Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Von der freundlichen und aufmerksamen Betreuung über die Sauberkeit bis hin zum wunderschönen Ambiente war alles einfach stimmig. Das Personal war stets herzlich und hilfsbereit, und man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt.

Location and the housekeeping. The house keeping gentleman was friendly and punctual.

Amazing hotel in a very good area, very good and helpful staff, helped a lot with a early check in, definitely recommend.

It’s a brand new hotel with excellent working facilities, and positioned right next to the Bosphorus river, and there are several amenities such as restaurants and bars nearby and within a short walking distance to the retail complex and Galata Port, I booked into the corner suite room ( Known as the junior suite) and the view overlooking the Bosphorus river is breathtaking, the receptionist Cinar and Mehmet and another young looking gentleman whom I cannot remember his name where all helpful and responded to my enquiries with a great enthusiasm and urgency, the rest of the staffs, the porter/ cleaner, the restaurant attendant Yusuf and his colleagues provided a great service whenever I asked for an assistance, my time at the hotel was short but the quality of the service received was second to none.

None to be precise apart from the size of the room which is a bit small but irrelevant if you are single, unless you are travelling as a couple. Music noise from the bars and restaurants in the area can be very loud and disturbing at night if the windows are left open but the hotel is fitted with sound proof windows when closed.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und hat gut in den Tag starten lassen, und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend.

Das Zimmer war leider recht eng, aber dafür war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

الاجمل الموقع خيالي عند البورت والاروع كانت التجربة من مالك الفندق الاستاذ بلال وطاقم العمل بداية من تسجيل الدخول مع السيد Emir وقت تسجيل الدخول ثم الصباح نزلت استفسر من الاستقبال الاستاذ عمر وكان مالك الفندق السيد بلال جالس في احد الكراسي وسمع اني استفسر عن كيفية نقل الحقايب وافراد اسرتي الى مدخل غلاتا بورت ميناء اسطنبول لكروز ارويا مباشره ضيفوني شاهي تركي ووصلني شخصيا بسيارته الخاصه مع الحقائب والاستاذ عمر وصل كرسي متحرك لاحد افراد عائلتي سيرا على الاقدام ،، هذا كامل بدون اي ليره تركيه وساعدني بسياره ثانيه عن طريقه مجانا ،، حرفيا هذا النوع من الضيافه والمساعده هي باختصار شهامة وكرم ومروءه ،، الموقف اصبح من ادارة عمل تجاري الى تعامل اخوي انساني شكرا شكرا من القلب لهم للاستاذ بلال وفريق عمل الفندق عمر وباقي زملائهم ، الفندق يستحق والله الاشاده لقربه من الموقع وديكور الغرف مودرن ومرتب انا بالنسبه لي موقف المساعده والدعم والترحيب والضيافة صنعت لي تجربة لا تنسى تبقى في الذاكرة لهذا الكرم ،،

I had an excellent experience at Dream Inn Karaköy. The hotel offers stunning sea views and is perfectly located with easy access to the Bosphorus and many of Istanbul’s most popular attractions. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very enjoyable. What truly made the difference, however, was the outstanding hospitality provided by Ömer Uykan. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was smooth and memorable. I highly recommend Dream Inn Karaköy to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a hotel that combines beautiful views, comfort, excellent accessibility, and exceptional service.

I love it when a hotel perfectly blends location, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding customer service. A great view and a satisfying complimentary breakfast are always major highlights that make a stay memorable. Very easy to navigate restaurants around and safe.

Breakfast was tasty but it was the same menu.

The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Omar the hotel manager who was extremely nice and offered us free breakfast (which was amazing btw)

My experience at Dream Inn Hotel Bosphorus was mixed. Unfortunately, the room does not match the price paid. First of all, it looks nothing like the photos — in the pictures it appears much more spacious, but in reality it is extremely small. The bed practically takes up almost the entire room, leaving very little space to move around, which was a major disappointment. The view is also different from what is advertised. While you can see the Bosphorus, it is not the kind of view shown in the photos, but rather a street-facing perspective, which significantly changes the overall experience. On the positive side, the staff was very kind and professional, and the room was consistently clean, which I truly appreciated. Breakfast was decent, but quite basic and repetitive — the same menu every day, with limited variety and not many options. Overall, despite some positive aspects, I do not believe the price is justified for what is offered.

Location is marvelous and the suite view is amazing nothing quite like the feeling of stepping into a beautiful room with a perfect view and the ideal location to match.

Nice and modern hotel, close to the Karaköy Pier and to the Galata bridge and neighbourhood. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast and the roof top bar, where we had breakfast, was beautiful.

The streets behind the hotel are full with bars, clubs and restaurants and there is constant traffic in front of it. It can be noisy during the night. In front of the hotel there is a docking area for cruise ships. When a ship is there, forget your sea view (which you may have paid extra for), you just see the ship. There was one such ship when we arrived but it left in a few hours, then another came during our third day there. Neither of these two points are directly the fault of the hotel, but especially for the view, I think they should warn you before you select the premium rooms.

الفندق في موقع جميل وله إطلالة رائعة على البسفور. موظفي الاستقبال متعاونين جداً وذو أخلاق عالية وخصوصاً الاخ عمر والاخ شنر. لديهم مطعم يقدم الافطار مع اطلالة على البسفور. يتميز الفندق بالنظافة والرائحة الجميلة. وكذلك الاخ جعفر المسئول عن التنظيف وحمل الحقائب حسن التعامل والسرعه في الخدمة.

Am fost sceptica la inceput daca sa aleg acest hotel sau nu din cauza review urilor negative. Hotelul este mic, camerele sunt mici, dar pentru 2-3 nopti este suficient. Prosoapele sunt curate, asternuturile de pat la fel. In ceea ce priveste gălagia, da se aude dar trebuie inchise geamurile. Trebuie totusi sa intelegem ca suntem intr-o zona extrem de aglomerata si populata de baruri si restaurante. Per total mi a placut si voi reveni. Terasa de la ultimul etaj foarte frumoasa. Hotelul este corect

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Galataport und in der Bar- und Restaurantmeile von Karaköy. Sehr nahe der Altstadt. Straßenbahn - und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Расположение отеля идеальное! Прямо на набережной Галатапорт. Приветливый персонал, особенно генеральный менеджер Омер. Решил проблему, возникшую при бронировании. Вкусный завтрак на террасе с видом на Босфор.

Очень маленькая площадь номера. Спать ночью невозможно, рядом с отелем ночной клуб. Музыка орет до 3 утра!!! И нужно заменить полотенца, они серого цвета.

الفندق ضيق مره وخدمه الغرف سيئه والحمام ماتنزل مالمويه الحاره الي بعد انتظار طويل المكيف ماشتغل الى عند الخروج ولا فيه نظافه غير كذا الازعاج الي حوليك من المراقص والموسيقى العاليه

L’emplacement permet d’être près de beaucoup de sites à visiter, et la proximité du Bosphore est agréable. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, à l’écoute des besoins et arrangeant.

Les chambres sont assez petites, contrepartie de l’emplacement, et l’hôtel est à proximité de lieux festifs, ce qui génère quelques nuisances sonores. Le Bosphore et son cortège de bateaux sont un spectacle, mais la contrepartie est le bruit induit par les moteurs. Cela est tout à fait acceptable mais c’est mieux de le savoir.

Great location in a beautiful area, very well connected to major attractions and surrounded by excellent restaurants.

Stayed here from Thursday night to Sunday. Unfortunately, the experience was heavily impacted by noise and lack of sleep. On arrival, there was a very loud generator right outside our window that ran all night despite being told it would stop. Once that was resolved, we discovered a nearby nightclub with very loud music, making it difficult to rest. This is not clearly mentioned, and the rooms are not as soundproof as advertised. We were moved to another room, but it had several issues (lights not fully turning off, AC turning on by itself, curtains not fully blocking light, and insects in the bathroom). Staff were polite and tried to help, but overall the stay was compromised by noise and room issues. Better transparency and maintenance are needed.

Остановилась на 2 дня, Не соответствует цене, грязно, обшарпанные стены, ХОЛОДНАЯ вместо горячей ВОДА , надо было спускать минимум пол часа сто бы пошла теплая! Мыло, шампунь как будто жидкость для мытья посуды , да еще и разбавленная!!! Платишь только за вид из окна но и они грязные , может пришвартоваться огромный лайнер как было у нас В 1й день пребывания и красивого вида не увидишь. Уборка не качественная! от завтраков можно ничего не ждать , выбора почти нет.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any requests at any time, especially Yusuf, Omar, Harun and Cinar. The room was clean, comfortable, and has amazing view on the Bosphorus, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was excellent experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Наше проживание в целом оставило очень приятное впечатление Отдельно хочется отметить персонал - очень дружелюбный. Менеджер - Mehmet, всегда готов помочь, подсказать и решить любой вопрос. Понравился вид на Босфор, к сожалению не все номера имеют такой прекрасный вид. Локация отличная, удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей

Завтраки на крыше с видом на Босфор - это отдельное удовольствие. Однако хотелось бы отметить, что сами завтраки показались немного однообразными и с ограниченным выбором, не хватало разнообразия. Также с утра выбор фруктов был очень скромным- в основном только мандарины и яблоки.

الغرف ضيقه للغايه ولابد تأخذ غرفه مطله بالكامل حتى تشعر بجمال المكان . المكان متواضع كخدمات ومستوى نظافة الادوات في الحمام وفي البدايه سوو حركة تصوير جوازات السفر ضايقتني كثير ثم تبعها دخول عاملة التنظيف للغرفة بدون طرق الباب وبدون ان نطلب منها فجأه فتحت علينا الباب ، أيضا كانت مزعجه جدا واثرت على شعورنا بالأمان في هذا المكان ..

Inside finish

the wording "side Sea view" is a very misleading, to say the least. This hotel is located on a perpendicular narrow streat at some 60 degrees angle. Side sea view means claustrofobic backyard look, you see the opposite street builiding wall with sea lurking at the end of a 30m distance. You look at it with your periferal vision.

Dårlig frokost. Kaldt rom, ikke mulig å regulere temperaturen selv. Måtte ringe mange ganger til resepsjonen for å få opp temperaturen. Ingen varme på badet.
