По приезду в отель (в 9 утра), сообщили, что заселение в 2.30, к этому вопросов нет, оставила чемодан и уточнила, можно ли пройти регистрацию (обычно отели одобряют), мне сказали, что в 2.30 все сделают. В 1.30 приезжаю в отель, администратор проверил мой паспорт, и задает вопрос почему я приехала сегодня 25 августа, ведь резервация с 26 по 29. Показываю ему свою резервацию в букинге, что с 25 по 28, он мне показывает свою систему где с 26 по 29. Прошу открыть его аккаунт букинга отеля, и да там резервация тоже с 25 по 28, как и должно быть. Как решение проблемы, предложил переехать на одну ночь в отель «его дяди», показал фото, к слову отеля такого на букинге нет, в Гугл отзывы ужасные, люди говорят, что там небезопасно и что фото не совпадают. Я отказываюсь, предлагаю вернуть деньги за ночь и я переночую у друзей, на что он соглашается, и предлагает деньги в лирах (я отказываюсь, так как платила в евро). В итоге меня оставили крайней, что я виновата, что вообще я уже не первый раз остаюсь в отеле (и это правда), значит я подруга и могу пойти на уступки. Что же хочу сказать, очень надеюсь, что хозяйка отеля, которая была все время на телефоне с ресепшеном, окажется в такой же ситуации, приедет в чужую страну, прождет 5 часов и узнает, что ее номер занят, и пусть вот она, как девушка сама ищет куда пойти. Харам ребята, что вы делаете, обманываете людей.

Best thing that it’s very clean and cozy you feel there like home. Location is exceptional in the middle of taksim square. Staff is very friendly and respectful specially Ameen ☺️

Location is good near the istiklal street

The room is very small, but it's fine for a family with children. It's quite cramped for four adults. There was one bed, the size was just right, but one sofa was too small for adults, with half their legs sticking out. I wouldn't call it a hotel, more like a hostel, nothing extra. The downside is that the bed linen seemed washed, but it had yellow stains. It was quite unpleasant to sleep in, or maybe it wasn't washed, just ironed. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst either. It's okay to stay if you don't expect better conditions. We stayed for three nights, and there was no housekeeping. Considering there were four adults, they could have cleaned it or changed the linens and towels. Yes, the reviews mention the stairs; they're steep and hard to climb.

Hotelul este poziționat excelent, la cateva zeci de metri de piata Taksim si strada Istiklal. Urcarea la etaj se face destul de greu, casa scării este destul de îngustă, iar o data ajunși in camera iti dai seama ca pe internet pozele iti dau impresia ca e mult mai larg apartamentul. Dimensiunile sunt reduse mai ales la prima camera unde este canapeaua. Totuși, camerele sunt curate, si a fost ok pentru 2 adulți si 2 copii. Baia este micuta dar moderna, renovata proaspăt si foarte utila. Personalul foarte amabil, au răspuns repede si binevoitor la orice solicitare. Cu siguranță aș mai reveni.

A perfect peaceful harbor in this crazy city! We felt incredibly comfortable, and returning there felt just like coming home. The staff was very warm and helpful. Cleanliness was at the highest level. No one disturbed us or interrupted our rest. The apartment was fresh, bright, modern and cozy. We stayed in an apartment with an extra room (highly recommended – the additional space was a very soothing plus). Our room was on the first floor, facing away from the street. There was no street view, but in return, it was very peaceful and quiet. The stairs were not an issue at all. We highly recommend this place for its peacefulness, cleanliness, feeling of safety, and excellent location. It took us just 2 minutes to get to Taksim Square and the metro station. Thank you to the staff for such a warm welcome!

המלון הכי טוב באיסטנבול קרוב להכל ונמצא במרחק שתי דקות מהרחוב הראשי יש מלא דברים ליד כמו כביסה מסעדות וסופר מרקט וגם הצוות נחמדים ומאוד עוזרים ועזרו לנו מלא והיחס שלהם מעולה היה לנו בעיה בהזמנה ועזרו לנו והיה מישהו בשם אמיר בקבלה היה כמו חבר ממליץ מאוד על המקום הזה ובטוח נחזור אליו

La chambre est petite, on a été 4 personne avec lit double et un canapé la 4ieme personne à été obligé de dormir par terre. la climatisation faible mais bon ça va. Les escaliers hélicoïdale fatiguant

Rooms are clean and big, draw back is no lift, rooms are in 4th floor. Narrow steps it’s difficult to carry languages.

The location was exceptional. Staff were helpful and kind. I would stay again for my next trips for sure.

The only downside can be the absence of air conditioner in the first room of the Suite room. Some nights the guests made some noise from upstairs.

I had a great stay at Hubsuite. The room was clean, comfortable, and of very good quality—especially for the price, which is one of the best I’ve found. The location is central and very convenient for getting around. Good food places around very close to Taskim Square like 5 min walk , neat metro. The host doesn’t speak fluent English, but we managed fine using Google Translate. He was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. One thing to note: there’s no lift (elevator), so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to carry it up. That said, for the price and service, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended. Beds were really comfortable.

No house keeping, bins not changed, stairs were very steep and didn’t feel safe, no water bottles in the room, staff could have been a bit more friendly, not sound proof can hear other people

Wi-Fi wasn’t working

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms was well below acceptable standards. We had to repeatedly request housekeeping just to have our room cleaned, which was never done without persistent follow-ups. To make matters worse, the day before our checkout, the housekeeper mistakenly threw away a bag containing our clothes, assuming it was trash. When we brought this serious issue to the management’s attention, the manager, Alp, acknowledged the mistake and promised compensation via bank transfer. However, he refused to provide any immediate resolution or cash compensation and ultimately failed to follow through on his promise, clearly stalling until we checked out. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Not only was the facility not clean, but the management’s actions were unprofessional and misleading. It felt like we were dealing with a scam rather than a reputable business.

The property was not clean, pillows had lipstick on and the bathroom was not in a great shape. The shower doesn’t have good siege system the water keeps and fills the floor and doesn’t go away fast.

I was surprised at how quiet it was despite the location. Room was cleaned daily with care. Staff always had a smile. The interior was tastefully minimal. Great spot to relax after sightseeing.

Affordable and still delivers high standards. We loved the clean design and peaceful environment. It’s so central, yet feels tucked away. Reception gave us great restaurant tips. Definitely recommend.

I felt very safe staying here alone. The staff made sure I had everything I needed. My room was small but very comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom was sparkling. Everything was as described.

The whole hotel has been recently renovated and it shows. Lovely color schemes and good lighting. It was great to come back to such a pretty room. The bathroom was spotless and stylish. You can feel they care about the design.

Location couldn’t be more central, yet it’s calm and quiet. The hotel was well-maintained and clean. Staff was present at all hours. Great place to rest after a long day. Rooms are compact but smartly arranged.

Everyone at the hotel was super kind and helpful. They gave us a map and tips for local restaurants. Beds were super comfy. It was great to walk to Galata and Karaköy from here. Elevator access to all floors was a plus.

Loved the aesthetic of the room modern with traditional touches. Bed was very comfortable. Soundproofing was surprisingly effective. Everything felt new and fresh. The staff checked me in early without extra charge.

It was a terrible hotel , in our room everything was covered in dust , the sheets were unwashed . The hotel did not have an elevator and carrying suitcases to the fourth floor was terrifying as the stairs were without any safety measures .
