Пребывание в отеле очень понравилось- разнообразная и вкусная еда, пляж постоянно убирается, вкусные коктейли, нормальная уборка номера. Особенно понравился массаж. Мехмет и Честин - профессионалы своего дела. Буду рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям и родственникам

The location was great, right near the beach. The food choice was good too. The Spa and the whole Mehmed & Said team is just one LOVE, always very friendly and kind, their spa and massage offers were good. I would return just for them hahaha. Hope they see the comment :) Konum harika, plaja çok yakın. Yemek seçenekleri de iyiydi. Spa ve tüm Mehmed & Said ekibi muhteşem, her zaman çok cana yakın ve nazikler, spa ve masaj hizmetleri de çok iyiydi. Sadece onlar için bile geri dönerdim hahaha. Umarım yorumumu görürler :)

The animation team was not bad this year, guys were very energetic, a part of the mini club. the evening dances were ok, but during the day the mini club activities were not present at all. The girl from mini club (Nazli) never organised games or some nice activities with kids. Also she was paying attention only to one or two kids but not to every kid present. Also in general she seemed always with poker face or angry, never smiles Lol. positive attitude for animation team must be basic :) Bu yıl animasyon ekibi fena değildi, çocuklar çok enerjikti, mini kulübün bir parçasıydılar. Akşam dansları fena değildi, ancak gündüz mini kulüp aktiviteleri hiç yoktu. Mini kulüpten kız, Nazlı, çocuklarla hiç oyun veya güzel aktivite düzenlemedi. Ayrıca sadece bir veya iki çocuğa ilgi gösterdi, oradaki her çocuğa değil. Genel olarak da hep ifadesiz veya sinirli görünüyordu, hiç gülümsemiyordu. Animasyon ekibi için olumlu bir tutum temel olmalı :)

Blizina centru , plaza odmah ispod hotela . Hrana je super, nema izbora kao u vecim hotelima, ali onoliko koliko ima je ukusno i uredno. Mal hotel, ali fino organozovan.

Sobe su zrele za renovirati, jedan lift u citavom hotelu . Djeca su se zabavila, samo je falilo jos tobogana.

The hotel is on the beach, the staff is excellent. You can find every dat somenthing to eat - fresh and good. It has an animation team and a mini club for the kids. They were great - every evening is a special program! You should try the massage and the turkish bath - they are great! Totally worth it for the money!

The rooms need to be renovated, but at least they are cleaned every day.

нищо общо със снимките.паркинг няма,паркираш на улицата ако е свободно,ако ли не се оправяй сам. фитнес няма някога го е имало. масажа не в безплатен 40евро е,макар че го дават за безплатен. водещия аниматор 3 дни не изтрезня,едва след като се появи собственика на хотела,аниматора се съживи. интернет някакъв има само в лобито,в стаите едва подържа Вайбър на терасата изобщо няма,ловехме от съседния хотел. бяхме наели 2 стай в едната не бяха влизали да чистят едни,като изчистят забравят да ти оставят кърпи. тръгнахме си 1 ден по рано.просто не се търпеше

Partea de curatenie ar putea fi îmbunătățită. Prima cameră a avut probleme cu mirosurile, dar in urma discuțiilor cu personalul de la recepție, problema a fost rezolvată prin schimbarea camerei

Service was slecht. De handdoeken die we kregeb waren niet schoon en om het te veranderen vroegen ze om kosten terwijl we een vieze handdoek hebben gekregen.

L'attitude des responsables était déplorable, leur façon de s'adresser à leurs employés était détestable, à la limite de l'esclavage, c'est honteux! Notamment Ozay à la réception qui s'adresse d'une manière inappropriée aux clients et ses collègues de l'accueil et Zakaria le "chef" des serveurs qui passe toutes les 2 secondes devant les machines à thé et se permet de siffler son serveur pour qu'il lui porte un thé. Les deux jeunes hommes à l'accueil sont super ainsi que les demoiselles serveuses malgré la pression de leur supérieur.

Обычно не отдыхаем в одном и том же отеле, но сюда вернулись. А всё потому, что для отдыха с детьми получается отличный вариант. Мало того, что всё включено за вполне приемлемую стоимость, так еще и территория прям у моря ( не надо дорогу переходить), и водная горка есть и анимация в этом году прилично работала. Море вообще лучшее, т.к. и рыбок можно с маской посмотреть и волн в шторм не бывает ( разбиваются о камни на входе в бухту). Отдых опять прошёл на отлично! Спасибо. Внучка даже предложила, чтоб поездки в этот отель стали традицией нашей семьи!

Из минусов - кухня стала хуже за да года с прошлой нашей поездки. Но голодными не останетесь. Выбор большой, просто два года назад как то вкуснее всё это было. И это мнение не только моё. А вот пицца в пляжном баре была шикарная! И уборка в номере была в этот раз очень плохой. Я не привереда и не выискиваю волоски под кроватью, но убирались реально плохо. А ещё уборщица принципиально приходила в послеобеденный сон, когда дети спали, хотя мы ей объясняли, чтоб она в это время не приходила. Номера уставшие совсем, ремонт необходим.

Ужасный отель. Все разваливается, кондиционеры не работают. Еда плохая и однотипная. Даже пахлавы не было. Персонал грубый, персонал который убирает номера воруют деньги. Специально ищут в вещах что бы украсть. Администрация на это никак не отреагировала. Тянули время до нашего отъезда. Никогда и врагу не посоветую этот отель. Ужас!!!

Отличное месторасположение. Хорошо кормили. На территории чисто. Массаж отличный.

Плохо убирали номера. Пыль на столе, мусор на полу, ванну за неделю ни разу не помыли. Полотенца маленькие воняли. В коридоре тоже не пылесосили.

Das Hotelgebäude mit Meerblick hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich, ist aber in Ordnung. Leider ist der Strandabschnitt des Hotels sehr klein und im Wasser sind unerwartet Felsen mit scharfen Kanten.

За свою цену это отличный отель! Голодным не останешься! Пляж хороший! Вода чистая! Приветливый и трудолюбивый персонал! Через дорогу рынок, а если дальше пройти, то детские игровые площадки, их несколько и они большие! Анимация состоит из трех человек, но они выкладываются по полной! Была пенная вечеринка!

Сначала дали номер с разбитой сантехникой и совсем не тот, что был забронирован. За доплату поменяли.

Beliggenhet nært egen fin sandstrand og nærheten til sentrum rett over veien 40 meter over hotellet. Ingen vits å dra inn til Alanya eller Antalya, da man finner alt i sentrum i Avsallar. Forholdvis godt utvalg av mat, ikke så mye smak før man krydrer selv, men det virket nesten som det var gjort med vilje for at alle kan justere mengden salt og pepper eller andre krydder helt selv. Vi bodde på et rom i 4 etasje på hjørne rett mot stranden. Flott balkong man kan sitte på før solen treffer og på ettermiddagen. Fine senger på stranden med parasoller er inkludert i prisen. Det er også badehåndklær til strand og basseng De har et lite basseng og et enda mindre barne basseng med en vannsklie Vi brukte kun stranden da den var meget fin. Vi var her i 2 uker. Rent og pent over alt. Vi hadde rom med direkte sjøutsikt.

Hotellet er meget slitt, og skulle hatt en grundig oppgradering, men det fungerer fortsatt fint og da spesielt fordi renholdet er så bra. Dersom man ikke velger de fineste rommene med direkte sjøutsikt må man være klar over at de har mange rom med dårlig utsikt og dårligere standard i det bakre bygget.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and we are planning to come back again. I think that says more about our impression than any loud advertising phrase. The hotel is located in a very pleasant place, right on the shore of a small man-made lagoon. There are almost no big waves there, so it is comfortable for swimming and relaxing by the water, especially with children. The beach and the entrance to the water are sandy, and the slope is gentle and comfortable for people of different ages. Farther out, there can be some stones on the bottom. There is also a place where you can go fishing. The hotel is a good choice for a family holiday. There is a swimming pool and a small water slide. Animation is held six days a week, except Sunday. For adults, there are fun competitions with prizes and performances by invited artists. There is also a kids’ mini club and a mini disco. Our son really enjoyed joining the mini disco after dinner. Special thanks to the animation team. Yakup and Codi mostly run the adult activities, while Nazli takes care of the children’s activities. They work professionally and responsibly, are always friendly and open to communication, and create a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is not very large, but usually there is enough space. The food is varied, tasty and fresh - there is always something to choose from, both for adults and for children. The restaurant staff are polite, professional and easy to communicate with. Thank you to Mehmet, Mira, Cuma, Innez and all their colleagues for their work and kind attitude toward guests. A separate thank you to the pizzaiolo, who works near the oven even in the heat and makes very tasty pizza and pita. You can ask for different options, for example vegetarian pizza or mixed pita. The Ramira bar is located next to the beach and has its own tables. Besides drinks, at certain hours you can also get pizza, pita, fries, hamburgers, fruit and sweets there. This is very convenient when you do not want to leave the beach and go to the main restaurant. Many thanks also to the reception administrators Emre and Firat, and to Furkan the porter. They are always positive, welcoming and ready to help in any situation. They do it professionally, carefully and without unnecessary fuss. There is also a SPA on the hotel territory. Experienced specialists Said and Zulfia work there. They offer cosmetic procedures - for example, we had clay masks - as well as different types of massage. You can choose a relaxing massage or a stronger option to help your back and muscles recover after a long journey. The rooms are compact and have had some cosmetic renovation. There is not a lot of space in the wardrobe, but the rooms are tidy and cleaned regularly. One small everyday detail: in our bathroom, there was no extractor fan. Free Wi-Fi is available on the hotel territory. Overall, it worked well both in the rooms and on the beach. Some of the staff speak good English. They also understand basic Russian words related to their work, for example at the bar, and some are gradually learning Ukrainian words, which is very nice. Sometimes, on days when many guests are checking in and checking out at the same time, there may be a slight shortage of sunbeds on the beach. But this does not happen all the time and did not spoil our overall positive impression. In general, considering the price-quality ratio, this is a very good option for a calm family holiday. It is not a flashy luxury hotel, but it has a good location, tasty food, a comfortable beach and, most importantly, kind and attentive people who really try to make guests feel welcome. We have already chosen this hotel three times and we are planning to return again. We can sincerely recommend it to families with children and to anyone looking for a comfortable holiday at a reasonable price.

The staff were excellent - polite, friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. Great to have water bottles available in our room.

Mizerie în camere, baia încă de la primire plină de păr, mirosea a rahat tot timpul, un miros insuportabil, mâncarea aceeași , orez, cartofi și paste zilnic! Nu am mâncat niciodată fructe de mare, cotlet, frigărui sau friptură decât tocănițe! Aveți grijă ca se fură din camere, fix în ultima zi mi-au dispărut 3 pachete de țigări, am stat la recepție până mi le-a adus înapoi șefa de la curățenie, precizez ca nici nu făcusem checkout!

Праздник получился запоминающимся.

Постоянные странности с полотенцами — их то не хватало на всех проживающих, то в один из дней после уборки вообще забыли положить. Приходилось регулярно обращаться на ресепшен и просить донести.

У готелі купа величезних тараканів. На кухні таракани. Все дуже брудне. Двері в кімнатах і туалетах дуже брудні і старі. В бідьярдній кімнаті запах мочі від килима. Олія у фритюрниці для картоплі фрі і нагенсів - чорна. Її мають міняти кожні 4 години. Але за 7 днів мого відпочинку вона так і лишилась чорна. Їжа закінчується в 21 00. В барі біля басейну, де мають готувати піцу з 11 00 до 17 00 - постійно ерерви по 20 хв.

Отличный вариант для отдыха семьей было очень весело особенно аниматоры хорошо ладили с детьми особенно Рио и Назлы были разнообразные шоу кухня очень вкусная и разнообразная каждый день чистили бассейн и номера чистый пляж лежаков всем хватал

It is hard to think of anything we liked because the major problems overshadowed our entire stay.

Reception staff provide inconsistent information Reception staff were polite but rarely helpful. Different employees gave completely different answers to the same questions, and there seemed to be very little communication or coordination among them. We were repeatedly left confused about basic logistical matters. Dirty rooms and very poor maintenance The rooms were not properly maintained. Our first room had an air conditioner that was partially broken and leaking water, something the staff appeared to know about before assigning us the room. After changing rooms, we found that the second room's air conditioner was visibly dirty and appeared to contain mold. It raised serious concerns about whether routine maintenance and cleaning are carried out at all. Unsafe and poorly managed private beach The hotel's beach was dirty and poorly supervised. While nearby hotels restricted beach access to their guests and maintained clean, safe environments, this hotel appeared to allow local non-guests unrestricted access. During our stay, we witnessed local men harassing female hotel guests in the water, people leaving rubbish across the beach, and one evening even a physical fight that required police intervention. This is not an environment where families should be expected to relax or feel safe. Overall management is lacking Many of the issues we experienced—from hygiene and maintenance to customer service and safety—suggest poor management rather than isolated incidents. None of our concerns were handled professionally or resolved satisfactorily.

We had an amazing stay at Ramira Beach Hotel in Turkey! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the cocktails were excellent. The pool was fantastic, and the direct access to the beach made our vacation even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and we felt truly relaxed throughout our stay. We highly recommend Ramira Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Turkey. We will definitely come back!

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst vacations our family has ever had. Cockroach infestation The hotel is full of cockroaches. We saw them both in our room and in the restaurant. When I reported this to reception, the response was simply "sorry," which made it clear this is a known issue that is not being addressed. Guests should be informed of such a serious hygiene problem before booking. Poor hygiene and illness throughout our stay Hygiene standards appear to be far below what should be expected in a hotel of this size. With so many guests sharing facilities, cleanliness should be a top priority. Instead, during our 10-day stay, my family—including my young children and elderly parents—were sick for almost the entire vacation. We first suffered from what appeared to be food poisoning or a stomach virus, followed by an upper respiratory infection. False advertising regarding on-site medical services The hotel advertises that there is a doctor on site. This is simply not true. There is only a medical room, but no doctor. During our stay, when several members of my family became seriously ill, I repeatedly asked to see the doctor. The only assistance offered was transportation to a private clinic. If there is no doctor available, this service should be removed from the hotel's website immediately.

The photos on the website did not correspond to the reality. The shower didn’t work properly, we had to hold it in our hands and it went from hot to cold without changing the temperature. The light in our bedroom didn’t work and the air conditioning unit was very loud. No response from staff.

PROs: -Located right on the beach CONS: - It is all-inclusive but the quality of the food is appalling - There is AC in the rooms, but at times it sounds like an aircraft taking off. - There are no curtains in the room, so you can’t sleep beyond 6am. - The service is at times non-existent. We asked for water three times - it took 8 hours for them to bring it. The Reception staff just stand outside smoking and talking amongst themselves. - The bathroom is tiny and the plastic shower door barely stays attached. - The noise from the entertainment is loud and imposing.

Restaurant, Bar und die Lage waren super. Besondere Grüße an Shefkoch, Shefś vom Restoraunt und Bar. Die ganze Gruppe vom Rezeption waren einfach super nett. Der Strand hat uns sehr gefallen. Außerdem haben wir unseren Bekannten diesen Hotel für Urlaub empfohlen.

Es wäre gut, wenn man In Zimmern und im Flur alle Teppiche gegen Fliesen ausgetauscht hätten. Animation hat uns gar nicht gefallen, weil die jeden Tag immer das gleiche Programm gemacht haben. Das war langweilig. Die haben noch ganz alte Musik abgespielt.

Excellent value for money. Great location, clean rooms, and everything was exactly as expected. We had a pleasant stay with no issues.

Considering the price, I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be a faster elevator.

This is our fourth visit to this wonderful hotel, and we have had an absolutely fantastic stay this time too! This four-star hotel, with its beautiful garden gem right on the beach, delivered on all levels. On arrival we were met with an incredibly welcoming and professional reception which gave the rest of the holiday a golden touch. The staff in general were consistently engaged and service-oriented, making us feel completely at home. The food was a pure delight – every meal was of a very high standard and the flavours were perfect. The location right on the sea provided a wonderful and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a memorable and fantastic holiday experience. We will definitely be back.

Отель старенький.

Отдыхаем в этом отеле уже третий год подряд! С нашей точки зрения, это наилучшее соотношение цена-качество. Качественная еда, много фруктов ( кроме стандартного набора яблок и цитрусовых, была клубника, черешня, арбузы). Постоянно работающий снек-бар с пиццей, нагетсами и картошкой фри. Внимательный и доброжелательный персонал. Очень приятно было видеть старых сотрудников на ресепшен, готовых прийти на помощь в решении любого вопроса. В этом году приятно удивила команда аниматоров. Госпожа Nazlı и Cody отрабатывали на 100%. Nazlı с утра собирала детишек в детский клуб и занималась с ними до окончания работы клуба. В этом году мы были уверены, что наши дети под присмотром и заняты интересными делами. Nazlı постоянно придумывала новые игры, поделки и занимала детей с утра до вечера.

Мы отдыхали большой семьей и жили в трехместных номерах (2 взрослых + ребенок). Номера были укомплектованы 2 одеяла и два банных + два пляжных полотенца, несмотря на то, что при бронировании указывалось 2+1. Несколько дней после заезда мы проходили один и тот же квест - после обеда мы просили на ресепшен дополнить полотенца по количеству проживающих, после уборки на следующий день лишние полотенца ( а иногда и больше :-)) ) пропадали. Приходилось идти на ресепшен и просить восполнить потери. И так продолжалось несколько дней подряд. Вначале это раздражало, потом было просто смешно. Где администрация в этом году смогла набрать таких мастеров уборки остается загадкой :-)). Но были и исключения - прекрасная уборка, от души.

Отдыхали в этом отеле уже второй о раз. Все как всегда очень хорошо. Питание было супер - разнообразно и на любой вкус. Анимация на много лучше, чем в прошлом году. Хочется написать про спасателя на пляже - парень и девушка чуть не утонули, но он сработал очень профессионально и оперативно! Мы даже не успели понять что люди тонут а он кинулся в море и вытащил их мгновенно. Вернёмся еще.

В конце нашего отдыха приехало очень много людей и чтоб занять лежак приходилось вставать в 5 утра.

Dupa toate comentariile negative de pe booking asteptarile erau foarte mici, insa odata ce am ajuns adevarata impresie a fost una foarte pozitiva. Camera ar mai avea nevoie de mici ajustari, dar este dotata cu tot ce e nevoie, avand o dimensiune potrivita, confortabila si cu un peisaj superb frontal catre mare, de unde se vedea apusul minunat. Curatenia, schimbarea asternuturilor si a prosoapelor a fost facuta zilnic si a depasit asteptarile.Pretul prea mic pentru cat a oferit aceasta proprietate. Locatia, plaja, marea limpede, mancarea, vederea din camera catre mare, curatenia, amabilitatea personalului toate peste asteptarile noastre.

Das Zimmer ist uralt, kaputt und absolut dreckig. Die duschen wechselt die Wärme in sekundentakt mit heiß und kalt. Wir haben es nur wegen dem Preis gebucht. Das Essen ist immer kalt und es gibt beim Abend essen nicht viele Variationen. Aber tausend Nachspeisen. Das Frühstück ist alle 2 Tage das gleiche. Das Personal bei der Ramira Bar ist total unfreundlich, reden teilweise nicht und zeigen nur mit dem Finger wohin man muss. Sowas unfreundliches hab ich noch nie gesehen. Kaum Abend Animationen und wenn dann welche sind, sind es alle 2 Tage die gleichen Animationen! So ein dreckiges und schlimmes Hotel habe ich noch nie gesehen. Die Klimaanlage sieht dreckig aus. Die Tapeten von der Wand gehen runter. Die Putzfrau kommt teilweise n Tag nicht, wenn man nicht gleich die Türe öffnet wenn man drin ist. Die Lampen hängen schief. Es ist über all Farbe dran - Feuermelder, Lampe, Türrahmen etc. Als wir eingecheckt haben haben war der Türgriff vom Bad locker, sowie die klobrille. Ebenso war das bettlacken und das Bett verschmutzt!!!!

Maza viesnīca, ērts izvietojums. Viss bija loti labi. Animātors cenšās iesaistit turistus, šautrinas, šaušana, vakara pasākumi bērniem. Bijām loti patīkami pārsteigti par viesnicu, ja bus iespēja atgriezīsimies vēl. Pārtika loti laba gan izvēle, gan kvalitāte. Cenas - kvalitates 100% abilstiba. Esam priecigi ka ir laba viesnica videja limena turistiem.

Läget och mycket prisvärt

Bu otele 3. gelişimiz oldu. Yemekler ve yan ürünler bu gelişimizde çeşit olarak daha azdı. Tatlılar genel olarak başarılıydı. Bu otelde aç kalmazsınız. Doymak konusunda endişeniz olmasın. İçecek kalitesi de fiyatına göre iyiydi. Sahildeki şemsiyeleri sabitlemeleri güzel olmuş fakat sayısı artırılabilir. Personellerin bir kısmının yıllardır aynı kişiler olması güzel. Zaten katlardaki temizlik personeli haricinde hepsi işini severek yapan veya yapmaya çalışan insanlar. Bu seneki animasyon ekibi iyiydi. Mini club çalışanı Nazlı hanıma, Gün içi etkinliklerde aktif olan Cody'e teşekkürler. Bell Boy Furkan her zamanki gibi yine çok iyi ve başarılıydı. Furkan'a ayrıca teşekkürler. Ortak alanların temizliği iyiydi.

Birazdan okuyacağınız cümlelerdeki sorunların çözümünün otele ekstra bir maliyet katmadığını, mevcuttaki çalışanların işlerini daha iyi yapmasının sorunu çözeceğini belirtmek istiyorum. Her sene otel oda temizliği konusundaki başarısızlığını istikrarlı bir biçimde devam ettiriyor. Bu kadar başarısız bir temizlik ekibini tutmak da anlaşılır değil. Bir haftalık tatilde nevresimler, yastıklar, havlular 1 kere bile değiştirilmedi. Teknik servis başarısız. Klima içeriye su akıtıyordu havalar aşırı sıcak olmadığı için klimaya pek gerek kalmadı ama kullanabilsek daha konforlu bir tatil olabilirdi. Resepsiyona bir kaç kere bildirmemize rağmen gelip bakan olmadı. Banyoda havalandırma olmadığı için nem problemi oldu. Sahilde şezlong sayısı otelin kapasitesine göre yetersiz. Bir tane can kurtaran koymuşlar, denizde kadının biri boğulma tehlikesi geçirdi. Denizden biz kendimiz çıkardık sahile kadını rahatlattık. Sözde can kurtaran, 45 dk sonra kadının yanına geldi. Güvenlik personeli var ama sadece var. Şezlongların önüne otelden olmayanlar gelip sandalye atıp müzik açıyor diyoruz ilgilenmiyorlar. Otel 7 katlı ama tek asansör var yetmiyor. Çözüm bulunabilir ama otelin her kattan bir oda feda etmesi gerekir. Mini club etkinliklerinde seçilen şarkılar çok özensiz ve yaş gruplarına uygun olmayan kelimeler içeriyordu. Spor salonu alt katta olduğu için penceresiz ve nem kokuyordu.

At hotellet havde deklareret hvor det lå. Taxierne kunne ikke finde det og vi blev kørt rundt i området på må og få og chaufføren måtte spørge flere gange, så vores taxa regning blev nået højt.

Fint läge vid stranden. Dock en farligt trafikerad väg mellan hotell och centrum.

Väldigt hög musik från underhållningen varje kväll. Hjälpte inte att stänga sin balkongdörr.

Ana Yemekleri mezeleri çorbaları çok güzel lezzetli personel resepsiyonisten garsonuna kadar ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı.Hiç beklemeden odamıza yerleştik.Bardaki arkadaşlar ilgiliydi.

Tatlı çeşitleri daha fazla ve lezzetli olabilirdi 😔

Super trevlig personal. Rent och fint. Maten var fantastiskt god och mycket att välja på. Stranden var ren och fin. Allt var bra med detta hotel.

Отдыхали семьей в начале июля, персонал отличный, уборка в номерах была, но не всегда меняли полотенца, подходили на ресепшен с этим вопросом. Номера действительно требуют ремонта, но если вы едете большую часть времени проводить на море, то этот минус практически не заметен. Кухня отличная, всегда можно было найти что-то для себя. Фрукты на постоянной основе. Снек бар тоже молодцы. Работникам кухни и официантам большое спасибо) Пляж чистый, мест на шезлонгах всегда хватало. Пляжные полотенца предоставляет отель.

Из минусов… Ужасная анимация. Детская анимация вообще отсутствовала. Девочка аниматор просто ужасный сотрудник, наглая хамка. Половину нашего отпуска аниматоры играли друг с другом в карты. Только после приезда начальства началась какая-то работа. Но это 15 минут вечером. Утром и днем с детьми никто не работал.

Das Hotel Ramira Beach hat zwar einige Schwächen in der Ausstattung und Organisation, doch das wird durch den hervorragenden Service weitgehend ausgeglichen. Besonders das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und bemüht. Ein großes Lob geht an den Service Manager Mehmet Bey, der sich persönlich um die Gäste kümmert und bei allen Anliegen schnell und zuverlässig hilft. Dank seiner Professionalität und Menschlichkeit fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben und willkommen.
