافئ كنت قد حجزت اقامة لمدة يومين ولم اكمل اليوم الاول حتى وقمت بمغادرة الفندق والفندق رفض ارجاع قمت الحجز لليوم الثاني وتحجج انني قمت بالحجز عن طريق بوكينغ

Their is no air conditioning for cooling so you can open the windows and get a cold fresh air

tek olumsuz yanı aracı olmayan misafirlerin maalesef fahiş taksi ücretine mecbur kalması diyebilirim. belki misafir az diye ve sezon bitmesi sebebiyle öyledir ancak anlaşmalı olunan taksici otogara götürmek için 2750 Tl istedi, kart olursa da %10 komisyon ekleyecekmiş. Bana kalırsa sezon sonu da olsa araçsız misafirlerin dönüşü için toplu bi shuttle ayarlanabilir veya taksi ücretleri biraz daha makul bi seviyeye indirilebilir.

قيمة العشا والفطور مرتفعة جداً قد تصل لقيمة حجزك ونظراً لكون الفندق في منطقة بعيدة عن المدينة ستكون مضطر لدفعها بالفندق

Фишка этой гостиницы это природа.Звук пения птиц,высокие деревья и сосны и конечно же чистый воздух.Огромная территория для прогулок,сзади отеля есть тропа для похода до мини водопада.Вкусные завтраки,вкусный ресторан Á-la carte.Единственное для такой большой гостиницы с множеством номеров СПА зона маловата,есть крытый и открытый бассейн с небольшим размером и также сауна,было бы отлично если бы она была больших размеров.

Everything was absolutely beautiful and beyond praise.

The spa is not really a spa its just a pretty cold pool and a sauna.

Hotel is comfortable and clean. The rooms have high ceilings which is nice. Room size is good enough.

The food was not very nice. There are not many choices. It’s not the same quality with istanbul swissotel.

The vibes, the cleanliness, and serenity.

The receptionist (the blond one) was quite harsh in the way she acted. The hotel location is away from the activities, you need to go to the top of the mountain with a taxi ( for 600 Turkish lira).

Design. Layout. Bedrooms are large. Staff very friendly.

Spa pools are heated but neither pool is actually warm. Spa doesn’t have a hot tub. Breakfast doesn’t have an egg station like all hotels internationally. Food and ski rentals are very expensive. Bedroom HVAC system in our room couldn’t be turned off, room kept reaching 29 degrees and I had to open the door for cold air. Slept with the door slightly open to get air

The hotel in Bursa was beautiful, and I would especially like to thank Amer, who was excellent. He upgraded my room, was very helpful and friendly, and convinced me to add both breakfast and dinner to my stay. However, I was surprised that the dinner was quite expensive, and unfortunately there was no buffet — only à la carte options from the menu. That said, overall the hotel was very nice and I would still rate it 9.2/10. The only reasons I slightly lowered my rating were the weak internet connection and the fact that the dinner did not feel worth its price. A side from that, everything else was lovely.

I felt unwelcome by The staff, and in the checkout the valet lost my key or they acting like they lost it, my card details was stolen. Felt unsafe. This is the first time i write because i felt unsafe about.

I DONT recommend this place at all , i went there for a vacation all i had was disappointment starting from a ROOM leaking with water from the ceiling , waisting my time waiting for technicians to come fix it because customer relation are so slow to fix such situation and arent qualified to solve such problems , i had to pack and unpack i wasted my time , i went out from 8 to 4pm house keeping didnt come untill i called them at 4pm!! So i couldnt shower there was no towel as it should be … breakfast is 40€ NOT worth it at all kore like a 4star breakfast no variety some items are poor quality

Facilities were amazing and the staff were very kind and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful and everything was clean and well organized. Unfortunately, the food quality was very disappointing. The dinner, especially the lamb dish, was a disaster and far below what I expected in Turkey, a country known for great food. Breakfast had many options but the quality was poor. Honestly, breakfast outside the hotel was 100% better. Because of the food, I would not recommend the dining experience here.

It’s my 2nd time and I love it and the reception team is quite friendly and the concierge is also friendly, make your stay comfortable and assists you if needed, thank you very much for your kindness my dears. The hotel is honestly incredible and the location is my favorite, rooms are also spacious which is very comfy.

Everything was fantastic, the balcony view, the spa was great, the snowy forest, the trekking paths, a true peaceful nature escape. It is quiet and the staff were lovely. Free shuttle to and from the ski resort made my mind at ease and we could go skiing without a problem.

One big minus - the food prices. The buffet prices are higher than anywhere in Europe! Approx 32 euros per person for breakfast buffet???! And so much higher for dinner. The room service food was ok price, BUT it was very average taste for dinner menu, not at all 5 star. therefore this is the only category where it's lacking.

Our stay at Swissotel Uludağ was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The location is breathtaking, offering stunning views of the mountains and perfect access to the slopes. The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly cozy, and spotlessly clean. After a long day in the snow, the spa facilities were a lifesaver—truly a 5-star relaxation experience. The food was also exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful winter escape. Our beloved GM is an amazing person made us feel like we were home. The chalet and the fondue was unreal. My wif and daughter had the time of their life. We will definitely come back even in summer.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was nothing special, absolutely not what you expect from a 5-star hotel charging premium prices. The spa was ridiculous: far too small, very few loungers, and no space at all — we literally had to leave because there wasn’t even room to put our towels down. The pool was not warm enough, and moving from the indoor area to the outdoor part was unbearable. Getting out of the water in freezing temperatures seriously felt like risking hypothermia. Completely unacceptable. The buffet was on the level of a 3-star hotel at best, with very limited quality and selection. Breakfast was another joke: we were told it was available until 11:30, arrived at 11:00, and were practically rushed out, with staff being unhelpful and clearly annoyed. I cannot accept this kind of experience from a hotel that claims to be 5-star and charges such high prices. Expectations were very high and not met in any way. I would not return even at half the price. Overall: a very poor experience.

Such a wow hotel. The lobby is spacious and nice. It was snowing when we arrived. The hotel staffs are all friendly. Bell and concierge Ali is fantastic with his friendly and helpfulness. Thanks for the anniversary cake. It was a wonderful stay overall.

It was really good experience for me. I’ve stayed with my friend for 3 nights. In the hotel there is one indoor pool and next to this one outdoor pool which is heated. Also there is ski slope in the hotel area. If you want to go to ski area they have free shutke service as well. All staffs are smiling and really helpfull. They provided me room upgrade so this increwsed my holiday experience. Chalet restaurant’s concept and menu is really good. If you do not want to eat a la carte you can choose quarter restaurant that have open buffet. There is no alcohol service in the hotel. If you like to drink, you should bring it with yourself.
